Fedex Freight called me on Thursday to schedule a freight delivery for the following Tuesday. Made the appointment between 11am-3pm. I called at 3:30pm asking where it was. I was told that its 3.5 hours away and wont be delivered today. They said that they could call me tomorrow to see if it arrived at the local terminal and then schedule it for the next day. Well, what was the point in scheduling it in the first place if it wasnt even close? The guy I talked to didnt care that they messed it up, nor that I took the day off to wait for their scheduled delivery that never showed. I dont recommend them at all. Very incompetent.
Lost a 550lb order.. said it happens all the time disorganized and clueless... systems down, ... nobody answers the phone regularly ... unreal.. I would give .0001 star if I could

This 1 star is for the guy who sits in the office by the door and is over shipping and receiving.Waited at this place 4 hours because he refused to take the pallets cause he said it did not match paperwork. I left and returned, he said they faxed him new paperwork that was the same paperwork I initially had. Guys like this who care nothing about another mans time should find another line of work. The staff around him is great and how he is so horrible is beyond me. If you deliver here, hope you do not have to deal with him.
Would of been nice if y’all to notify my my package was sitting in Raleigh today, I would of came to pick it up. Now it’s basically useless to me.
