Project managers Ben & Roger were excellent as well as their crew! They were all very professional and on time. We are extremely happy with the work that as been done due to the water damage. Ceilings replaced, walls painted, tile floor replaced, ceiling lights replaced and hardwoods refinished…they worked with our insurance company to provide a smooth transformation of our home.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom and dad, Bobby and Kay Duncan who used this company for the restoration of their home in High Point, NC. Roger Coates, the project manager was very easy to work with and did everything to our specifications. Jeremy Lupine and Clay Miller worked closely with Roger to make sure all work was done correctly and completed on time. I would highly recommend this company and these guys for any of your restoration needs. The house turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I wanted to share my exceptional experience I had with Kustom US. Not only did I use them on 2 separate occasions, but I also used them to rebuild and restore. They took a proactive approach and assisted quickly to mitigate in a timely manner. They were very mindful and respectful. Mr. Michael Lang, the project manager, was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with his skills and it showed that he truly cared and was capable of doing a fantastic job. He worked very meticulously and diligently. He was very resourceful and helpful; when I had to call the plumber to come back to my house to figure out why I was having water leakage even though the toilet was already removed and the area was sealed. As for his crewman Mr. Jeremy L, he was at my home on both occasions and he was very reliable and skillful in his craftsmanship. He was very courteous and pleasant. When the project started they worked around my 4 children and me. Mr. Lang was very considerate and understanding about my situation and planned accordingly. When the job was completed I was so amazed and impressed. The flooring and painting came out beautifully. Outstanding work! I will certainly be using this company again! When disaster strikes you better call them!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was such an amazing experience working with Kustom Raleigh. Ben and Jeremy showed the utmost professionalism and stayed on top of all the different aspects of this tricky project I had. From problem evaluation to repais, everything was done at the highest quality, with Jeremy going above and beyond to make sure thats the case. Also, hands-down the nicest contractors Ive ever worked with. They really do care about your situation and it shows.I would recommend hiring Kustom for any job.

Hot water flowing under our hardwood floors was a disaster - we had to have our crawl space redone, cabinets removed, and hardwood floors replaced. It was a very trying process until Roger Coates, Tyler Fry, and Jeremy Lupien of the Raleigh Kustom US office started working on our job. Roger took full control of the situation, coordinated all the different aspects of the job, and made sure everything was fixed to our full satisfaction. Tyler went above and beyond and did great work on our cabinetry, trim, and woodwork, and Jeremy made sure our plumbing, drywall, and electrical all came back together very nicely. If we ever had to have this kind of work done again, I would call Kustom immediately and ask specifically for that same team.

These are amazing professionals who cleaned up and removed damaged walls, flooring, and insulation after Hurricane Flo. And no mess left behind. Not even dust! Incredible and fast work! Very responsive and helpful!! Wonderful to work with! Prompt, hard working, and considerate of my home and my belongings. Thank you!!!!!!

As a wife and mom of three my life was turned upside down this past October 23rd when I walked into my house to see my home completely water damaged. We did not know what to do. So we called our insurance company, which led them to contact Kustoms. I must say, that your guy’s response time was great.My husband and I have had the up most pleasure working with Roger Coates. He is a very caring, attentive, professional, and just an overall a great guy. Every single time we had a question, he had an answer. He always had a smile on his face and always reassured us that everything was going to work out just fine. Roger and his team Tyler Fry and Jeremy Lipien are just phenomenal. Roger has made these last two months so easy, knowing that our home was in good hands.  They were always on time, friendly and the repair completion was done on time. All repairs were beyond what my husband and I imagined. We would highly, highly recommend Roger and his team to anyone I know.

Very friendly and prompt attention to our damaged home due to a kitchen fire. Joe, Paul, and Greg not only assisted us with boarding up our home, they also were with us helping out with the insurance company to make sure our claim was handled smoothly. They got us back in to our home fairly quickly and I absolutely love my new kitchen. They treated our disaster like we were a member of their family, I couldnt be happier.

When I first discovered the water damage to my property, I contacted USAA and they sent out two contractors to bid on the job.The first to respond was Kustom. Before there was any discuss of the process, Mr. Ben Miller showed me compassion, because he could tell that my PTSD was kicking in hard. His reassurance that they would return my townhouse to the original state was exactly what I needed to hear.Mr. Roger Coates and his team arrived and started attacking the water damage. Roger, the project manager, dove in and worked along side his team. He could have observed and supervised, but instead he demonstrated leadership by getting involved directly. As we say in the military, he went beyond the call of duty. Roger stayed in contact with me and always made me feel that I was his most important job.( My water water damaged occurred at the same time Raleigh had its largest fire in 100 years).Kustom exhibited the highest degree of professionalism by their exemplary conduct during the process of restoring my property.In closing, I contacted USAA and informed them that Kustom should be their preferred contractor instead of the one they sent me.Sincerely,CSM (RET) Gregory Galloway
