Jose kept me abreast of the process of what he needed to do, how long it would take, was on time, and extremely professional. The best customer service I have received in a long time hands down.

I called Gold Star Restoration I think May 29th after my line from the sink to dishwasher.Miguel Martinez was the person I spoke to and he was in charge of the job.He came out within 2 hours I am in Person County and they are in Wake.He sat up drying fans inside and under the home. He brought in a dehumidifier to draw out moisture. I have Asthma and he also brought in and air filter machine to help me.Once the drying was completed in side and under the house they started the packing up every thing in the kitchen I helped but was told they would do it for me.His contracted other contractors to come do the work that fell into their field of work.Miguel is a very heart warming person and you can feel the trust as soon as you meet him. He speaks good English and his estimate for what needs to happen is outstanding. If you are not happy he is not happy an he will make anything wrong right. He will offer suggestions and support to help you make the right choices.I have blessed him every day for being in the right place at the right time.
