I came across this company after calling a few other Taxi services that were completely booked for the time and I needed and Uber and Lyft were surging prices. They set my appointment, quoted me an amount and said they would call the day before to confirm my appointment. Ultimately I ended up being able to have a family member drop me off at the airport but even though i havent gotten to use this company yet i wanted to leave a review because the customer service is really great. They did call the day before my scheduled ride and i was able to cancel. They were really nice about it and let me know that if I needed them when I got back in I could just give them a call the day before and they would be there.

I had the worst experience trying to get a taxi from RDU - I called multiple companies and all were abrupt, rude, and not one had availability to come get me. I randomly called Trivia pretty desperate and not only did they answer on the first ring, the very sweet man said he was on his way at that moment, then texted me photos of his cab and car tag to ensure I knew which taxi was correct. Once in the taxi, we went ahead and arranged my hotel pickup for later in the week back to RDU, that was a huge relief to not have to deal with on the day I left. I received a text the day before confirming, and the day I left the driver showed up on the dot at my hotel. I really cannot say enough incredible things about this company. As a young, professional woman who travels often, it’s extremely important to feel safe in these situations and I cannot stress enough how safe and comfortable I felt with this company. I will never use another taxi company again. This company has my business forever. Thank you so much!!!!

Very reliable, friendly and most importantly a safe driver. Professional and was great at communicating about prices and expected pickup time. I would recommend Trivia Taxi, especially if you need a ride to/from the airport

In true customer service fashion, Amin arrived over 10 minutes early (and so did I). There was a flight crew riding with us, one of the crew members overslept and was very late. Amin handled this very professionally and made sure that we arrived at the airport on time.He is a kind gentleman who cares about his customers and his business as evidenced by the very clean and well maintained vehicle as well as my experience on this day. You won’t regret giving him your business when you need transportation in the Raleigh area.

Arrived in Raleigh 30 minute wait for an Uber. Called Trivia Taxi and he showed up in 5 minutes. Very professional and had awesome trivia I would is him again.
