Great experience with Dr. Kamoh! All staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Getting ice cream to take home after surgery is definitely a perk! Top two wisdom teeth removed and recovery has been very smooth.

Dr. Kamoh & her assistant Saran were great! They made sure I was at ease and took very good care of me during/after my oral surgery. They provided very thorough aftercare instructions and even called to check on me. Will definitely make the 2hr & 10 min drive again if I need oral surgery in the future!

Excellent experience. Dr. Kamoh and her team are great.Upon arrival, the wait time is minimal. I experienced very little pain after surgery, no bleeding, and tylenol the day of surgery (twice) and the following morning was sufficient.

Let me start by saying everyone that I met was awesome. I would trust them with my kids anytime easy! I came here because I had an extraction somewhere else that went horribly wrong. As soon as I walked in the door at both Falls of the Neuse, and for surgery at Brier Creek, I was shown nothing but smiles and sympathy. Dr Kamoh did my extractions, and Saran and Michael assisted. I was very, very pleased with the job she did. This was no simple extraction and she was phenomenal. I’m glad I had a chance to tell her that myself on the phone, because she called me personally to check on me after a few hours. You can’t go wrong with any of the staff or doctors!

I must say I was treated wonderfully by the whole staff. I have never felt more comfortable. Nathalie Rivero did a wonderful job. I have always been terrified to go to the dentist, but not with her. Thank you all for such a wonderful treatment. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

I had a lot of intense work done but I was treated wonderful. Dr. Rivera and her team walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire team and she called me later that night to check on me.

Had to have oral surgery and found the staff and Dr. Komoh to be very professional and friendly. All went very well and was very much what I was prepared for in the original consultation. Dr. Komoh even called me a few hours after surgery to make sure all was well. It was a far better experience than I would normally expect with oral surgery.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Let me begin by saying I was really hopeful that this would be a good experience because the reviews seemed promising. After my consultation for wisdom teeth removal I was scheduled for a day for my procedure with Dr. Komoh. I got an email two days before my appointment saying I needed to reschedule because they didn’t have the right staff there for my scheduled day. After a nightmare of speaking with receptionists who did not communicate with each other, they said I could have an appointment over one month away. This was unacceptable so I spoke with three other receptionist to get an acceptable scheduled appointment.Fast forward to the day of my appointment. I arrived on time only to experience a wait time of over an HOUR. I asked the receptionist why and she said there wasn’t a room available...for an appointment they scheduled me for. The receptionist were rude and a few were wearing their masks under their noses.It is a few days later now and it has been almost impossible to get a straight answer about a prescription refill for pain. Dr. Komoh finally sent in the prescription but failed to include the quantity and is now gone for the weekend.It has felt lazy, unorganized, and the staff has been incredibly rude.Like I said this was a nightmare and I don’t want anyone to have to deal with such a frustrating, expensive, and uncomfortable experience.

Dr Hobbs and staff have been caring and attentive to my needs through the implant process. I needed an extraction of roots that remained after a tooth broke. Then an implant was placed with bone graft material. Painless procedure, thanks to plenty of local anesthesia. When I left the office that day, I was presented with a cup of Goodberry ice cream! What a treat to my gums! Genius! Now my implant is ready for the tooth to be made and I have had no issues along the path to healing.Dr Hobbs was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and now I recommend her to anyone needing an implant. I had a great experience during wisdom tooth extraction. Both the administrative staff as well as the surgical staff were very efficient, professional, courteous and helpful. I had an implant from years ago that failed and caused severe bone and gum loss. I consulted with several oral surgeons and periodontists and Dr Hana Hobbs was the only one that said that she could get me to another implant in that spot. Everyone else said that I would have to do a three tooth bridge which was not what I wanted. Dr Hobbs did an unbelievable job at restoring that site that even my dentist was amazed! She was also so great to work with and often had me laughing and enjoying dental surgery which is quite a task. She is extremely talented and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for all your periodontal needs and I am so very happy with the outcome and appreciate all that she did to get me back to an implant!

