I had someone drop off a 5ft long box with a Jeep soft top in it. The package scanned in at this store, then never scanned again. I find it incredibly hard to believe that the store (or UPS driver) lost this package. I assume it was stolen by an employee or a driver. Come on! How do you loose a 5ft long box!!! Seems sketchy to me. Will call Police to see if I can file a report to get their video evidence since I have the time and date the package was dropped off. Ridiculous.
I needed to return an Amazon package. I went to the New Bern Ave UPS Kati was the person helping me. She was working on it but needed to step away, Cameron stepped in and was willing to help. They worked to get my business finished in a timely fashion. I now know how to make the next return run a little smoother..

Went to this location to get official documents notarized from the new DMV that just opened close by. Upon arrival I was denied service because the notary “didn’t feel comfortable “ doing the notary. Those were her words exactly. Dmv sent me there for the notary. I feel as though there is some type of discrimination involved. I had all proper documents and ID with me to have the notary done. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMANY. The owner replied “oh well”
Went online to schedule fingerprinting for a non-resident license and went at my appointed time only to be told that they couldnt find my appointment (I received a reminder via email by the way) only to be told that they cant do it because its for Florida. I wont share the expletives that I would like to post here as I took time off to drive there and there was never any sort of disclaimer on the website regarding any fingerprinting restrictions. Found a mobile service that came to me for what would have been the same price.
Received excellent service when returning Spectrum equipment on December 13th. Employee who attended to me was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Me and my husband went to this location and was refused notary service we had all the proper documents she stated she wasnt comfortable notarizing only thing made her uncomfortable is the color of our skin please dont do business here!!

I would like to thank Oscar for his exceptional customer service very polite soon as I got up from the computer and turned around he asked if I needed help. The store is very clean and organized not cluttered and great location I had finished shopping at Wal-Mart and then I came right over perfect saved on gas and now I can go on with the rest of my day.
I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to for Mr.Terry! I had issues with my package and he handled it with such care and professionalism. He was on top of the issue updating me along the way and he resolved the issue in a timely manner. I would give him specifically more stars if I could because it is difficult to find such customer service!
I made a quick stop to the UPS Store this afternoon and was very surprised to see that NONE of the 4-5 employees (that I could physically see) were wearing a face mask! None. The tiny store had at least 6 customers inside, including me. Ironically enough, there was a stack of face masks FOR SALE on the check out counter right next to me. Utterly shocked that mask-wearing is not encouraged at this establishment. I can only hope that UPS drivers, and other UPS Stores are following stricter guidelines during this global pandemic....
I went last week explained I needed this yellow envelope in kentucky as soon as possible how can we do this. The young man said no problem he printed a bit sticker said heres your tracking code bye..low and behold came the post office bringing me a big yellow envelope that I mailed by ups...It never went to kentucky. I paid ups store an they took to post office to mail ( why????)No the addresses were not switched it was addressed right. So I return to this store to say why ....I dont know you will have to to post office( why I paid you!!!) I want a refund and now I have to go buy another envelope!! I am sorry I cant give you a refund we did our job!!! No you did not get it to kentucky, thats their job . ( What the h). I called store manager a girl got a run around a bunch of excuses and still no refund. I go to post office pay $12 more to mail again and be told go to ups store for refund they were wrong. Who is the owner not ups it is a franchise and he has many stores I cant tell you when he can call you back, No I cant give you his name or number!!A bunch of idiots in need of training and supervision..
UPDATE...I have noticed a turnover in employees, which means a turnover in customer service. I mainly use this UPS for Amazon returns, they efficient in getting me in and out... No complaintsFeb 4, 2020 at 8am. I was the first customer...The agent on duty displayed a very bad attitude and she let it be known, that it was because it was 8am and she was the only one at work...she could not print out all my receipts and was irritated me asking for them...This was the UPS store I always used but not any more
Employee was nice and took care in making copies of an important document.
What looked like teenagers, locked the door right at 7pm and turned off the lights even though I was walking up to the door. My small package was labeled and ready to ship. Currently on hold with UPS to cancel my shipment and taking my business to FedEx.

I shipped a package and somehow it ended up on the wrong truck going the opposite direction delaying the delivery. I called ups and they said to call the store I shipped it from. The owner took ownership of the issue and has been doing his best to fix the issue. I’m impressed with his customer service and would recommend this location.

I am very concerned and disturbed by the lack of professionalism displayed by employee Shawn at the UPS Store located at 4501 New Bern Ave Ste 130, Raleigh, NC 27610. I called today to understand the process for an Amazon return. He was overbearing, condescending, & overall lacked professionalism in this interaction. When I attempted to explain my shipping needs, he spoke over me & consistently cut me off throughout the call. Shawn said he was over worked and the only person there. I stated this is not an acceptable reason for being rude in which he hung up the phone. Roughly 10 minutes passed, and my phone rang. It was Shawn from the UPS Store who called to yell, “don’t bother coming in my store,” then hung up. I’m completely appalled by this display of unprofessionalism.
James Glendarius and Harry stayed after closing to help me finished up a super important project I had due. They even helped me convert my files into the right printable version. Fast and efficient. Professional and patient. I highly recommend

I was so pleased with the service I received today. I called first and a gentleman answered all my questions. Unfortunately I had computer issues at home and could not print my Amazon return label. The young blonde lady went out of her way to help and we got the return set up in no time. Another lady asked if she could help as well. This location is under a new owner and God bless all of them and good luck to them! It was a pleasant visit with EXCEPTIONAL service and well worth the drive from Wendell.

