The gentleman in the storewas very knowledgeable as well as helpful answering my questions. He also had my phone fixed and ready to go in a very short wait time. That in itself was great!!!!!!

GET THE F**K OUT OF THE STORE can you believe it ?!!!I dont suggest going to the store for whatever purpose!!!I went there to activate a phone. the lady whos working there said it is a fake phone without even touching it or checking it. when I asked about the reason she said it it does not have the same functionality but, wait how did you know you did not check the phone ? same answer it is fake.when I asked about her name she said GET THE F**K OUT OF THE STOREI went to another store just across the street and i was able to activate the phone!! the two stores turned out to be owned by same company!!I have called the owner and complained!!! he did apologizethe guy who is working there was polite and professional but the Lady is apparently non qualified at all. NO KNOWLEDGE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Business sucks. No technical support for after hour concerns. Called 800 number for help and they wanted me to they them the model number of a phome i could not turn on. Also wesite give no budiness hour to locatioms and there is no voicemail for them either.
