This is the shop my step son and grandson go. I took our grandson for the very first time and it was very professional!!!! Greeted with care and establishment had a good energy!!!! All barbera were going by the new codes to protect everyone. Solid establishment would definitely recommend!!!!!!

A very rare commodity in todays barber shop or many business for that matter. I’ve known Nate for years, and have been bringing my 5 year old son to him for several months now- he is an AMAZING and very talented barber! The location is small but that doesnt mean that this is a place to miss. I took a chance and walked in and the outcome was great! I can tell the barber took his time with what he was doing. Definitely coming here again. Worth going here.

My son and myself been coming to this barbershop for years and I normally dont post anything. These barbers have always been very professional and highly skilled. When I seen W YT reviews I just had to tell the truth because I was there and that didnt happen. The gentleman not only did he and his sons received cuts he also tipped his barber. Normally tipping on top of the pay means you did an excellent job, your services were above and beyond. Thats the reason I had to post on the website because one untruth could harm good people from providing great service. Keep up the great work gentlemen!!!!!!!

Been going here for 4 years now. Not being from Raleigh makes it really hard to find a barber that I can be consistent with. That being said, this is the best barber shop in Northeast Raleigh.

Waited for an hour, just have somebody else walk in .... was told he had an appointment he gets to go before you.If you have appointments you should let people sitting know.Common courtesy goes a long way.

Ive been bringing my son to this barbershop for several years, and i can honestly say each of these barbers are processional, patient and great with kids. I normally dont post reviews, but i happened to be in the establishment when W YT was there and observed the entire incident. Without going into specifics, Ill simple say he didnt provide the entire story. For him to try and take money from these guys families is wrong.I highly recommend this barbershop and anyone looking for great service, in an clean professional environment.

The worst experience ever! The search for authentic barbers in the area for my young son has been a tedious and exhausting process. After reading great reviews about this shop, i decided to give it a try. My son was excited to get his hair cut as he usually is. Upon entering the shop and sitting down, one of the barbers made a comment referencing that I as a woman was starting my son off wrong because a man raises another man. Then he proceeded to make negative connotations toward the mother and son relationship. As a professional woman in this community, it is disappointing seeing the degradation of our people toward each other. Instead of embracing not just new customers, but your own people with warmth and a non judgmental environment, we condemn, demonize, and cast judgments upon people we dont even know. I left and will make certain people know that even if you look like a single mother, dont bring your child, nephew, little cousin here!

I took my son to Rico for the 1st time and was very impressed with the time (he didn’t rush like the young barbers) and care taken with cutting my sons hair. Along with a great cut, Rico also gave me a tip about using Listerine to dry up a rash that my son picked up from another barbers clippers weeks, and weeks ago. I had tried everything as well a medication prescribed by his doctor but nothing was working. I applied the Listerine after shampooing his hair the same night he got the cut and the next morning, the Listerine had reduced the rash by 50%. Just one application!! Needless to say, I had no idea until Rico made the suggestion which lead me to some research on my own. Creative Cuts is reasonably priced, professional and easy to get in and out of. Look elsewhere. Worst barber shop in Raleigh. Ok cut, but I get a normal easy haircut, nothing special. Rude and disrespectful barbers that act like they can afford to lose paying customers (they cant, because this place is nearly always empty). Plenty of other shops out there.

This is a barber shop filled with expert barbers who are always uplifting. The atmosphere is inviting & the wait is short.

Omg where do I start I took my son here for a haircut and dropped him off i gave my son a $20 bill wen he called me to tell me he was ready he told me the old man at the end charged him $20 so wen I confronted the barber he didnt care.So he basically stole$20 from a child, now we have been there twice before this incident and was charged $12...On top of this a few days later my son had a lot of bumps in his head from this barber and it was disgusting..I wouldnt recommend this place to a homeless person they are unsanitary and have bad customer service and their Edgeups are horrible. Please dont get your haircut here they are not properly cleaning their clippers I have also contacted state board on them....
