ARCO was the contractor recommended by my insurance so I went with them. I had water damage after a leak. They accepted the job and did the mold mitigation which involved tearing out a lot of my ceramic tile. Then the construction folks never came. After weeks of nothing, I tried the estimator via email and phone but no response. When I called the office they said they werent taking on any NEE work. They started the project then quit right in the middle of it.

We had a kitchen fire and had no idea how to proceed our insurance recommended using Arco Restoration. We met with David on site and he walked us through the entire process and worked directly with our insurance which made things a a lot easier as we didnt really know what to do.We met with Jose and he gave us a full explanation on what was going to take place and gave me a schedule for the repairs. Jose was easy to work with even though I am very picky.I am extremely happy with the work Arco completed and if I ever have any other issues hopefully not I know who to call .

Mitigation team did a good work. Although I had to call the office few times to make sure they would come back the next day.The restoration though was a nightmare. Project manager was unresponsive and the manager did zero follow-up.It took ARCO 4 months... FOUR MOUNTHS, to fix 3 rooms.I only got a call from the Manager when it was pay time. They called me 3 or 4 times in two days to get that check. At least on that theyre efficient.I can say that dealing with ARCO was worst than the incident itself.

Total roof replacement, repaint 18 high ceiling and reattach a few shutters that the storm had blown off. Could not be more satisfied! ARCO worked seamlessly with my insurance company to document the damage and get our claim approved. Everyone, office staff, project mgr, and workers, were friendly, professional, skilled, and reliable. If I was told someone would be here at 9:00AM, my doorbell would ring at 8:58! Thank you!

Arco Restoration provided the expertise to repair a wall, paint several rooms and direct the installation of prefinished floors in 2 rooms. All work was well done. Clean up and putting furniture back was done and they made sure my home was protected by using heavy paper and large cloths on the floors. The project manager was on site everyday and communicated with me regarding project details. The contract and billing details were explained clearly and I have a warranty for all work.

Nobody ever wants to have to have their ceiling patched. But if you do, go with ARCO. PM communicated great, crew was efficient and the work was done just as they said it would be. Looks fabulous. Hope I never need them again, but if i do....

We had major rain water damage above our garage. The company sent out their crew and they did an excellent job in restoring our house. We actually watched them replace the roof and siding on our neighbors house and since they did a good job, decided to try them. Gave us professional estimates, unlike others, and the Ann Marie was due diligent in following up with our answers and contracts. We highly recommend them. The three contractors who actually worked on the house were professional, courteous, funny, assured us that they would make our house right. They kept their word! Fantastic folks!

These folks are legit and then some. A pipe split in my crawlspace spewing 174 gallons a day for the whole month of February. Arco was the best estimate. Immediately, Kevin, Frank, Jasper and Rich took such good care of my townhouse, every detail explained step by step with patience and professionalism. They were 100% responsive to my questions and concerns, and went beyond what was expected. Highly recommended.

Arco provided restoration services after our home was burglarized in early April. They promptly assisted in boarding up our property and then quickly provided restoration services. We had an upstairs water overflow that damaged both the first and second floors. Frank Castro was the mitigation specialist that first arrived at our house. He immediately spoke through all the steps and reasons for those steps to get the house on its way back to normal. The service was quick, professional and detailed. I highly recommend Arco in an emergency as a professional, buttoned up organization when needed.

Woke up to a flooded kitchen where water was just bubbling up our kitchen floor. Arco Restoration not only made out to our home on the same day we had them repair all the work that was affected by the water damage. Our kitchen looks brand new. We got to pick out our flooring, paint coloring to name a few great asset Arco had to offer us. The turn around time was also impressive we had our kitchen back up and running within a couple of weeks. Thank you Arco for making our lives easier during a disater that took place in our home.

In response to our 1 star review 5 months ago, ARCO is very passionate about the work we do for our customers and clients. Though we are not perfect, we do try very hard to provide our customers with a positive and professional experience throughout the entire process. We work closely with our customers and clients to assure satisfaction is the end result. In regards to our warranty, we cannot honor requests to transfer ownership of that warranty to any other individual assuming ownership of the property as this would breach the original contract of services as signed between ARCO and the original owner of the property.

