Losing your phone is never fun, but Im thankful that I was able to come to this store this morning. Madison, Jack and Alex were great and understood I wasnt interested in adding any extra money to my bill so they found me the best phone for my budget. Id advise coming in early in the morning as it gets busy in the afternoon with students.
I usually dont give places like this reviews but went there last night to get a SIM card replaced (turns out it was more of an issue than that) but the only person in the shop was so helpful and informative. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, wish I could remember the mans name but he was top notch customer service.
WORST service ever. Weve been waiting there for almost one hour just for a 2-min inquiry. The two staff were kept waffling and joking with another customer and completely ignored us. If the maximum service capacity is one customer, why do you need two staff there? During the waiting, I have heard so many complaints about the low efficiency from other customers. AT& T -BE BETTER - GET THIS STORE SOME HELP!
Extremelly inefficient. Took both staff members 40 minutes to set up the phone for one customer. Tons of chitchatting during that so they seemed to have lots of fun and wasted time, but completely unaware of other customers waiting forever. If you have to go there, make sure you are the only customer.
I understand that Madison has no help in a VERY busy store. She multi task but in doing so trying to help everyone she made TWO major mistakes. 1 cut off a phone line to our business phone and 2 wrong address when shipping. This all adds up to more time trying to track the package. When calling the store Drew could not help and offered no assistance didnt even have a piece of paper to write order number down and didnt want to try and help apparently to busy in the store. After spending 1.5 hrs we might have this solved. AT& T -BE BETTER - GET THIS STORE SOME HELP!
Im switching services. They wont even sell me a phone. I offered to pay full retail price. Im an at&t prepaid customer and they said they basically refused to help me.
Best experience ever buying a new Android. Tommy was so pleasant and helpful. He answered all our questions. We are happy new phone owners.

Mariana was very accommodating. She took the time to help me decide on the right purchase for me. She didn’t rush me; and, she answered all the questions I had about my new phone. I was very pleased with the way she made me feel as a consumer. She didn’t try to be pushy to get me to buy more than what I wanted. If you want to make a purchase, Mariana is the person to see!
Tommy was super helpful. He stayed late to help me set up a new Apple Watch. The store looked spotless and I thought it was a corporate store for sure, but to my surprise it’s an authorized retailer. I’d recommend visiting this store for a pleasant experience, and if your technically challenged like myself, that can go a long way.

I renamed Madison Superwoman! I watched as She serviced 4 customers all at once without anyone of us getting frustrated for waiting, she even took a call without missing a beat. She was pleasant, calm, alert and inquired to ensure all was ok. Everyone of us left the store completely satisfied. Great job hiring her she’s a real live Superwoman!!!
Hours are until 8pm. Walk in at 3:45 to pick up equipment and lady walks up eating food and says oh yeah we’re closed til 5 I forgot to lock the door. Come on.
Having initially went to the ATT Store in Brier Creek to help my 80 Year old mom obtain a phone just for calls and text AND where I left frustrated and annoyed, I thought I would check out the Cameron Village store before giving up on ATT and I had a completely opposite experience. Madison was responsive to the needs of my mom, did not try to upsale her on a phone that she would not use or want and provided the service at a price that was great!! Madison was also quick in helping set up the plan and unlike the people at the Brier Creek store spoke to us and not at us in a professional and customer focused way that will def have me doing all my business at the Cameron Village store moving forward.

This is the best experience Ive had at an AT&T store - Anthony and his staff are rockstars. They bent over backwards to make it easy for me and I ended up getting an iPhone 11 Pro - not a cheap phone - because they really helped me understand my purchase. Will be going back now!
Allen helped me set up new service with AT&T. The process was fast and easy. He wasn’t pushy but very patient and concerned with making sure I was happy with everything.
I came to this store after the one closer to my house didn’t have the phone needed and I’m very glad I did!! This store was bright, clean and inviting (compared to store near my house). Nathan (sales representative) was patient, competent, and helpful. He made changing service providers and upgrading my phone very straightforward.
Nathan has outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable and very patient with a complicated phone issue. He got me a better plan for a lower cost. I was dreading this visit but he made it easy.
Staff was great, helpful, and patient. Issue was Samsung and their false advertising to both the staff and customers. I appreciate the help and the issue wasnt their fault. Would have still bought a phone here but the pixel was out of stock.
Best AT&T costumer service around. If you go to this store ask for Nathan Heath, he is one of a kind. Not only is he handsome and charming but he has a vast knowledge of the store’s products and was able to answer and all questions that I had. I have been to this store many times since I’ve moved to Raleigh. Every time I go I have a great experience. The reps are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service even when I am going for customer service issues. Came in looking for a new phone and Nathan was very helpful. Hooked me up with the new iPhone X. Walked me through all the details of the phone and showed me all the neat features. Would recommend everyone to go over to Cameron village and see Nathan for any phone needs!

