Shawn from East Coast Towing did an amazing job towing my big rig and trailer this morning. He arrived on time and immediately began the work of preparing my truck to get hauled safely to the service department at the truck stop. He was friendly, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made what would normally have been an awful experience of breaking down, into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Jamie towed my Xterra to my mechanics home shop while I was stuck out of town with a family emergency back in Sept 20. He was very rude to my mechanic who is Hispanic and I cannot figure out why. Either he was having a bad day and not professional enough to do whatever it takes to keep the ugly to himself or he is prejudice. The first time I used East Coast Donald was excellent and the inside staff has been friendly and accommodating, although I never heard from anyone now three weeks after I complained about Jamie. Nevertheless, I will not be using or recommending them again until Jamie, at a minimum apologizes to my mechanic Josue.

My daughter and I broke down on the side of 540 (coolant line blew on my Escalade) on a Sunday afternoon... need to add I was about 45 miles from home!!! After a brief google search I called East Coast towing and had the pleasure of speaking with Hugh, he was so polite and was more concerned about getting my daughter to safety and off the side of the road than taking my payment at that moment!!! I think any parent can appreciate how much that means!!! Todd delivered my car in a timely manner, was super polite and told me what he had observed (coolant running everywhere) when he put car on rollback!!! I highly recommend East Coast Towing!!! East Coast Towing did a fantastic job getting my 2017 BMW M4 out of a ditch in Clayton last night! The car was wedged on top of a wood beam, could not get any traction with either wheel, and because the car was so low to the ground and has added aerodynamic components he could not get the actual tow bar under the vehicle. He was very meticulous in examining options and came up with a combination of techniques that allowed him to winch it up a bit, then used wood pieces to enable us to drive it a few inches at a time until it was finally on stable ground. Throughout the process, he kept checking the car to make sure nothing was getting damaged. In the end, he got the car out of the ditch with no damage whatsoever. I can’t recommend East Coast Towing highly enough. Thank you!

Beyond the ridiculous price of $126.00 to tow a RECALLED 2015 Chrysler 200 back to Westgate Motors, where l purchased it in 2017 and the car locked in NEUTRAL the first month l owned it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would in which I was literally forced to use their service. I was in an accident and I didn’t even call them to tow my vehicle but they claimed that they are the contractor in that area. I wanted to use my insurance for towing which would have cost me $169 for recovery and to tow 25 miles. East coast towing would not release my car to me even when I offered just to pay them for the work they did but he said with that option they still had to tow it to there facility which was too far for the towing company I wanted to use. So I ask them to tow the vehicle to where I wanted it which was 25 miles. Their charge for everything was $491 which was absolutely a rip off. Then he offered me the option of bringing him the title for the vehicle and still pay him a $100 and call it a wash. I hope I never have to deal with this money greedy place again.

18 Wheeler needed towing! Jon showed up. Did not skip a beat, he jumped right in and got he hooked up. Jon is very precise. He could have done it with his eyes closed. Was told by owner of RV they were coming in morning. They showed up at 2:30 keys were left in compartment. Said he looked twice they were right where I said outer compartmen passenger side orange bag and seafoam and battery. Said he didnt need them anyway. I needed a classic car towed in a pinch (another company I had scheduled with stood me up). Called these folks, they were super friendly on the phone, got me scheduled and an estimated 75 minute wait time. Wayne shows up in ~35 minutes! Great truck, very careful, car was secured professionally, couldnt have been more pleased. It could have been a miserable afternoon in that sun. Price was also very reasonable for the customer service!!

I called Geico for service. The first guy came to my garage and told me that the alternator has an issue. Matthew came on time. He was so patient. He direct me and my brother to move the car out of the garage, put gasoline into the tank, follow me to two gas stations. He fixed my van which stay in the garage for about one year. I am so grateful for his help. The alternator and battery are both good. I feel like God is helping me.

After leaving my car in my garage for several days with some electronic gadgets plugged in my battery was dead. I called AAA who scheduled the East Coast Towing battery car to assist me. Thomas promptly arrived mush earlier than I was told to expect him. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He got me started and suggested that I go to a AAA Car Care Center for a full battery charge. I did that and the battery is now fully charged and functional.

I called AAA because I had a flat tire. East Coast arrived within 30 minutes. My tire was pumped up and Tom checked it and could not find anything wrong. He recommended that I wait a while to see if it would leak and then go to a tire dealer and have it checked out thoroughly. He was very helpful and polite. Over the years I have lived in Raleigh, I have called East Coast Towing three times for towing my cars. Every time has been a great experience. Their response time is very quick, (for me it has always been less than what they told me over the phone), their drivers courteous and professional and they are VERY careful with your vehicle. My most recent experience was last night with Wayne. He was there almost instantly, had a great sense of humor and we swapped stories in his, (brand new and nice) truck on the way back to my house. Quite honestly he took better care of my truck than I ever have. The other drivers who have helped me were Stu and Jim... all just as nice and professional. The towing rate across town was quite reasonable too. Thanks again Wayne and East Coast Towing. Having to call for towing isnt something anybody wants but at least you can get it done right and have a few good laughs with a great driver.

I would like to commend Matt in truck #134. I had starting trouble yesterday in the 97 degree weather and called for a tow. He was there sooner than anticipated, offered suggestions to solve our issue, and did a wonderful job towing my truck with no damage and a smile. My wait was longer this time (1 hour) because Jay was assisting another customer, but once he got there, the service was excellent. Tom from East Coast Towing changed my tire for me this morning. AAA gave the wait time at 75 minutes, but he was there and done within 30. Not only was he fast, he was courteous and informative as well, letting me know about the high voltage areas of my hybrid and the speed rating of my donut. I was very pleased with my service.

I want to tell you if you want good service for any car trouble, I know the right folks!! East Coast Towing and their drivers. They are exceptional. We were 50 miles from home, when the power steering decided to die while we were enjoying dinner with our neighbors. I called AAA & they sent Cam. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was so nice and friendly, and helpful to us 4. He posed with me beside the wrecker with my Tahoe, of which I never made a picture with a towing driver before. I was honored with all his knowledge and fast work, and most of all not going to leave us stranded. He made sure we had a ride home when he called Isaac. We did indeed get home safely, two with him in the big truck, and us two women in the other truck with Isaac driving. It was a wonderful experience. I thought we would have to wait up to 90 min. in the very hot temp. and getting toward darkness in that long. However, I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received today, so I just wanted to stop by to leave a token of appreciation. Being a parent, safety is your number one concern so having reliable road assistant service is a must. When my battery died today I was a bit annoyed and frustrated, my girls and I was ready to get to our next destination. So when our superhero Jay, came to our rescue we were super happy to have his help. I have to admit I can be a little difficult when I’m unhappy, so being greeted by Jay with a smile on his face made me comfortable. Tommy was our driver for tracking #54781. He was courteous, arrived quickly after giving us a good ETA, and was very knowledgeable of the area and local service centers that were open on Sundays. He showed great concern for our group safety. We were traveling with 12 boy scouts and 1 vehicle broke down about 450 miles from home. He made the tough situation much more bearable.

Not only was Mr. Farleys uniform very clean and presentable (unlike most auto technicians), but he was quick, efficient, courteous, polite, and very professional. He had the right battery for my car with him on his truck. The price was reasonable and in line with comparable ones I had researched on-line. He changed the battery, checked the starter and alternator, and never complained about how hot it was that afternoon! I will definitely use, request, and recommend East Coast Towing again and again.