Dr Hobbs is a terrific periodontist. My family has followed her from a previous office to Nu Image and I was pleased to meet her new staff including her Surgical Asst, Neelam, who where all excellent. Dr Hobbs did implants for me and I couldn’t recommend a better person to do this. Her bedside manner, her competency and her gentle care all contributed to a very good experience.

They extracted my four impacted wisdom teeth. I was really nervous but the staff was amazing and explained the whole procedure to me before sedating me. They provided me with everything I needed for recovery and called back to make sure I was doing good. I guess they did an excellent job because I never felt any pain, just struggle a bit brushing and eating.

This was the best possible experience I could have going into dental surgery, something nobody looks forward to. I had positive experiences with every staff member I have encountered, including who answers the phone, the front desk, and insurance coordinator. Dr. Hana Hobbs made the procedure easy and anxiety free along with her staff Alex and Stacey. They provided me with comfort items prior to procedure, such as a warm blanket, and allowed my fiancé to stay in the room until the sedation medicine kicked in. They shared stories during the procedure that kept me calm; they were overall very intuitive to my needs. Not only were their personalities amazing and comforting, the actual dental work they did for my gum graft is incredible. They kept me informed during recovery and followed up after the procedure over the phone. Easy recovery because of their great work! Dr. Kamoh, Cora (my nurse for my consult) Bryan and Amber (nurses for the procedure) were amazing! They were all very knowledgeable. During my consult I expressed to Dr. Kamoh my anxiousness with my reasons. She listened to my concerns and addressed those with kindness and explained every part of the extraction and bone graft. She has the best bed-side manner. The day of the surgery Bryan was kind, informed me of every step he was doing and I was cold so offered me blankets. (A plus since I stay cold all the time..haha). He was kind and gentile especially when he connected the IV (Perfect 1st time). They took care of me every step of the way. Dr. Kamoh called later that day to check on me. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. And I wast concerned since this is during COVID19 because they followed every guideline and then more. Thank you!!!

Good experience, had tooth extraction by Dr Hobbs and I did not experience any pain or difficulties afterward. Neelam the surgical assistant was very nice and helpful. This place was so great, Im doing a second review! The group of workers I encountered here was one of, if not the nicest group I have ever dealt with! Everyone was respectful, joyful, and happy to help. When you walk in, there is someone waiting for you and checks you in before you can sit down! Not even 2 minutes later, and employee takes you to a room and has a conversation. For me, this employee was Ms Stacy who is a person that cant be described in just one word! She was so nice, helpful, kind, and most of all, a rockstar!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. My wisdom teeth removal went extremely well and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better Periodontist than Dr. Hana Hobbs. She and her staff made me feel very comfortable with an uncomfortable procedure. My surgery went well thanks to Dr. Hobbs. She and her staff explained what to expect post surgery, and answered all of my questions with utmost professionalism. Her staff is very friendly and welcoming. After an unnecessarily traumatic, marathon extraction at a different dental office, I sought out Dr. Hobbs to do the implant. Her advice for the implant was a less invasive, and much less expensive, procedure than the other outfits, and her calm, reassuring manner - and the competence, efficiency and friendliness of the office staff and assistants - let me know I was in good hands. The procedure itself was painless and quick, as was the recovery. And they were wonderful dealing with my nervousness. In their hands, I had nothing to worry about. Wonderful experience.

I had to get a cracked tooth/root extracted and a bone graph done for one of my back teeth, as my gum had swelled up and become a bit painful because of it. They saw me at the North Raleigh office the same day I called about it and I went in for oral surgery at the Briar Creek office the next day. Dr. Kamoh and her assistants were great. Before I knew it, I woke up from the surgery and everything felt fine. Its been about 4 weeks since the procedure, everything seems to have healed ok. Thanks again Dr. Kamoh and the rest of the Nu Image team!

As one of the nations most experienced dental patients, I am well placed to review and rate. I recently had a complex periodontal procedure with Dr. Hobbs and her surgical assistant, Neelam. Everything went smoothly, with virtually no discomfort and the procedure was over in much less time than I had predicted. They are not only consummate pros, but a couple of the nicest medical folks I have met. Almost makes me wish I had more periodontal work scheduled. Well, not really, but I know where to go in the Research Triangle area, if the need should arise.