I’d been dealing with a frustrating customer service issue on my own for the last 2-3 months with call after call to remedy it. It was the same conversation every time and I was honestly ready to cancel my service.I came to this store to see what they could do to help, and Chris & Corbin really went the extra mile and did everything in their power to have it resolved. Usually going to a cell phone store is a pain. This was not the case when my husband and I went in to get new phones and switch to AT&T yesterday. Emmanuel was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured and he gave honest, professional answers to our questions. It turned out to be a painless process, and we left happy! I highly recommend this store and Emmanuel!
Went to the store to buy the wife her first iPhone. Overall experience was excellent. Staff listened to our needs, quickly filled our order and explained details of plan and warranty on iPhone. If you are not excited by the mall experience in shopping for a phone, consider the alternative. Hopefully your experience will be as positive as ours.
Went to this store to get our son a new iPhone and separate his account. They didnt set up his new account correctly, and accidentally created a non-existent phantom account in my name. My son had to call AT&T several times to get his account active, and I have since been getting collection notices from AT&T for not paying the phantom, dummy account, including not paying late charges on it.
I had a huge problem with a plan purchased through an AT&T phone rep that changed my entire original plan. Colleen helped me on multiple visits sort out and terminate the plan. She then helped me find a better and more affordable plan. She has incredible patience and a friendly, warm personality. I always ask for her when I go into the store.
Brought my phone in to take advantage of the AT&T Next promotion and that was the start of a multi-month headache that is still ongoing. Apparently the manager at the time, who has since been fired, was stealing the phones being turned in so mine never made it back to AT&T. Since it wasnt sent back, I was charged for it. This location admits all of this but has yet to give me a full refund on what I was charged. I have made 25+ calls to the store and countless visits and have still only been refunded 80% of what I was charged. This is a third party store and not a company store so watch out. While the people still there have been nice, their inability to get me a refund when they have admitted what happened is infuriating. Id stay clear.
I frequent this store for all my att phone needs because the customer service is consistently excellent. Drew and Benjamin have repeatedly gone above and beyond every single time I’ve been in. It’s not easy to find great customer service but these guys care about their clients and also the product they sell and represent. Kudos to you both, you are both a gift to this store.Update: drew schlagel, the assistant store manager needs to be recognized for a super power he exercises every time I come into the store. No matter what, nothing for him is impossible. He will find a way even when At&t gets in their own way. He is an asset and a fantastic representative for At&t and keeping him as an assistant manager is honestly a waste of a talented individual who cares about his clients, his products and his company.Promote this person please.
Colleen was extremely helpful. After some mishaps due to some employees changing around stores, she was calm, understanding, and handled a full store of customers with grace. At the end of my time with her I gave her a hug - as she helped me for a few hours to get everything resolved. I was moving, changing services, had issues with my phone - and she helped me with everything. Also, AFTER I left she followed through with what she said she would do... WHICH is obviously one of the most important elements to making my trip to her store a success. Im not sure if she is a store manager, but she SHOULD be -- she really really was great to work with, and I cant say enough good things about her.. Thanks Colleen! :)

I had a problem with pairing my I Phone with my Apple Watch. I worked on it for over an hour with no results. I took it to AT&T and Nathan and Emmanuel resolved the problem in less than fifteen minutes. They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

We just spent time with Colleen at Cameron Village and she was fantastic. I didnt even buy anything or upgrade but she was so helpful and kind in helping me with my iPhone. Definitely will come back here when I am ready to upgrade

Excellent service yesterday from Drew. Assisted with iPhone replacement then unexpectedly managed to cut my TV and internet costs significantly. He asked the right questions to identify savings, but I never felt pressure to decide.
The manager at this store needs to learn how to deal with customers so they will want to return. he has no person skills; perhaps he is knowledgeable but very unhelpful and actually rude. if you want an apple product, I advise going to the apple store where people are extremely friendly.
I went in April to upgrade my phone, at the time they offered me a deal and promised to combined all my existing accounts. Today I am still trying to clean up the mess they created. They created an extra account, and charge me for the supposed deal. I have tried to contact Daniel to no availability, since he was transferred to another store. The manager of this store, or the store where he was transferred have taken no responsibility for this mess. This store has costs me more than 8 hrs over the phone and over $700 in extra charges. This is not my first bad experience with and AT&T store unfortunately.

Beware of promotions offered at this location. I spent the past several months trying to track down promotional iPads that were promised to me by this store. The staff offered no useful information and was unable to honor the promotion I signed up for. I ended up having to work directly with AT&T just to obtain a refund for the money I spent on memory upgrades for the iPads that I never received.
I love the way how they welcome you into there store with so much energy and I also love the great deals that they offer you. I totally recommend at&t for you or your whole family

Both Imbrahim and Corbin had been working with me on my business account for the past 11 months. Its had been an ongoing struggle with my billing situation. Both guys had been very patient in seeking out answers from their headquarters (which no one had a clue) but they had been on the phone with these people for over 3hrs every tume i stop by. This is the best ATT store. These guys always stay after working hours to help me out when i was running late from my business. Very professional and friendly. Definitely above 5 stats services and most definitely recommend this specific location and guys.

Horrible customer service!!! They don’t answer their phone and the manager never calls back when he is supposed to. You just get the assistant manager and he can’t do anything for you at all!! Was mislead about the purchase of phones and iPad rebate when at this store during a vacation. Now back at home we find all these issues with our bill and no one around to help correct the issues or own up to their mistakes!! ZERO STARS!!

I would rate this AT&T location zero stars if I could. When they set up my account, there were several red flags they were doing it wrong; however, they blamed my previous carrier and lack of credit. In the end, they accidentally added two phone lines. Not only that, but they promised to fix it, made me wait days on end with no update, and finally after I contacted the AT&T provider and went back and forth between them and the store, the extra line went away... for a time. I was excused from the monthly billing, but the cost of the second Samsung S7 phone they added is still on my account no matter how many calls I make. In addition to their mistakes, they have treated me with little professional respect, acting like my friends instead of admitting that they made a mistake that has caused me so much stress, time, and financial burden. The person who messed up the phone lines did not even apologize when I came to the store and he watched his co-worker try picking up the pieces. If I could, I would leave AT&T because of this store. Instead, I am stuck trying to fix their mistakes on a monthly basis.

I cant even say I had bad customer service because I didnt receive any. I was ignored by the employees for over 20 minutes while they helped other customers. They did not even bother to awknowldge me when they walked by.
Today the young lady at the Cameron Village helped my dad with his online account. It took a while, but she got it completely straightened out. He hates personal computing and he hates phones. What a kind person to help with those things!