Upon recommendation from my insurance company, Arco responded to a broken polybutelene fitting leak in my home. I had shut off the water upon discovery but the damage to my carpet and wood floor was already done. Arco came out and performed water extraction and moisture testing, after about two hours they left several fans and dehumidifiers in the house which stayed for several days. I was very satisfied with this level of diligence and also that they responded late at night. So the beginning of our relationship was fine; insurance would handle the rest of the details. Subsequently, things went downhill.It wound up taking over two months for them to wrap up; this was due to a few things, some of which they could not control. But other factors I found less than excusable such as miscommunication between the office and the project manager. After receiving the estimate I had not heard from anyone at Arco for over a week only to find out the office manager gave the project manager incorrect contact info for me, yet no one bothered to follow up with me in any way ( the office did have my correct email address). No apology from the office manager. When the PM did finally reach me he said he called and emailed but I didnt respond. There also were miscues between the PM and various contractors creating more wasted time. The flooring company refused to start work until I paid their fee which Arco was supposed to have handled (they did correct that, but again more wasted time).To his credit the PM did apologize for these issues, he did seem overworked and perhaps understaffed. I actually found him very likable and sincere and I actually kind of felt sorry for him. However it still took over two months to finish the job (new flooring, repainting, cleaning) for an 830 SF townhouse. At the end of the day I was satisfied with the quality of the work, but deeply disappointed in the excessive amount of time it took to get it done. I understand I was not their only customer, and I dont like to complain, but I also never felt at any time, save until I started making noise about the snails pace progress, that I was Arcos priority. Its not a perfect business and mistakes are to be expected. And I am not saying dont use Arco. Hopefully I was not typical of their normal service.

ARCO repaired my ceiling and walls that were damaged from a leak in the roof. They did a terrific job on the work itself but were even better at keeping me informed about how the work would be completed.

A busted hot water heater caused considerable damage to my house. My insurance company suggested I use Arco to do the repairs. I was really impressed with Arcos professionalism. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable, polite and ON TIME! Arcos team did a great job with the repairs; couldnt be happier with the work.Hopefully Ill never need services like this again, but if I do, I would definitely use Arco.

We had a pipe break in our attic when my wife and I were at work. By the time we got home water had run thru the second floor, first floor, and basement. My insurance agent recommended ARCO and they were at our house within about an hour. With two hours there were about another ten employees at our house doing damage mitigation. By 10:00 that evening they had all of the flooring removed, most of the drywall, and all of the insulation in the attic and had cleaned up and reboxed items in the basement. Based on how efficient they were we decided to hire them for the repair work as well. We also did some upgrades (wrought iron ballusters on the staircase railings and hardwood throughout the first floor). Everything was great, from the professionalism to the schedule that they held. I would highly recommend them!

ARCO did storm damage remediation (tree in the house during Hurricane Matthew) and repair for us, and did an excellent job in a timely manner.

I had ARCO referred to me by my insurance company. Since I trusted my insurance company I went with their recommendation. That was my first mistake.The ARCO rep was late to the appointment. Sat at my driveway and was on calls for over 20 minutes while I waited. I eventually had to leave as I needed to pick my daughter up from school. I informed ARCO rep of this and told him to wait.Next, the roofer they picked did a poor job. Specifically:Damage my front stoop railing paint by dropping shingles and other materials on it.Repainting the railing without cleaning it first.Left considerate amount of roof debris in my yard.Left workers on site 2+ hours after scheduled 5 pm end time. Had to deal with workers hanging out in my driveway while their boss was not answering his phone as we repeated called. No excuse, no apology once he showed up.When I requested they provide roofing warranty to new homeowners they denied. I requested the roofer back up their work and no answer. I would never hire them again and plan to change my homeowners insurance coverage.

After calling in a Plummer to repair water leak, We knew we needed Restoration help. ARCO was referred to us by a friend. I felt as though we were pushed through like cattle as far as what needed to be done (of course they knew and we were unsure) Contract all drawn up and fans going in before I felt like we (my husband and I) had choices to make.We were awarded a very good Project Manager that has worked with us so far in letting us make those choices... If it hadnt been for Brent I would have probably made the choice to back away from ARCO. Thank You Brent for including us in the repair and replacement of our floor.
