Took my car here after going to Discount Tire who wouldn’t even look at my slow-leak tire without trying to sell me 4 all new tires because it’s “recommended”. My tires are in great shape, one just had a small nail in it. Pulled up here afterwards and only paid $25 dollars for a patch and I was on my way 10 minutes later. Staff is friendly, straight forward, and not trying to gyp you. Highly recommend!

I think this is service and gas station is an asset to the surrounding community.I have found more nails in my tires within the past two years, probably more than I have holding my deck together. As a result of collecting these wonderful road trophies I have driven into this service station several times for assistance. Each time they literally told me to pull the car up and had someone handle it right away at a very reasonable cost. They also have air hoses at the gas pump and they do not charge for the air like many other stations do out there. I think it is not only petty but quite ridiculous to be charged 1.50 for air and am grateful I stop here to top off the air in my tires if needed.The staff are always friendly and helpful!

I just recently loved to Raleigh and was looking to get my car inspected. They were very quickly able to fit me into their schedule. The day I arrived to get the inspection done they checked me in and in no time they not only had my car inspected, but were also able to replace my rear windshield wiper blade that I had been unable to find a replacement for. I pulled into Six Forks service station after trying at two other service locations to try to get a burned out headlight bulb changed ahead of a last minute trip out of town. They were super accommodating and did everything they could to keep the price down (despite the manufacturer of my car making it a difficult task to change a simple headlight). I know I paid way less than I would have the dealer and they had me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them!

Yesterday after I filled my gas tank here my car wouldnt start. The people that work there were great. First they checked my battery that was clearly dead. They were able to replace my battery while I waited which wasnt long at all. My day was hardly even disturbed by this minor incident instead of the disaster it could have been. Ive been here four times for repair work and love these folks. First time they fixed something on my Toyota 4Runner that no one else could even diagnose although I knew there was a problem. Second time they got my Honda Odyssey in for an emergency repair two days before Thanksgiving and stayed late to get us on the road. They gave me a loaner car on my third visit and are always polite and helpful. Good folks here.

This family owned service station has multiple garage service bays and ASE certified mechanics. I have been here multiple times and always received excellent customer service, great communication, honest automotive advice, and fair prices. No other service garage that I know of; allows the after hours night clerk to schedule an appointment for auto services. This is a huge advantage when trying to coordinate repairs under time constraints. I was able to confirm my appointment time after hours, have the my tires shipped there, over the holidays and they were ready for me when I arrived in town. This is a well managed service station. Tom explained the procedure which was more involved than what a cut-rate lube station does. The ride was smooth afterwords. They use quality products.

I’ve taken our ‘96 Jeep Cherokee here several times, and they’ve always been fair and done a great job. The Jeep is far from perfect, and it would cost more than it is worth to attend to every single thing it could use. But the folks at Six Forks Exxon are good at helping prioritize what it *really* needs vs “nice to have.” Most recently, they did some routine maintenance (oil, brake shoes, filters, etc) plus fixed some broken things (battery terminal, blower motor and resistor), and charged a fair price and got it all done very quickly.

Was able to get my car in for service on short notice. The crew here was able to find the problem, including extra detective work, that turned out to be a part recalled by Toyota! Theyarranged the appointment & transfer to Toyota(saving me $$) & provided a loaner car to me.Six Forks Exxon provided mechanical expertise,customer service, and fair price.

Time to move on. This mechanic had served me well for the past few years, and I cant say enough good things about Toms compassion, service, and professionalism. But it seems things have recently taken a dip. I had to go back 3 times recently to get a brake light fixed. I understand things take time, but the communication on their end was lacking. I chalked it up to hey, things happen and gave them another chance.Then I brought my vehicle in and got an estimate on repairs, which another shop came in well under their estimate. Not to mention the communication about scheduling and diagnostic pricing was not communicated in advance. I get it, thats business, and in the past this was a go-to shop. Not to say dont go here, it is still 3 out of 5. Just do your due diligence.

Appointment was convenient for me. Replaced oil pressure sensor as I requested in less than a couple hours even tho they had acquire the part. Mechanic explained the fix and provided related insights observed during the repair. This is my go to place for repairs I cant do myself.

This station has been our neighborhood “go to” spot for gasoline since we moved to Raleigh last August. Now they’ve become our “go to” mechanic too. My car died last week, alternator went bad, so I had it towed to Six Forks Station Exxon. Tyler provided great customer service as he helped me at the front desk . These guys were great! My wifes battery suddenly died while she was in Raleigh. Although we have AAA, I wanted a particular battery and found these folks on Interstate Batterys dealer locator. I called them and, within 2 hours, they had delivered and installed a new battery, tested the alternator to confirm it was in good shape, and sent my wife on her way. Absolutely outstanding customer service from the initial phone call, to the service call, and even the follow up to make sure things went well.

We finally found a trustworthy, experienced full- service mechanic for our cars! We have have had an issue with my husbands truck that more than 3 shops couldnt figure out. Tom and his team researched,tested, fixed then validated it was the root of the problem. Not only is their technical experience excellent,their customer service is exemplary. Each person I interacted with helpful. If you have a quick repair, they are located between Starbucks and Char-Grill. There is a small waiting area with comfortable chairs. Took my 2013 Jeep Laredo in to diagnose & correct A/C not cooling. They quoted a reasonable price for A/C servicing and adding refrigerant, if necessary, and how long it would take. This station has a reputation for doing good and honest work, and this visit lived up to that

I have a 2008 Honda Civic and a 2003 Toyota Avalon that needed new rotors and brakes. Also, they stand behind the completed work as they have a 24-month/24,000 mile warranty on the brakes. I went in for an oil change, and they so thoroughly “inspected” my car. They suggested some repairs on my old car, two of which I expected it was time for, and one which they suggested I go to the previous mechanic to see if the part was under warranty. Turns out that the previous shop’s warranty ran out, but HAD I HAD IT REPAIRED AT SIX FORKS STATION, it would still have been under warranty.Six Forks Station has got MY business!

Great experience here getting my brakes fixed! I had come a couple weeks ago to get some bolts tightened on the bottom of my car, which they did for a very minimal charge and decided to come back when I heard my brakes scraping. I spoke with Tom who was able to look at my car the same day even though they were busy, and he even drove me home so I didn’t have to wait around. Will definitely come back (hopefully for more routine things!)

I most recently had my BMW in for another NC inspection and the process was very smooth. My appointment was at 4 and they allowed me to drop off the car early. Their estimated time of completion at 4:30 was right on the money.
