I will say that using Spectraforce in the beginning was a little bit of a challenge, Payroll for the first week was not correct but even though it was not, they did do their best to correct the issue and move forward with everything being corrected the rest of the time. I did enjoy working closely with my own personal rep that was assigned to me once the job was chosen for me and loved it ever since. They were always there to answer any questions that I had and made sure to keep in contact with me and check in every step of the way. I am pleased to say after 8 months of working through them I am now perm at the company they hired me to work for and I love it! I think all relationships are based on communication and being clear on the expectations and once that was done things went smooth along the way. Thanks Spectraforce!

I currently work for SpectraForce and I am very happy they have given me the opportunity to work in a field I wanted more experience in. First of all they are one of the few agencies that follows through with their means of communication. You email them. They email you right back. You call them and they call you back. Its a matter of making sure you follow through on your end. I feel like Im supported enough with this Agency.

They placed me with a reputable company which was great until I got in the door. The project was in shambles and I’m dealing with it. The communication with Spectraforce is horrible. I’m making a few calls at a time before getting my questions answered or even getting someone on the phone. The one person I have to deal with at the office is rude and I dread when I have to call for information.

My experience with Spectraforce has been great from day one. I applied for a position Friday evening and received a call first thing Monday morning to screen for an interview. The next day I had an official phone interview and the day after that I received an invite for an in person interview with the hiring company. I was out of state that week due to a family emergency, but the recruiters were amazing in scheduling that interview for me 2 weeks later. The interview extended beyond my professional background and engaged me as an individual. I instantly recognized and appreciated that. My recruiters fully prepped me for my in person interview and it went smoothly. I was offered a position later on that same day!! The on-boarding process was great because the Spectraforce staff is thorough and processes all documents received right away. You are always able to reach the person you need to speak with and all documents can be submitted electronically. Spectraforce recruiters were there to greet us our first day on the job and were present throughout the week to make sure we were equipped with all tools necessary to be successful and, most importantly, be paid on time!!! They were very upfront and honest about what was expected of us. They even brought us Chick-fil A the first week!!! My relationship has deepened through my interaction with the Employee Care department (Yes, theres an entire department devoted to helping us with any and all HR questions or issues and they are lightening fast in response and processing time). I actually used to work at a staffing firm and the staff network was nothing like what Ive experienced from Spectraforce. I am on a first name basis with many of the staff and they are always eager to assist with anything that I send their way to this day. My colleagues that were hired the same day as me are all amazing people. We continue to operate as one unit and every single one of us made it through training and are still with the company. We have a very tight bond by going through this experience together. There are also talks of us being hired on as permanent sooner than originally expected!!! (YAAAAY!!!!) So whether you are an employer looking for great candidates or a great candidate looking for the perfect employer, you are in quality and sound hands with Spectraforce. To each and every member of the Spectraforce team, I thank you because every aspect of my life from home to finances, and career has been fully enriched thanks to you!!

This is a scam. They call you with a job offer claiming to be a third-party recruiting service, when really theyre just trying to get your SSN half the time

This is the people who are destroying this country just because you would make a mistake at a math question they would decide that you are not a good fit or even a good person what had happened to us . They would bring someone in India to make test for you and if you answer any questions wrong you are done . These people are madness and they need to be stopped one way or another I hope that one day this company would be shut down by the good Americans . And this is not what I fought in Iraq for not . Stop them stop them stop them .

You have to wait 4 weeks to get paid. This is horrible when youre just getting back on your feet. Plus they keep your final check. They dont pay your two weeks after you leave.

I have spoken with two different recruiters there who dont follow through at all and think that if you know one programming language you can jump to any other.

Didnt help me one bit. I went in for one interview on Friday waited a couple days before I called no one answered left a voice mail. Waited until almost the end of business the next day and called again left another voicemail. Finally I called around lunch time the 3rd day and someone answered but she said she would inform my recruiter and they would get back with me. I know the job started on the 30th I had the interview on the 12th. I waited for an email or a phone call never received anything left my name several times and still no word from them. I called again got in contact with the same young woman she informs I remember you calling and hearing your name I left a message with the recruiter she didnt get In touch with you. No she didnt. Ill leave her another message she said and I promise well get back in touch... it is now the 14th of the following month. I mean I knw I didnt get the job when I never received a message the first time; but most places do send you a rejection letter. I just wanted to knw what I needed to improve on. Did I not interview well was I not dressed appropriate. Couldnt have been someone better qualified because it was a entry level position, and I have at least 5 years worth of experience where they were asking for only 2
