Mike and his team did a wonderful job on my vehicle. They stay busy and it was so cold but they had a great attitude and Big Blue looked better after seeing them than it did when I bought it from the dealership. Quick detailing and great price. I recommend making an appointment. I’ll definitely be back!

The idea of the place means well. But my experience wasnt good. I took my truck to get washed there for $60. I had to show him spots he didnt vacuum, wipe down, and that needed to be cleaned. Its a nice place if your taking a small car but well not worth paying them $60 to do anything.

Had some issues with some of the adhesive being removed due to whatever they used to wash the car. Also missed a few things and some minor scratches. Overall though a fantastic job, the car was generally super clean.

Update October 2020: Seriously love these folks and Im so so happy they are right next door to my work. Every single employee always has a smile on their face and I enjoy my interactions with them every time I stop by. Ive recommended them to multiple coworkers now.Top notch job done by top notch folks. They all had a smile on their face the whole time I was there and I felt at home. I wish I could give this place a 6 out of 5 stars. Mike & his crew cleaned my headliner on a short notice request, and were so joyful to be doing it the whole time. They make you feel at home and prioritized. It took them no time to get my car is back to normal and they even had the heating running when I got back into my car. I am a customer for life.

My 13 year old car needed some major TLC and I took it to Men at Work. I chose this company because of their on-line reviews. I can report that it was definitely worth driving from the other side of Raleigh for their services. The guys were great and they did an amazing job. Im thrilled with their quality of work and will recommend them to others and return to this business again. I recommend calling their normal phone line vs. texting as I think it may be easier to reach someone that way (to schedule and appointment, etc).

I never got the car cleaned because the line was too long. He did say it would be best to make an appointment. But $35 is a bit pricey for some. So we will see, and write a more accurate review soon!

Service, service, service. Okay, so you can get your car detailed by a million different places, and some will even come to your house. I like it when I pay for a service, get that service in spades, and walk out feeling like I just got the VIP treatment. Thats how MAW made me feel. The wonderful thing about the service was that they didnt just blow smoke at me about how great a job they did. They were kind and courteous and really did do an incredible job.

Love going to Men at Work car wash!! $25 for a good car wash and they shampoo your floor mats. Everytime Ive gone it has been a great experience. Do be warned that this place gets really packed on the weekends. Its best to get there as early to opening time as you can or plan to leave your car there. They do a great job at washing and hooking your ride up.

Mike and his team do a great and thorough job! He worked me last minute in on a busy Saturday afternoon for a interior detail. The interior detail and shampoo was well done. I would have given 5 stars; however one less star as the exterior wash did leave some spots on the black plastic parts of the car. Otherwise a fantastic job and friendly service.

This place is fantastic! The service is high quality, all of your concerns are taken into account, and Ive never had it completed so quickly! For a really decent price theyll clean everything inside and out. Scent of your choice and a tire shine to boot. I am writing you about my wifes experience having her car detailed on Saturday, Oct 13th at 10am. She brought her Toyota Camry for a full detail ($225) and after returning home with the vehicle she was not satisfied with the job.The exterior of the vehicle seems to be covered in some type of residue that looks spotted. She first noticed the residue on the black plastic panels and the plastic parts of the side mirrors. She spent her own time with a wet cloth and was able to get some of the residue off. The top of her car and some of the windows are also covered in this residue and it looks terrible.She had to pull a leaf out of the hood of her car and she had pine straw inside the door when she opened it.The side door compartments and the two small compartments in the driver and passenger seats were not fully cleaned out. There was wet liquid in the passenger side small compartment and crumbs in the drivers side small compartment. The drivers side door compartment has some sticky residue in the bottom that is covered in grime. The passenger side door compartment had crumbs in it. She tried to clean all of the compartments herself, but she was unable to get the grime out of the drivers side compartment.The cup holder had some type of sticky substance in the cracks and along the perimeter that she had to clean out herself, however, there is still some remaining.The interior metal framing of the doors have visible black marks that can come off with a hard scrub.She had to wipe off her steering wheel and clean the plastic part of her speedometer because there was cleaning residue left behind.There was visible dust on the dashboard and the vents.The drivers side mat doesnt seem fully rinsed as it feels weirdly stiff and leaves a residue feeling on the fingers.The passenger door has markings in the fabric panel from possibly being vacuumed too hard. We are hoping it will fade away, but it is very obvious right now.Im severely disappointed to return from out of town with no cell phone service and to have my wife tell me that she was disappointed with her vehicle full detail. I chose Men at Work because of the great Google reviews. I dont like that my wife had to clean any part of her car herself after spending so much money on a full detail. I sent this as an email to the owner, but he did not respond.

I took my SUV there today to be cleaned after our dog had an accident in the back. It needed cleaning anyway and I was near there so I stopped in to try it and I am very glad that I did! They did the best cleaning job on a car I have ever seen besides spending all day doing it myself. Most car washes are fairly sloppy and I end up doing some details myself, but not here. It was perfect! They shampooed the carpet and removed all of the accident and cleaned it inside and out. The entire vehicle looked brand new! What most places call a full detail, the guys at Men At Work simply call a cleaning. They are very detail oriented and I was very impressed by the owner Mike who was out there instructing the guys to get every since spot.... and hes a nice guy, too! I will definitely take my vehicles back there when they need a thorough cleaning! Great job, guys!

