Taxi driver Ali picked me up on time for a early flight, I needed to leave at 3am due to concerns with holiday travel times. Ali communicated as soon as the reservation was booked and texted me when he was on the way to my address for pick up. This company was professional and made me feel at ease knowing that I would make it on time for my walk morning flight. I would definitely use this company again!

They really saved the day!! Our flight was delayed 2 hours to past midnight on a holiday and our original mode of transportation fell through. Uber wanted an insane amount of money for our 20 mile trip home so I called the first taxi on Google and thank goodness I did! They were super kind, had a great rate, and were very punctual! I was expecting a regular taxi but we were picked up in a very clean Prius. I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

I used this company for a business trip last yearand very similar price . The drivers are always there on time and at the meeting points .On the return trip from the hotel to Hamlet, NC I needed to get to the airport slightly earlier than I had booked. We had a very calm and relaxing ride to the airport,when we arrived at the airport i was relaxed.The driver unloaded our bags and took them to the curb for us. Had a very early flight so needed 4:40 am pickup. Driver called me at 2:30 am to confirm. Huh?? Wished I wasnt woken up, but whatever. And then he no-shows. No answer from the number he called from. No answer at the main line. Left messages and nothing. Glad for Uber, even though it was a premium time and I paid a bunch - at least I didnt miss my flight (barely).

This service is excellent!!I remember arriving late from Nashville but alerted the driver and he was so polite and waited for me.We drove to RDU through the terrible traffic but i still managed to catch my fligh!!I highly recommend.

This taxi service was horrible. I made an online reservation the night before. the following morning I called about 15 minutes prior to make sure someone was coming to pick me up. The dispatcher put me on hold to tell me that he was sending someone. What is the point of making an online reservation if I still had to call to get a taxi sent to my location. The driver didnt end up calling until 745am and my reservation had been for 715am. This isnt the way things should be run.

Worst service ever! Made an online reservation 4 days in advance to drive me to RDU. They never picked me up!! After giving them 10 mins past the pickup time I tried calling the number on their website and found it had been disconnected. I ended up having to drive myself and pay for longterm parking at RDU.
