TRC helped me find the perfect job for me! I have been looking to start a career in my field for a long time and it was difficult and I did not want to settle for any job. My friend recommended that I look into staffing companies in the area. I researched several ones and choose to try TRC Staffing because of other great reviews. I’m so happy I made that decision, they were very responsive, knowledgeable and made sure to help me find the exact kind of job that I was looking for and helped me navigate the process along the way. I have now become permanent in the position I took and plan to work there for many years to come all through the help of TRC. The staff is awesome Kendra, Abigail, and Amanda were always there when I needed anything. They also have great management, John was very welcoming to me starting with them. I would definitely recommend TRC for anyone looking for job opportunities. It can be really tough but TRC can make it easy!!

Alicia at TRC in Raleigh, NC has been so friendly and proactive on my behalf in the search for a position that fits my mental, as well as physical needs. (I’m a disabled, non-licensed RN with MS). She found three possibilities, but unfortunately, none resulted in a job for me. When she feels that my resume’ needs to be updated or “tweaked”, she sends an email requesting the documentation and that makes me feel so much better because that means she’s keeping me in her radar!! I would highly recommend TRC staffing for anyone looking for employment.

Great Experience with TRC Staffing! I applied Tuesday, interviewed Wednesday, passed Drug Screen Thursday, and began on Friday! Thank you Alicia!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I was initially excited to work for this company. Honestly if I could give no stars or even negative starts then I would. First, the start date I was given for the assignment was pushed back. For something I was supposed to start within a week I didn’t start for 4 weeks. I had to reach out for updates because for some reason my recruiter didn’t want to update me in a timely fashion. When I actually started the assignment the description of the job of course didn’t match up to what I was actually doing. My recruiter painted a beautiful picture of lies. When payday finally came I soon realized the unorganized mess I’d gotten myself into with TRC. They say payday is actually Friday but will pay you anywhere from Tuesday-Friday. It was really inconsistent. When events would take place through the temp employer. I wouldn’t be notified until last minute from TRC. I had a role switch for the assignment and of course pay became a problem. There was no communication or updates from TRC. My recruiter never stopped by on my shift or answer my emails in certain situations. Finally in my last week of working of course TRC messed up my hours and now my paycheck is messed up.In conclusion DO NOT EVER WORK FOR TRC.
