Travelling from outside raleigh and so I don’t have a dentist here, I called this service and they helped me get into an emergency appointment this morning.

Called to locate a dentist that would see me in a hurry, I got a rep on the line who asked which type of insurance do I have. I wasn’t totally sure of the type (which I also let the rep know) I told the rep it maybe a hmo. He then completed a search for dentist that would be in my area, which came up zero. I then requested he do a search for a ppo dentist he immediately denied me and told me that I choose the hmo first and he would not search again. If this is the way your assistance program is set up it’s a bunch of bs

Waste of time I dont need to talk to someone I need someone to fix a broken tooth.... waste of time and effort....
