Would leave zero stars if I could.Fred gave me a quote for yard work and sent two guys out that completed half the work and left. I had texted Fred during their work that it appeared they weren’t going to finish, to which I was chastised for questioning their methods.Well, they did exactly what I thought they were going to do and so I had pics and videos taken of the mess they left behind and sent them to Fred, who assured me over text that he would make it right.When we spoke this morning he complained that if he had to come back and finish the work he would lose money so I reminded him of his promise to make it right. He then told me (and I quote), “I am not a man of my word”. There’s nothing left to say after that.By his own admission, Fred is not a man of his word. You would be well-served to believe him.

I have worked with Triad Maintenance for some time now. I have gotten to know the people behind the business. What I can say is they are a step above the competition. They go out of their way to provide a great service to their clients!
