Back in early September I was having a lot of pain in a bottom tooth and this Dental office was so nice as to help me get this tooth pulled. It was such a very nice Dental Office that I can say that I have never seen such a lovely office and was treated with such a warm welcome and professionalism as well as friendly and positive experience I would be happy to come back again. Dr. Adams was very caring, efficient and knowledgable. The, dental assistant, Michelle, was so attentive and thoughtful. She even had the dental chair in massage mode to relax me with remote to watch movies or listen to music during my procedure. Together they provided me with the highest quality dental care. Dr. Adams also has access to the Powers Dental Lab who is handcrafting my crown. They are extremely dedicated to detail and perfection ensuring the fit, color, and feel are natural. I am convinced this is the best team of providers in the state.

Katie is such a conscientious hygienist; in addition to her quality cleaning, I really appreciate her chair-side manner. She engages appropriately in conversation without overdoing it and definitely doesnt try to get responses when the patient is incapable of talking....I have had hygienists do so! As always, Dr. Adams was businesslike and courteous. By far, hes the best dentist Ive ever had.

I met Dr Craig Adams at a mission trip in Puerto Rico. And when I see his work i decided to fly to Raleigh to do a full mouth makeover. Im so happy with the experience, the service. I came to Dr. Adams in extreme pain resulting in a lower tooth infection. I had never been in pain like that before and was at my whits end on what to do. After a careful evaluation, it was determined the tooth needed to come out right away. Of course, I was concerned about how I would feel during the procedure. Dr. Adams and his Assistant, Cookie, immediately put my fears to rest. I received several numbing agents and was able to relax in the comfortable chair and admire the beautiful office. I can honestly say, I did not experience any pain while he removed the tooth and completed a bone graph. EVERYONE in the entire office was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I am so thankful to have found Dr. Adams through a recommendation of my co-worker. As an added personal touch, they called me later to make sure I was doing well. I have been going to Dr. Adams for the past 10 years. I have watched the office grow and almost all of the staff has been with Craig Adams through the years- they are all friendly and supportive people. Tamera has been my hygienist for years, its nice to know I am cared for with her. I have had a lot of different work done and Craig Adams is always straight forward with me but is also understanding, personable and relaxed. Likewise, Will Cheeks has seen me when Craig was out of town, and he has also fit my daughter in at the last minute. I trust them both with my teeth and value what they say when I have to make a decision. The office is beautiful and waiting in the front room is a pleasure, in the winter there is always a fire and a comfortable place to sit. I am glad that I have never found the need to change. The office feels like you walked into a log cabin and its so comfortable. After relaxing in the waiting room, it surprisingly gets better when you head back to the dreaded dental chair. The staff is kind and you almost never wait long. To summarize, its always painless, quick and comfortable when you are there. Best dentist in Raleigh.

The staff is wonderful! Over the past 2 years, I had to have quite a bit of dental work done, so I have gotten to work with Dr. Cheek A LOT! He has always been friendly and made me feel at ease. Most procedures I have had with other dentists have been painful, but it is obvious the staff holds your comfort as their highest priority. I have recommended quite a few patients already and they have all had raving reviews as well!

I have been with the office for 31 yrs so that really speaks for itself. Customer service is great. Every assistant has been professional, skilled, and courteous. Front desk is helpful and courteous. Dr. Adams was available with advice after hours and got me temporary relief from pain then saw me right away to make it go away :).

I have been going to Dr. Adams for over 20 years. I love the office and staff so much, I keep following them around as they have moved from his original location on Blue Ridge Road. We live in South Durham and still drive all the way over to North Raleigh in order to stay with them. . Likewise, Tamara had been my Dental Hygienist for as long a she has been there. She is equally awesome. They dont try to get you to spend money on things you dont need. Just plain, simple great care with staff that is pleasant and very friendly. I have never seen anyone there not smile.

Knowing something was off with one of my teeth, I went in to see Dr. Adams. After x-ray and discussion, he performed a Root Canal, fixed a filling and got my temporary crown in place. While none of this is ever enjoyable, the caring staff, warm blankets, Netflix to distract me from the procedure and Dr. Adams professional work made the procedure very tolerable. I had to have an unexpected Root Canal this morning and it was a breeze! The joke is that Root Canals are supposed to be the worst! I had no fear being in the hands of Dr Adams and I had no pain! It was hard to believe that it was done so quick and easily! I highly recommend Adams and Cheek Dentistry for all your dental needs!

I stumbled upon this practice and Dr. Adams specifically when both my regular dentist and her backup were both on vacation with no backup in place the weekend before the 4th of July. Going into a new dentist’s office when you are in a lot of pain, and then finding out you need emergency root canal, can obviously be quite scary. Dr. Adams and his assistant made the entire process less scary for this anxious patient and before I knew it, the procedure was over. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, which further put me at ease and then called to check on me after the procedure, something most doctors don’t take the time to do themselves anymore. I just cannot day enough about how wonderful Dr. Adams and his staff are. And although I didn’t set out to find a new dentist in lieu of my current one, I think I just did.In addition to the wonderful care, the office is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, has very modern equipment and even Netflix for you to watch while you are in the chair! I’m just so impressed and highly recommend Dr. Adams and his practice for all dental needs.
