I scheduled the lawn mowing service and the job was assigned to a landscaper. On the date the landscaper was supposed to complete the job, I waited around close to sunset and no one came. I contacted support several times throughout the day for an ETA on the landscaper. I was never provided an update. I would not recommend using Plowz and Mowz.

The app is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. I’ve used them for plowing and grass cutting. Always had good service and I like that they have people available on short notice.

The app is super user friendly and I got a quote for my property in less than a minute. I was able to easily schedule landscaping services while I was away on a business trip!

Terrible customer service! Placed and scheduled an order for service, the date came ans went with no call and no one showing up. Called at noon the next day to be told that the service was not completed. (I already knew) They could not provide a ETA for the work nor explain why I had not been notified. Promptly cancelled the order for lack of communication.

Great lawn care app! What a life saver and super easy to use.

Placed an order well in advance of the date I wanted the job completed. Only after calling several times was I notified that the service provider came and went because they did not have the right equipment for the job. It took the entire rest of the day to confirm a reschedule. Finally had to cancel the service due to terrible customer service and even worse execution.