I just went here in a hurry, trying to return some items from amazon with no shipping label or container. They printed the label for me, took care of the box and taped on the label and everything. I was in a hurry and they got me in and out quick. Would recommend this location over others in the area!
Heavy set light skin girl with shaved orange hair is rude and mouthy. Pick a different job if youre that miserable where you feel the need to speak to people in such a disrespectful condescending way. she tried to charge me for a label when I made it very clear there was a way to do it for free because I had just returned something the same way earlier that week. And then she continued some mouth off and speak badly about the customers in front of the customers.
Ive been here several times for different services and have no complaints. Notary is only $5. The staff attends to the customers as quickly as possible and the parking is somewhat hectic at times but thats not any fault of UPS its the owner of the property

Guy at counter wanted to charge me a $1.00 to put a small piece of tape on package. I thought he was joking at first. I know times are hard but, come on UPS. I went next door and asked to if I could have tape a piece of tape and they were more than happy to help.My package already had an UPS label on it so, it was guaranteed I was going to use UPS service and not leave. Im usually am not on this side of town and for sure I will not be returning to this UPS.
I got an apology stating that you were sorry for confusion however there was no confusion, and if there were on your employees part, confusion didnt require rudeness and disrespect from her. You were missing the point of the review. No apology needed for her confusion. The problem was she was RUDE AND CONDESENDING.
Ive been to this location twice. Im pretty disappointed. Disengaged staff at best. Rude at worst. The lady wanted to charge me two bucks to receive an email from me and print out a prepaid label on a sheet of paper.The lady really looked at me and said 1.72 for computer use, 20 cents for the paper, plus tax.I will make every effort to not return to this location.USPS is cheaper and friendlier. I like friendly.
Very rude and unhelpful. I went in to send a package back to Amazon. I had already spoken to Amazon customer service who explained I could send the five items in one box with one return label as long as I placed all other labels in the box. When I got to UPS the older gentleman asked if there was more than one item in the box. I said “yes” and he started shaking his head and rolled his eyes saying “Amazon wants each item boxed separately”. This would have resulted in me paying over $40 in return shipping fees. I explained that I had already cleared this through Amazon and he continued shaking his head and stated he wouldn’t ship it. As if it has any affect on him. I told him I would be going elsewhere and he said “that’s fine”. I took the box to another location and they shipped it with no issues.
The gentleman that helped me was nice, but I dont understand why everytime I go here to get something printed the cost is different. Anywhere from $0.69 to $2 for a single sided one page be print.
I hardly ever write reviews. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Im unsure as to what happened, but I have to tried to return a package and have been going back and forth. I checked the tracking number that I was given, but it does not match up with the content in which I tried shipping. I double backed with the store to retrieve each tracking number within that month and time period just to make sure I wasnt accidentally given the wrong number or if I put the wrong one in myself. None of the numbers matched up. I am unsure as to what happened. I shipped two packages out the same day, but besides that I am at a loss. It was a return package for a lens I had purchased a bit back. Now I have a lens floating around who knows where and am out almost $600.
Had big heavy tube amp to ship and had them do the packing. They did an amazing job.
Had to print a bunch of flyers and handbills for a local concert on different types of paper. Every employee in the store worked to ensure my product was to my satisfaction with the correct coloring. They were very cordial and patient as it took a while to print the 70+ pages.
This review covers my general experience after multiple visits to this UPS franchise. Lousy customer service with a snobby attitude (not all employees) and overpriced costs for packaging and shipping, including both supplies and service. Small and crowded parking lot; parking is inadequate for the stores. Avoid! The post office provides free mail supplies with priority mail which is cheaper than UPS. A large bubble mailer costs $2.59. At this UPS, it costs $4.00. Go to the post office instead.
I am handicapped and have had to use several services of the UPS Store. The staff went out of their way to help me, especially Oscar, Cameron, and Mary; even curb side service because of COVID-19! #CUDOS

I shipped a package 10/2/15, and was assisted by September. She was courteous, knowledgeable, quick and to-the-point. I was in and out in no time at all. The store was also clean an organized. I will be returning for all of my future shipping needs.

Helpful but could be friendlier!
Rude when I called in, ok they might be busy. Walked in and they were still rude a few hours later even though the store was empty. Asked if I could run maybe 10 of tape just to patch up a portion of the box was told it would be $1.The is a nickel and dime operation, go elsewhere. First UPS Ive ever visited where they treat you like total garbage.

Dont go here. I have bad experiences with UPS but by all means, this was the worst. The guy who owns this place is insane. I think he has turrets. He uses a lot of profanity in front of his customers. Ive seen it several times. If you dont mind driving a couple of extra miles to another UPS store, it is well worth the drive because shipping your packages from this store is a gamble because half the time the packages never leave the store and they mysteriously disappear. I dont trust these people at all.
