The staff was friendly and my hygienist was very thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient! I appreciated the television on the ceiling in the exam space so I could look at something soothing while my teeth were being cleaned. Dr. Harris was very nice and professional. I used to HATE going to the dentist. Every dentist I’d ever seen has made me feel terrible about my teeth and the amount of work I needed to have done. So much so, that I never went back to have the work done, and the issues just got worse.I was scared to go to the dentist again, until I found Falls Pointe Dentistry. Dr. Patel and his entire team of hygienists, techs, Ashton and the rest of the office staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Patel is so incredibly positive and uplifting, and taught me that genetics played a big role in the hand I was dealt and we’re only human. That sometimes things happen and it’s nothing to feel bad about. The best part is, he wants to save your natural teeth as much as possible. I can’t say enough about Falls Pointe Dentistry. The entire experience I’ve had with them has been life changing to say the least. And for the first time, I’m actually excited to go back to the dentist and have work done.

Everyone at Falls Pointe Dentistry has been wonderful and we have laughed a lot while they are drilling into my face.In the first picture from today you can see Dental Assistant Diane (who is awesome) joking with me during today’s root canal. And pic 2 is Office Manager Ashton (who is always smiling and happy!) and I celebrating today’s procedure being completed.To be clear, ALL of my current teeth problems are 100% my own fault for neglecting to get multiple issues checked and fixed over the past 10 years. I just kept putting it off and dealing with the pain which was DUMB. Dr. Patel and the team at Falls Pointe Dentistry put together a plan to get everything fixed and the last appointment is in a few weeks. Almost there!

I was a walk in experiencing tooth aches and pain in my jaw. They were short staffed and people were out to lunch but made it happen to get me seen and figure out the cause of my pain! Everyone at Falls Pointe Dentistry is very nice and welcoming! Very professional. The waiting room is very comforting, with natural light shining through the window. The front desk lady was very positive and welcoming as was my dental hygienist. While being cleaned you also have the option to watch Netflix and many other options of TV with two TVs, one in front and one above you on the ceiling. Everything was quick, concise, and diligent and I left with that good clean teeth feeling!

I wish I had found them sooner, because some of the dental choices that I have made earlier in life would have been better.The staff is so inviting and and cheerful. Okay, let me start by saying I’ve haven’t been to a dentist in a long time. That’s due to a huge fear I’ve had since I was about 12. My tooth pain got the the point where it needed to be handled. The paid outweighed the fear at that point.The website is easy to navigate and find an appointment very quickly. Within 3 days I had mine. They have a system setup for if you don’t have insurance. Which is amazing.Fast forward now that I’m on the back end of things, this place and the people I’ve met from this one procedure start to finish are heaven sent. Completely shattered any and all fears that I’ve had for the last 10+ years. I’m extremely grateful for each each person that works in that building. Truly.TTDR: I had a fear for over 10 years of dentists.Now I don’t.They have TVs on the ceiling

I followed Dr. Patel from his former dental practice. You may ask why, well, I was seeing him as my primary dentist for about two to three years and he knew my dental work. I continued to be seen at his former practice, but it wasn’t the same without him. I didn’t feel that I was getting the same care. I trust Dr. Patel with my dental work. He is professional and an all around great person, as well as, a great dentist. He will trouble shoot to find out what the problem is to find a solution so that you, the patient, will be happy, as well as satisfied with your dental work. I now have to drive over an hour to his practice, but my visit today was well worth it. I’m going to continue to be seen at his practice because I know that he cares about me as his patient. I remember him suggesting a bridge that I did not want, well the one that I chose cracked three times. I now have the bridge he suggested and I have had it for about two years. If you are looking for a really good dentist, please call his office and schedule your next appointment. The staff is A+ and will treat you like they have known you for years. Everything is explained from the paperwork to the procedures. I was really impressed and I am so happy for Dr. Patel. The office is clean and refreshing at the same time, can you believe that at a dental office??!! I’m going to stop now, you’ll have to go and see the rest for yourself. My husband David Moore was favorably impressed at Falls Pointe Dentistry and gives thumbs up to the hygienist who did his x-rays and cleaning, to the dentist who did a checkup, adjusted a partial plate...making it much more comfortable...and the operations manager who discussed potential costs for recommended upcoming work. Full dentures cost much less than expected, plus a 20 percent discount for uninsured patients. Every aspect was pleasant and professional.

I myself being a physician and having ran private practice office, I was very impressed by professionalism of the entire staff. The systems of communications, patient evaluation and management was outstanding. Equipments were more advanced than any other dental office I have visited. I was treated with utmost respect. I even received a follow up call from the Dentist himself which was especially impressive. All front office staff were very courteous and friendly. I am happy to give 5star rating.