My husband had an appointment for a deep cleaning and nothing was done today because they said his insurance didnt cover it. He had to pay $185 just to sit back there and then they claimed they didnt get his x-rays from our dentist. We both wasted a whole day from work for nothing. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for an initial consultation, just to get some more information and for an opinion of some work I had done decades ago. Was treated with nothing but kindness and a willingness to help. They said the work I had was fine. After about 20-30 minutes of discussions we decided my best path going forward. I was completely happy, and impressed with the professionalism, willingness to listen, and honesty in their recommendation. Great staff and doctor. When/if I ever need to go back, I wont hesitate for a second.

I can not say enough good things about NuImage! Dr. Neshat and his team are beyond amazing!! They go above and beyond for their patients and truly care for you, like family! Jennifer made me feel extremely comfortable with my daughters procedure and explained our insurance and billing with top knowledge and was so warm and wonderful to work with. She was just exceptional with finance and billing and Tiffany was amazing with coordinating our appointments. I’m just overwhelmed with how amazing their commitment to service was and I highly them for all of your surgical needs!

The staff throughly explained the process. The dentist came in and answered all my concerns and explained each step. I had 2 teeth extracted and was out in 1 hr. I was given detailed instructions for aftercare. I loved the ice cream, gift card and mug given to me. I highly recommend Brier Creek Nu Image to all. If I need any future service, I will gladly return. This is a five star facility from the front desk, to the dentist. You should train other dental offices. I love Nu Image.

I came to NuImage to meet Dr Hobbs, the periodontist, for a consult for gum grafting. The whole process, from consult to surgery to post-ops was super easy, and almost entirely painless! She and her staff were great to work with, making sure I was totally aware of every aspect of treatment and finances in advance, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure (which only took 45 minutes!) and I even got a follow up phone call one day after surgery from Dr Hobbs herself. I highly recommend them for any of your special gum needs!

They made the mistake of not so they say of sending a refund check to my address but asked for a up front 85.00 copay, now it seems the check got lost in the mail. After hearing several reasons why the funds never came I went to their office in Wake Forrest NC to talk to someone now they must think I am lost in space to tell me it will be another 45 days before I can get my money. How many other people have gone down this road? I never will go there again. I am posting this on behalf of my wife because she is taking this to the heart . Beware of things like this and never let anyone think they can abuse the price you pay. This happened at 7920 ACC Blvd. Raleigh, NC on April 16, 2019.

I met Dr Hana Hobbs at a CE course and she was wonderful to talk with. Recently our office has referred several patients to her for LANAP consults. Our patients were impressed. I have been impressed with her communication. She’s very approachable and returns phone calls and emails quickly. Great people and great service, I had my wisdom teeth removed on today. I received the best treatment from Dr. Kamoh, and the male assistant who helped me today (cant recall the name) as well as the whole entire staff. Over the years that I have been seeing her, Dr Hobbs has: cured a chronic infection that had plagued me for over a decade and baffled everyone else; saved a tooth that others wanted to extract; and most recently fixed what I had thought was another gum infection with a mouthwash and special brush, noting that I had merely inflamed the gum by getting a seed caught in the gum line when eating too many blackberries. I highly, highly recommend her for her skill and integrity. And, as a bonus, she has a most pleasant demeanor.

I can only suggest this office. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and was extremely nervous. I had minimum to no pain after the procedure. The staff is absolutely friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome and do such a fantastic job.

