Amazing customer service by the owner and her employees. A friend and I were on our way from Raleigh to a conference in Wilmington when I suddenly got sick. We pulled over at the Warsaw rest stop, and my friend waited as long as she could before she had to get back on the road (she was hosting the conference). Ms. Debra, the cleaning lady, kept checking in on me to make sure I was ok as I sat in the stalls (which were very clean and well-maintained) and then the owner, Carol, personally drove me from the rest stop back to Raleigh so I could finish recovering there. Seriously -- angels. Thanks to Liberty Support Services for turning a terrible morning into a story about southern hospitality and great customer service.
Treats employees like crap, they literally sit in their office and just cut checks while everyone else does their job. Rude company president. Self absorbed, annoying, hot tempered, over talks EVERYONE, she needs a huge reality check. Slacks off on getting important things done. Randomly changes schedules without even telling you. Also employs a very incompetent supervisor that slacks off as bad as the president. Wants you to drive to work in 6 inches of snow while the roads are frozen. They just really suck and should go out of business.
