We used Servpro to cleanup our water damage at our home in Wake Forest, NC. Tim a Manager / Owner of the local Servpro came out with Randy, Justin B, also Johnyray . They came to our home very quickly. Randy and Justin B did all of the work that night. They came about 1800 and they left about 0030 . They did excellent work, were very polite, worked constantly, and were very professional. They did all the necessary work and installed all of the proper equipment to correct our water damage problem .In addition to the above, all of the Servpro people were professional, and were very interested in fixing our problem as quickly as possible and in the best condition as possible.We still have some work to do, ie., repair any construction necessary to do the repair. However, we are expecting the same quality of work.

These guys have been amazing! I would definitely recommend calling them if you have a problem, and request Jimmie and Juan. Not only were professional, but knowledgeable and fast. Even though I rent an apt they treated my stuff with respect and concern. Since we are going through such a difficult year it is so refreshing to find people who still care. Jimmie and Juan had a lot of work to do but they were still very friendly and sociable, and they honestly lifted my spirits during this tough time. Definitely give them a call!

My technicians were nothing but professional. They did a fantastic job with mold removal. Explained the process, did a great job with clean up. So I wanted a bid to sanitization and clean the attic. They charged 156 just to look the job over. Then gave a poor bid. 2k higher than competitors with incorrect details in the statement of work. Their legal team seems well funded. It would be better if they dedicated more resources to customers and the actual work. Do not recommend working with this outfit.

Angie & David were very professional and very courteous when they arrived at my home. They were through with walking me through the water restoration process and gave detailed answers to my questions. I am grateful that Angie and David help ease my stress level around making sure this repair was accurately and throughly mitigated.

Serve pro came very quickly, gave me an estimate and did the job as promised. I am a realtor on a tight timeline for a closing and this unexpected propblem needed to be properly taken care of as quickly as possible. Serve pro came to my aid. They were so responsive, so polite and the communication was good. Jimmy and David assisted with the 2nd part of the job but all of them were so professional. They took photos so the seller will be able to use those for filing his insurance. I will continue to use them for these unexpected emergencies. Since Serve Pro works with insurance companies frequently they know what the insurance company needs to file the claims properly.

After our kitchen floor flooded, Fernando and Tomas came by and installed all the drying equipment. They answered all our questions and told us what to expect. Then everyday a team came by and assessed the drying improvements. Everyone who came by was very friendly and knowledgeable. They all helped make a very stressful and trying time a little less scary, and dried the floors quickly so we can start again and be done with this ‘adventure’.

The process took a little longer then expected but James and Jay were great and cleaned everything. It was spotless. They did a great job explaining what and how they were doing things. I give 3 stars because it took almost a week before they actually started working on my claim.

They poked a hole in my ceiling that I had to find someone to repair. Left their equipment beyond the reasonable time (I had to call several times to get it removed). Then took 3weeks to generate a bill, but only 7 days before they called me to harass me for payment. Never do business with them!

My hot water heater leaked at my townhouse. Serve Pro arrived on the job within less than two hours. I have never seen such a thorough job of the drying out process and making sure all areas of any moisture were removed, like one panel in my dining area of the ceiling with the water heater being in the attic. This will be redone.I am so impressed. They are your go to company and Tammi was and has been patient and wonderful to work with. Their quote for finishing the work was a complete rip off. I had to let them go and hire another company. After they get their money from the insurance company—they’re slack/way overpriced.

He referred me to ServPro who called me Monday morning at 8am and then arrived just after 9am. Brandon, Troy and the team have kept me informed during the whole process. While this has been very stressful, their expertise has given me great confidence during this time.

BEWARE. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ BELOW & LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCEI was stopped at a red light at Millbrook Rd. & Creedmoor Rd. on 4/6/16 when a Servpro truck drove past me in the left turn lane and ripped the mirror off of my truck. They did stop and acknowledge they hit me, and we pulled into a parking lot. A City of Raleigh Police Officer came out and generated an accident report, which includes a diagram showing the Servpro truck, which was wide since it was a dump-style truck, over the boundary line of their lane as they passed my stopped truck and making contact with my vehicle. The police report states that the Servpro truck passenger side mirror struck the driver side mirror of my truck.Carlton, the owner of Servpro, called me yesterday. The conversation lasted less than a minute, and consisted of him talking rapidly so as not to let me have time to speak. He said that he was not accepting any responsibility for the accident, and he is refusing to pay for any damages to my vehicle. He also said that he was calling his insurance company to instruct them not to pay for the damages to my truck. At the end of his rapid fire speech, I told him I was stopped at a red light and was struck by your dump truck....how are you not at fault? He said, I already told you my position on the whole thing. If you think my insurance is going to pay..good luck to ya. He then abruptly hung up on me.

Driving to work this morning I had the pleasure of encountering one of their trucks number 25. This Person was driving recklessly tailgating me and almost rear ended me twice. Then when I finally moved over to get out of the way of this crazy person they almost rear-ended the person in front of me. I will never use this business if this is the quality of person that is sent to my house.

Servpro Raleigh, Im very disappointed. Mr. Howe came out to assess my kitchen water damage but never sent me a quote. Its been a month! I had to call and remind Howe about his visit to my home and that I never got my estimate. I later emailed another reminder and he responded due to all the recent frozen claims, I will not be able to complete your estimate in a timely manner due to my limits on being in the office. It may be a few weeks until I am able to do so.This is totally unacceptable and rude. Is this how you do business, by wasting the consumers time? I cant recommend ServPro Raleigh, NC to anyone. From a customer service standpoint, you all need to address responsiveness and and work towards doing a better job of living up to your motto 24 hour emergency serviceAfter a month of waiting and broken promises, I called up ServePro Durham. Theyre running circles around you with responsive and are on the job.You guys need to get it together. Also, I still expect a response as promised...when you find time.