(Im 15 y/o).... I Seriously cant put into words how incredible my visit was! I had to go in to get my wisdom teeth out and prior to that Ive never had any kind of surgery. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is so calming theres music playing and the lady at the front desk is so welcoming and warming. Heres how it went down, A really kind nurse called me and my mom into consultation ( cant remember her name😞) she explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel a lot better. Then Dr. Kamoh came in to explain everything to me andthat just calmed my nerves so much. Afterconsultation I was led into the room where my procedure would happen, there I was greeted by the surgical assistant, Amber. She was so so so nice, she explained every single thing that would be happening and made me feel more at ease. After that the anesthesiologist came in, I think his name was Brian (I cant remember) but he was the best! He made me feel really comfortable and safe.My arm already had an IV in and he put some kind of medicine in it and thats all I remember, As soon as he put it in i felt really calm and then I woke up! Literally all I remember is seeing him and Amber In front of me making jokes to make me feel comfortable and then I woke up! Dr Kamoh has magic hands! No joke, I felt nothing during the procedure or remember anything. The hospitality was also nice, You get a nice warm blanket, A cute ice pack and some ice cream..... If you need any work done I 100000% recommend Dr.Kamoh, Amber and the anesthesiologist. I dont like going to any doctor for surgery but I had a great time! ( If you guys see this thank you!!)

In September, I visited NuImage at Brier Creek for the first time. I was extremely nervous about having oral surgery, but Dr. Hobbs and her surgical assistant, Neelam put me at ease. Dr. Hobbs was kind and professional throughout my entire experience. My procedure was painless and so was the payment process. I highly recommend Dr. Hobbs and her team at Brier Creek.

I had an appointment for the very first time with Nu Image Surgical & Dental Implant Center today and it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a doctors/dental office. The customer service was spectacular from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Everyone from Dr. Kamoh, JJ, Amanda and Sarah, were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, caring and informative! I will definitely be back and Ill be referring everyone in need of their services to the Brier Creek location. I was definitely All Smiles! I had a great experience at Nu Image! I had my wisdom teeth extracted a week ago and the staff here were amazing! Not only did they make me feel comfortable before my procedure but they also made sure I was okay after my procedure. To top it all off, they gave me Goodberrys ice cream to take home!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hobbs! My surgery was passed over by many other oral surgeons for being too complicated. Dr. Hobbs moved forward confidently and professionally, and the results are amazing.

OK, nobody loves surgery. You can, however, love great care, real focus on the patients concerns, excellent attention and an outcome that was both successful and free of any discomfort.When I arrived at the Brier Creek office, I met a staff that was both professional and personable. They really strive to make you comfortable with what will happen. They explain what they will be doing and how you, the patient, will improve the outcome by following detailed post op treatment. The day of the surgery, Dr. Kamoh instantly put me at ease before the procedure . . . . and then we were finished!I will advise anyone who is in fear or dreading a procedure to RELAX, trust their skills, then follow the instruction and you will be very happy with the outcome.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here, and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so kind and supportive the whole way. Thank you to all of the nurses, assistants, and Dr. Kamoh. I would highly recommend coming here for any dental work you may have. I had a little problem after my surgery, so I went back to the office. They treated me with extreme care and fixed the solution in a wonderful way. Overall, I had a great experience!

Everyone was very professional, courteous, and (typically) prompt. The doctor (Kamoh) was very personable as were the assistants. The front office staff were always able to answer any questions relative to insurance and payment. I would highly recommend this group to others ... and I did. (My husband switched and is using this group, too!)

I highly recommend Dr. Kamoh and her entire team! The two women at the front, Jennifer and Ashley were so welcoming as soon as I walked in. Dr. Kamoh answered all my questions during the consultation and eased my fear of the procedure. The assistant, Amber started my IV (go to sleep for the procedure! You wont regret it!) and I didnt even feel it! I met assisants, JJ, Christina, Cora and Latina during my visit and each one of them were so nice to me. I knew I wasnt, but it felt like I was the only patient there because they were so attentive to me. While I waited in the room, I had my own tv with remote, so the wait wasnt bad at all. I mean who wants to rush surgery? Perfection takes time! I received a heated blanket when I went back for the procedure and ice cream when I left to take home! What doctors office gives you ice cream!? When I woke up, it felt as if I was asleep for five seconds. It goes by so quick! I would tell anyone, if they needed oral surgery to go to Nu Image with Dr. Kamoh and her team!

