APR did a good job repairing my floor after water damage. The project manager Donna was very nice and responsive. She kept me informed and was flexible when needed. My new floor looks great. The team met their timeline. The only problem was after install. We had minor issues at end of process when furniture was returned which required extra touch up painting for some missed areas but the they quickly addressed with no reservations.
We first became acquainted with APR on February 25 when we had a house fire. Our first contact was with Tyson Taylor. Tyson arrived while our house was still on fire and remained until we had secured our home and ensured that we were settled in a hotel with our 2 dogs. Over the next several days, Tyson introduced us to David Davis, Jody Frailey, and Kelly Rogers. The care and compassion each person has is amazing. We were introduced to our project manager, Ryan Soule. Ryan walked us through the entire process and provided us with a time-line of events. Ryan made a point of seeing and/or speaking with us daily – he even followed up on the weekends to ensure the vendors were on point. Ryan took care of our home as if it was his own. The level of customer care and service Ryan provided was beyond our expectations. We cannot say enough about Ryan, Tyson, Daniel, Hunter, Kelly and the entire APR team. Even after our home was finished, APR employees continue to reach out to check on us.While we never thought we would be facing a situation like this we are glad to know that APR took care of us every step of the way. If you should eve find yourself in a situation of a home disaster make your one and only call to APR.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I have been dealing with APR for the past two months and it just keeps dragging out. First the cleaners did not do what they were supposed to do ( they are supposed to fix this), second took 6 weeks for floors to be refinished. We were told week after week not this week but maybe next. Could never get a straight answer. We only see our project manager whenever we have a check for him to pick up. No one ever shows up when they are supposed to. They have had my cabinets 7 weeks going on 8 and they still are not finished. Spoke with the owners a week ago and was informed the parts would be in this week. Only to get an email from project manager Monday telling me the parts would not be in until May 8th. This has truly been my worst nightmare! Having your house messed up in a fire is bad, but having to deal with a company who doesn’t deliver what they sell is extremely frustrating my advice pick a different company!!
APR was fantastic. We had our roof replaced from significant hail damage and were referred to Brett Senter and APR by a neighbor. Brett provided us a bid that was very close to the insurance adjusters and worked out all of the details with the insurance company to minimize our time and frustration with the process. Brett was flexible and worked with our schedule to do the work. He was readily available and returned our texts and calls within minutes every time. His team did a great job!
Would give them 10 stars if I could.I had water damage in my home from a leaking hot water heater. APR and their team of expert crews were with us from beginning to end. The restoration crew was under the guidance of David Mangum who went above and beyond what was required to assist us in any way he could. He made this headache bearable to deal with. His crews were very polite and courteous to us at all times and even went beyond what was required of them as well. Thanks APR. and company for all your work and help.!!!!!!The finished job looks fantastic!!!!#