Dr. Rensch and Monica took great care of me when I went in a couple of times to get dental work done this week. They both made sure I was comfortable, in no pain (after putting local anesthesia in) and worked on my teeth patiently while being attentive to my needs. Dr. Patel and staff are absolutely exceptional. I live in Florida and was working in Raleigh, NC. When I realized I had waited too long to see a dentist in regards to a cracked tooth that had lost its filling. I had developed an infection and it was very apparent that I needed immediate medical attention. I was able to get an appointment that day and surgery the next. I need a root canal and crown. The experience at this dentist office was nothing but that of an Amazing experience. I have never felt so welcomed at an establishment in my entire life.When I was seated by the nice woman at the front I was greeted by a dental hygienist named Caitlin who was very informative when I had any questions, she also did an impeccable job when doing my teeth cleaning, she even showed me the proper way to floss and why I should floss that way opposed to how I usually do (Because, I am by no means a professional at this.) Caitlin then took an X-ray of my mouth in order to see if I had any cavities and even showed me how to look for them, in which raised the question of whether one of my veneers wasn’t seated properly from one of my earlier visits at a different dental office that year. The dentist then came in an explained to me that it in fact wasn’t seated properly and I was told my options.A woman by the name of Ashton who is the office manager had overheard my conversation with the dentist and told me that she also had the same tooth missing and that she had gotten a bridge around 17 years old and it’s still there to this day. She explained to me in great detail what a bridge was and why it would be good for me. Ashton was great and I felt as if I was talking to someone I had known my whole life while also being very professional. She made it so everything wasn’t just about an in-and-out run off the mill kind of dentist office that everyone is used to and was also very engaging.Overall, the staff at Falls Pointe dentistry are nothing but great people that are awesome at what they do. I have never seen anyone truly enjoy what they do for work, but the staff here showed me differently. These people had completely made my day an awesome one and have definitely made a life long customer out of me.I would 10/10 recommended this dentist office over any other!

My first visit to Falls Pointe proved to be such a positive experience, I decided to change dentist’s.I found the atmosphere to be professional as well as welcoming. This was the most thorough cleaning we have ever had. They did great with our disabled daughter. Very patient and understanding. We did not like the ultrasonic cleaning though. Too painful 😬😬😬but we felt like they really did a great job with our teeth

Having recently had a not-so-great experience at another dentist, it was so refreshing to walk into an office and feel like a person. Everyone is so nice here. I hardly ever leave reviews but the people at Falls Pointe Dentistry are more than deserving of a review. This establishment has given me the best service I have ever experienced. I went in for a simple wisdom tooth extraction expecting the visit to be like any other, cold, clinical and with staff eager to rush you out the door. I was thoroughly surprised to find none of that was the case. The young ladies there made me feel welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. You could practically see the smiles through the masks.The dental assistants were so kind and I feel horrible because I feel like I’m going getting names wrong but I’m going to try anyway. Firstly, Victoria was amazing. She made me feel comfortable the entire time because to be honest I’m a big baby when it comes to needles being poked into my mouth. She even got me a blanket when I mentioned I was cold. I cannot say enough about that young lady and Dr. Patel. Their bedside manner was phenomenal and I even said as much during the surgery. I felt no pain or discomfort at all during the process, probably due to the numbing drugs but I’d like to think it was from their skill and diligence.After the surgery Ashton at the front seat helped me get all billed out explaining everything to be about my insurance and follow ups. Ashton was spectacular, her personality was bubbly and energetic but most of all she was knowledgeable. When I got home I wasn’t even sure what I could eat so I called the office and Ashton answered giving me a list of things I could eat and what I should avoid. And I thank her for that because she could have easily brushed me off but she was patient and didn’t make me feel like a bother.I would like to extend my deepest thanks to all the staff at Falls Pointe Dentistry for the welcoming environment they have created and my personal thanks to Victoria, Ashton, Priscilla, Tori, Cheyenne, Caitlyn and Dr. Patel. First let me say advertising does pay off:) I saw their flier in a mailer and what I liked the most was they were being fun and silly but also warm and inviting . Since I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist this made me feel like “ok.... they will make me feel at home “.Which they totally did from the moment I stepped into the office . I am someone who gets really nervous and anxious about dental visits. Ive had some unpleasant experiences in the past and for that reason I put off taking care of my dental health. This resulted in some serious issues. I found Falls Pointe Dentistry at a crisis point. I remember my first visit last September. They set about putting me at ease from the moment I walked through the door and it didnt stop. I was so anxious my blood pressure skyrocketed and they worked to calm me down so we could proceed with getting me some help. That entire first visit was so caring, so concerned, so connected and so thoughtful. I left that day understanding that I had some major dental work ahead but also KNOWING Id made a good choice in seeking their help. Ive had 8 or 9 more visits since that first one and every time I walk into this office I feel like an old friend. I have now interacted with most everyone that works here and there doesnt seem to be a sour grape on the bunch! If you are of a certain age youll surely remember when you could walk into a healthcare providers office and feel like a cared for individual and not just a revenue source. I have delayed writing this review because I wanted to be sure this unbelievable +1 service experience was real and consistent. It is! Dr. Patel and Team have helped restore my confidence in care providers and my smile too! Give them a call. I promise youll be glad you did!