Nu Image is probably fine, but only if youre asleep the whole time. I needed my wisdom teeth out using local anesthetic and had the intense impression that Dr. Kamoh was uncomfortable and unhappy with having me awake. During the procedure, I felt sharp pain - Dr. Kamoh hadnt told me I could signal to her in any way, but I raised my hand and gave the classic dentist patient grunt. She seemed exasperated and told me I should only feel pressure, then kept going. This happened again with the other upper tooth. As soon as she was finished with the upper wisdom teeth, she stripped off her gloves and flatly refused to take out the lowers - she told me what I had experienced was one percent of the discomfort I would experience with the lower teeth, and that I couldnt handle it awake. I left in tears. My lower wisdom teeth were the ones that were causing pain; they ached constantly for 2 more weeks as I waited to heal enough to do the whole thing again. I was also terrified: I needed the procedure done without IV sedation, but a professional had told me that I couldnt handle it.This wasnt true at all. I went to Dr. Jeffrey Jelic at a different office for the lower teeth. They couldnt understand why Nu Image wouldnt remove my lower teeth under local anesthetic - it was such a straightforward case. Since I was in so much pain, they removed them right after the consult. I felt more comfortable during this 30 minute, bone-sawing procedure than during the 2 minutes Dr. Kamoh spent in my mouth. When I told Dr. Jelic something felt painful, he thanked me and numbed me further before continuing.Other (pettier) differences:- At Nu Image, I waited an hour in the waiting room, then an hour numbed up in the exam room (at Dr. Jelics my entire wait time was less than 5 minutes)- At Nu Image, the numbing didnt get to my roots, but numbed my tongue so thoroughly that I struggled to swallow anything through the next day- Nu Image (over)prescribed various forms of antibiotics which kept me very nauseous for a full week after the procedure (I got far fewer at Dr. Jelics, and have still avoided infection)- At Nu Image, the nurse placed my gauze in incorrectly, and the bleeding wasnt stopped on one side. Due to numbness I didnt realize until I tipped my head down in the car and a waterfall of blood came out my mouth.I waited to write a review of Nu Image until I experienced an extraction somewhere else - after all, I thought, maybe Dr. Kamoh was right. She really wasnt. She prolonged my pain and worry for over half a month and made me recover from 2 surgery days instead of 1 because she didnt feel like she could handle a procedure that another dentist completed flawlessly and without incident - a procedure Nu Image had assured me they would be able to do. If Nu Image is not equipped to handle patients that stay awake, they really shouldnt schedule them.

Best staff Ive ever dealt with. I was greeted with friendly faces. The assistants are wonderful, especially Lakeshia Bond. She is amazing. She makes the whole procedure go by very smoothly. She made me laugh to help calm my nerves. I was asked 3 times if I was thirty and wanted a bottle of water from different people. The customer service is just above and beyond.

The first time I went I had to wait over an hour to be seen and was not given any explanation for why. They also didnt figure out when I would have the surgery before seeing a doctor so I didnt get to see the doctor who would be doing my surgery during my preliminary visit. The second time, I went for my wisdom teeth removal and they had somehow lost my appointment. They were able to see me but the people at the front seemed to be implying that it was my fault because I didnt call them when I didnt get a reminder phone call the day before. They were still able to see me and do the surgery and all the doctors and assistants in the back were all really nice and great. One other thing, they never explained what would be covered by my insurance and what I would have to pay out of pocket for the surgery.I originally had my review as 2 stars but since my main issue is with the people in the front I changed it to 3.

If you were like me and had a cracked tooth, this is the place to come. First of all the staff, Neelam and Dr Hobbs are the tops. In a situation where you are already tense, they understand that getting you comfortable, (pain mgmt, and understanding the procedure) is their top priority. They are gentile, and always available. Whether it is an emergency or just a planned visit NU Image should be your choice. If still not convinced call them and get a consultation.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kamoh in December and it was the greatest surgical experience of my life (read: Ive only had a couple surgeries, but this was the best one). I had zero complications and hardly any pain. I slept like a baby for days after the procedure. I would have appreciated a follow-up call or appointment afterward, but otherwise Im very satisfied.