These guys are great! For 25 bucks you couldnt ask for better service. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the work is immaculate, and you feel in a good mood the entire time youre there. Mike, the boss, is a wonderful guy and Im going there for everything from now on. I dont think my car looked this clean when I bought it.

Mike is a wizard of innovation. Barbershop, car wash sports bar all done with class and distinction.I am often amazed as how is able to do it all.He is the same person in each one of his businesses as he is in the grocery store.He really supports the black community and has been the only lifeline to many.I am honored to also support him.Atmosphere excellent. Crowd was adult and mature. The fun was contagious and although I didnt know many of the patrons, we all laughed and had fun like old friends. There was not a stranger in the house.I give it 10 stars

There were 2 cars ahead of me and mine was still taken care of within twenty or so minutes. BEST ATTENTION DETAIL, WOW! My car looks brand new! They got all the sand I could never get when vacuuming it out on my own. I will definitely come again! Cannot recommend enough! $25 and 25 minutes you wont regret!

Wow, these guys did an incredible job detailing and waxing my truck this afternoon! They were extremely busy but I was still taken care of quickly and I didnt have to wait very long at all before my truck was finished. The owner was really upbeat and was extremely friendly, plus I like how hes using the business to improve the Raleigh community as a whole. If I didnt live 3 hours away Id go back once a month for sure. Be sure to check this place out if you live in Raleigh or are visiting the area, you wont be disappointed.

Wish I could give a recommendation higher than Excellent, because they deserve it. Our minivan had some weird smell (due to spilled milk, we have 3 toddlers) and permanent ink on the panels, as well as some stain-on-top-of-stain we could not get out. We got the full detail and it turned out amazing. Smell: gone. Ink: gone. Stain: gone. Simply amazing. That minivan needed everything short of an exorcism, and they did the job, extremely happy! Our car is as close to when we drove it off the lot as it could be. Plus, Mike (the owner) is an exceptionally good guy, very high moral fiber. I will never go anywhere else again but Men at Work.

I went for a car wash as I am about to sell my car. Guy is nice but not a great car wash. While I was returning, I just realised they put a big scratch on my the windscreen. Don’t recommend this place.

This is a great car wash place. This is for everyone that goes or coming here please do not give Mike the owner the tips because he will not give it to his worker he keeps it and he disrespect his workers. And whoever think this man is a good guy he only nice because yall come and give him alot of money and tips. And I saw someone said something about he got businesses one thing is he got them by people investing he had that Sports Lounge for at least 5 years maybe longer I heard people in invest in helping but why it still not open yet. For anyone who tries to to justify some dumb-ass reason why this or that its because he using people plain and simple. One more is thing these guys work they ass off and work 60 hours no breaks and only gets paid 250$ a week

This place was amazing. They went above and beyond. I did not recognize my minivan when they were finished with it. They take great pride in their work. They removed a huge mess and a ton of stains from two jars of spaghetti sauce that busted in my van.

The people are very friendly and polite. DONT take a black car they will swirl it horribly. I have experienced this twice with them. I wasnt 100% certain it was them the first time but theyve done it again. After getting it buffed and polished somewhere else I took it back to Men at Work for a wash. I showed the swirls to Mike and his response basically was youre going to get that with a black car...its unavoidable

Great service, no one else will clean your car inside and out this well for $25. On a busy day, dont expect to be in and out in 20 minutes, but youre welcome to leave your car and pick it up later. Or you can stay and Mike will keep you laughing.

Car is very clean, but I will never come here again. I went to give a tip only to realize some of the crew who cleaned my car felt entitled to the $15 in my center console. If only they realized I was already going to give that $15 dollars. Now theyve lost a customer for life for $15 dollars that was already going to be theirs. I visited once and will never visit again.

Was skeptical at first to head to south Raleigh for a car wash but was pleasantly surprised. I had taken a 1,000 mile trip to Ohio and back and my car was painted with bugs. Went in, checked prices, went for it. 15 minutes later the car was pristine. I am amazed. $25 for the regular was which included interior vacuuming. Excellent deal. Will most definitely return.

Pulled in for a simple hand wash and owner said there were a couple of cars in front of me, an hour later there were still a couple of cars ahead of me and unfortunately I had to leave for an appointment. Only 3 hand washes done in an hour with 7 people?Slow and unorganized despite being fully staffed.

My foster dog had a terrible day and got puke and poop allllll over my backseat and other areas of the car. I called Men at Work in a panic, not sure if ANYONE would be able to do anything about the mess or if I was just going to have to burn my car to the ground. Mike said on the phone that not only could they handle it, he would be nice to me with the price since I was trying to be nice by helping out a rescue dog. I picked up my car and it was SO clean--not just from the foster pups mess, but also all the stuff of life (dirt, dust, pet hair, that french fry that falls between the seats). He also had his guys make the exterior spotless as well. And then, he asked me to pay just $60! Now, that was FAR too little given what they had to deal with, so I paid more and he accepted it, but I will certainly let anyone in animal rescue know that Mike is a true friend of the animals. And I would tell anyone who needs their car cleaned to like-new condition to use Men at Work!