Very nice experience from walk-in to checkout. All the staff are super welcoming and friendly. The dental hygienist and dentist I had today were very kind and more than happy to answer my questions. And I greatly appreciate how the front desk staff have been so accommodating in working with me in terms of finance options due to being uninsured. My two teenagers (17 and 19) have been going to Falls Pointe Dentistry for 2 years, and feel totally comfortable there. Easy to make appointments (online or by phone) and the front staff is super friendly and seem to be on top of things. Last visit, they noticed that my coverage had increased and that the kids could now get their teeth sealed covered 100% - I would have never realized! The office is clean and very modern, and Dr. Patel is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

I must say this is the BEST dentist experience I have had to date! I had a traumatic event with a dentist in my past and have overwhelming fear to even make the appointment to go to the dentist. A friend referred me to Falls Pointe and Cheyanne was the first person to help me who was incredibly friendly, warm and had such a great disposition! Once I went to my appointment I was greeted by Priscilla and McKenzie who were equally as friendly, caring and full of smiles. They welcomed me as if I was already a part of the their dental team family. I explained my fears to McKenzie whom is their dental hygienist straight away and was immediately calmed down by her caring and patient demeanor. She was not only empathetic to my fears but she listened to me and continued to check on my anxiety level through my time in the office. McKenzie was professional, informative, thoughtful and truly cared about my overall experience. Then Dr. Patel came in to assess my situation and walk me through my X rays and explain what everything meant. All I can say is many times I have walked away from a dental team feeling like I am being sold on something or talked into it. Dr. Patel was believable, knowledgeable, informative and he took his time explaining my options with great care and patience. I left my appointment feeling trust and well taken care of! Priscilla checked me out and was just a ball of fantastic energy, laughter and left you with such a sense of pride that she worked for and with such a dynamic team. I literally stumbled across this place on google and I’m so happy I did!. From Ashton in the front to Tori in the back absolutely amazing. I set an appointment. They call to tell me to come earlier because children do better earlier and I couldnt get off work, so I sent his dad with him. They get there and say they can see him but he needs a pediatric dentist. They could have told me that on the phone.

Nice environment. Staff was VERY welcoming. Priscilla at the front desk AMAZINGGGGG! She made me feel like everything was going to be okay. McKenzie was by far the BEST, most KNOWLEDGEABLE hygienist I’ve ever had in my life. She made me very comfortable.

Everyone in the office was wonderful! I haven’t had an exam in quite a long time so I was extremely nervous. It was a breeze and everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I am grateful for them and how thorough they were while explaining everything to me and the steps needed in the future!

Falls Pointe Dentistry made me feel comfortable. The staff was welcoming and gentle while working on me. Great customer service skills. I would highly recommend this Dentistry. I came in with so much pain for an extraction and everyone handled me with care and they extremely professional. Also, they were very patient with me. The best dentist in raleigh and wake county! Im a semi-broke 26 year old without dental insurance who showed up with an emergency appointment and they worked with me every moment I was there to get me out of pain and feeling better. It was a 20 min ride there and I would travel twice that, they are that good!! AMAZING all around great staff, thank you so much!!! I wish I could leave 10 stars!!

So recently I just had a teeth cleaning with Falls Pointe Dentistry and there is no other word to describe my experience except for Awesome! The office was very clean and the staff here has such a welcoming spirit, plus they are very upbeat and enthusiastic. I was encouraged by Tori and Diana to book an appointment for several weeks and I am so glad I did. Priscilla was super helpful in setting up an appointment for me all the way to checking me in. After that Caitlin did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth with the help of McKenzie and Dr. Patel. Last but not least thanks to the amazing Ashton I was able to book another appointment to my new found dentist office! If I your looking for a new dentist office or have one but are in search for a better one, I would highly recommend checking out Falls Pointe Dentistry ASAP!