I just wanted to thank Dr. Kamoh and her staff for doing such an amazing job on my implant. She was very professional, friendly and made me very comfortable. Definitely, no need for narcotics after the numbness wore off, although I was expecting to have lots of pain, everything went very smoothly. She also called me that evening to check on my healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Kamoh. Thanks for the great experience.

Dr Hobbs is fantastic. You are not pateint 1, the person in room 6, or even #16 tooth. You are an individual who is treated with great respect and care- warm blankets, vaseline on your lips to prevent cracking, telling you what is happening, and asking if you are comfortable. What a great team Dr Hobbs has to support her superb work. Thanks to her and her entire team for a great experience.

Horrible service !! My wife had a biopsy four weeks back and we were told that results will be out in 2 weeks, later 3 weeks and then 4 weeks and the results were not out so far. They are not ready to take the responsibility to make sure that the results are out in timely fashion. We have postponed the appointment 3 times so far and it is happening again.Moreover, we had to call 10 times (left so many VMs and they never cared to call back) to confirm if the results out with them and the appointment is confirmed. I did not expect this at all. I would never recommend this if someone does not care for patient and not take responsibility of their actions.

I have been a patient at Nu Image for many years. The doctors and staff are so great. Always welcoming from when you enter the front door and friendly and helpful until you leave.

Dr. Hana Hobbs is awesome. She listens, understands, does incredible work herself AND is her patient’s advocate with other collaborating specialists in the treatment plan. I am a forever fan.

I wouldn’t recommend this practice to my worst enemy. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Their instructions included flushing the sockets with a syringe TWO days after surgery vigorously. (The norm for any other practice is to not bother the blood clots until 5-7 days after surgery). After doing this I felt a horrible pain in my lower extraction sites. I visited the practice where they told me this pain was “typical” and showed me again how to irrigate and flush the site. This included putting the syringe down so far it touched the bone! Which the assistant reminded me was “just fine”. That night I was in such agonizing pain I slept for 2 hours with an ice pack crying. The dentist on call assured my mother that if I went to the dentist that day they would have packed it with dry socket paste... which they did not... The next morning I called the practice to be seen I was told the dentists were off for snow. When I brought up pain medications I was immediately interrupted and told I wouldn’t be given a refill anyway because “everyone else is fine with Tylenol and Motrin”... if you have ever experienced a dry socket I will let you know that over the counter pain meds don’t even allow you to sleep much less function. Luckily a dental assistant filled the dry socket with paste but I had to travel 20 minutes to an open location before the snow started.. something that could have been done the day previously. To conclude this ended up being worse than my appendix rupturing. I had to take time off work for a full week and still have not been able to eat normally. Please go see a dentist that listens to your pain and does not encourage you to destroy the blood clots covering your sockets.

Speaking of World Class Service this location surpassess all of my expectations. 1st Sonya F, Sonya B & Amanda are the best!!! They know how to treat their guest as soon as they hit the door. This visit was fun, interactive, great learning as well. My partner is doing very well!!!

Im an assistant with 25 years experience so to say Impicky would be an understatement. However, I had to have what i knew would be a difficult extraction and since we refer our patients here this is where i went. I was truly beyond impressed with all the staff from the front to the back. It flowed and made my whole experience great. Dr. Kamoh is fabulous. During my consultation I met with the surgeon who would be performing my wisdom teeth extraction (Amandip Kamoh, DDS). While discussing the process with her the medical assistant was on the computer chatting with my insurance company to see how much I would have to pay out of pocket. I left the consult knowing exactly what to expect the day of and how much I would have to pay.On the day of my surgery I was brought back into the surgical area very quickly. I was prepped and ready within 10-15 minutes. The surgery took maybe 30-45 minutes (all 4 wisdom teeth). When I woke up I was able to walk out (no wheelchair), I was talking to my responsible adult in the car, and I didnt have any soreness or pain for 4 days! I took my medications as prescribed. The only soreness I had was for a couple of days 4-5 days post surgery. Excellent recovery!!!I would DEFINITELY recommend this office to everyone and anyone in need of dental surgery!