Monica, Caitlin, Diana, and all of of the staff I interacted with were all very easy to work with, and understanding of needing to handle an urgent work issue in between services. Dr. Patel explained my treatment plan prioritization and options very clearly, and I experienced no pain during my root canal.

I have always been big on my smile and the health of my teeth. After a dramatic experience with my dentist I became fearful of my visits and eventually went years without going. I had minor problems occurring but would self medicate and keep on going. Never thought to make an appointment.Well a week ago I started experiencing pain and could not eat so I knewI had to do something. After speaking to a few coworkers they both recommend Falls Pointe Dentistry and I am so thankful they did!I came in very nervous but everyone was so friendly and genuinely cared about my concerns. They made me feel comfortable both physically and mentally and the experience was better that I could have imagined. I had 5 teeth pulled and did not feel neither being pulled. The usual soreness the next day is all that I am currently feeling but even that is better than I expected. I am so so so pleased with the service and care everyone provided that I have spoken to my husband and children and g the switch to them also! Cant forget how nice, clean and organized the facility is with the most up to date technology also.Anyone in need of an awesome dentist and staff I HIGHLY recommend Falls Pointe Dentistry!!!

First off let me tell you about Priscilla. She is AMAZING! Now let me tell you about everyone else and my visit to Falls Pointe Dentistry in North Raleigh!I called because I was having a few teeth issues and had to go to an in-network due to my employers plan. I had never been to FPD but I read the many positive reviews. When I called Priscilla could not have been nicer, more accommodating and just super friendly. She listened to me explain my pain issues, concerns from my previous dentist, and insurance mess.Instead of waiting weeks Priscilla got me into the office in 2 days, which was amazing. Once I arrived things just kept getting better. The office is just about the nicest dentist office I have ever seen. Very cool decor and open and inviting. Diana, Ashton, and Dr. Patel were SO helpful, honest, direct, and took the time to walk me through the multiple issues I was experiencing and best course of action.At no time did I feel pressured to do more than I was comfortable with or could afford. They presented the options and we talked through different ways to go.I was amazed that they could literally do everything in-house including the full 3D Xrays, making crowns on site so no waiting, and root canals. I did not have to go to 3 or 4 different offices. Everything was done in one visit, which was really nice.I will definitely be back and FPD is highly recommended. Great experience and even better people working there. Thank you!

I would say going to the dentist can often be a bit of a bummer but the Falls Pointe Dentistry made it enjoyable and made me feel cared for!Ashton and the team members at the front desk are great, Caitlin walked me through my x-rays and pictures in a way I could understand and Dr. Patel made sure I got any/all questions answered.

Wonderful, friendly staff! There were able to get me in same day appointment when I had excruciating tooth pain. Could not recommend them more!

I can not be more pleased! I accidentally contacted Falls Pointe Dentistry, mistaken them for my former dental office and Prisella just won me over on that phone call! I ended up scheduling an appointment. Needless to say it was the best decision I’ve made thus far in 2021. The ladies at the front desk were awesome! Prisella and Ashton provided great customer service. The office is nice and clean. McKenzie and Tori were very thorough and patient which made me very comfortable. Dr. Patel was just as great! I found my forever dental office!!!!

I was very nervous to go to the dentist for my first visit in about 7 or 8 years. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Sarah greeted me warmly and walked me through some paper work. McKenzie and Dr Rensch were very understanding of my nerves and helped me feel comfortable. My 12-year old son broke off half his tooth. I needed emergency service that day, but I expected that this would be a multi-visit process to get this resolved. I was able to get an appointment SAME DAY with Dr. Rensch. He gave him a painless root canal and was able to bond on the half of the tooth that had broken off and we were done!Wow! What a great experience! The staff could not have been nicer and Dr. Rensch became a hero in my eyes. I highly recommend Falls Pointe Dentistry.

It has been awhile since Ive been to a dentist and we all have the mini panic mode where we feel the dentist may criticize you for not flossing or brushing enough. Or in my case...taking forever to get back to a dentist for the proper care my teeth need. Within minutes of my appointment, my anxiety was gone. I didnt get any lecture or judgement and felt unbelievably comfortable. I was a new patient and the environment and energy the staff give off makes you feel like youve known them forever. EVERYONE there is so friendly! Everything was professional and they send reminders about your appointment and work with challenging schedules. Other then the amazing staff and environment, I left with my teeth feeling cleaning then ever. Im actually exciting to go back to the dentist. HIGHLY recommend the wonderful team at Falls Pointe Dentistry if youre looking for a good dentist!
