I’m sure I’m not the only person that’s had trust issues when it comes to trusting and believing repair shops and/or mechanic. Worried they tell you lies, this and that needs to be fixed just to take money out of your pocket. Bee at Beacon Lake Auto is not one of those people. This guy is professional and is very well knowledge. He cares about his business, reputation and most importantly his customers. Right off the start, Great communication and discussion about what may be wrong with my car. I paid for a diagnostic and turns out, he was right about what could be my problem. Got the issue fixed and my car is good again. This shop has completely gained my trust after many visits. Both my vehicles go here and no where else.Highly recommend this shop for all your auto repairs!

The mechanic/owner (Jose) was able to tell me what was wrong my car on my first visit.The price for my repairs were really affordable, very friendly and patient. And they were able to get my car completed within a reasonable time. I will be returning back for more car repairs!!

We have taken our Lexus here twice for repairs. Fantastic job. Yes I would recommend. Hopefully I wont need any more repairs any time soon, but when they do come up I will bring my vehicle right back here.

They are very friendly and fair. They will tell you what needs to be done to your vehicle and not try to push you to get repairs that your vehicle doesnt need. Prices are also very reasonable. I have been going to Beacon Lake Auto for several years.

Took my wifes BMW M6 to Bee at Beacon Lake for a ABS brake issue. He repaired it and we left happy. He was straight up and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend his shop to others. His wife that works in the office was pleasant to deal with as well.

AMAZING!! My car didn’t pass inspection because of a blown fuse causing my brake lights not to work. Took my vehicle to them to get it checked out and they not only got me in the next day, but got my car fixed by noon AND Took it back to get inspected for me and brought it back to their shop so I wouldn’t have to do it!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

B is an amazing trustworthy mechanic. He will work with you and give you honest opinions on what is wrong with your car. Im very picky when it comes to mechanics since I used to work on my own car. This was the best car repair experience I have ever had! Bee was extremely friendly and overall you could just sense the honesty from him. He took wonderful car of my car even when I had no clue what was wrong with it. Thy are the best machanics. I took my car at lay Acura dealer ship and they didn’t fix the my car because they didn’t know how to say the diegnoses. Hello everyone reading this! Im no expert in cars, but when my VW Jetta 09 had issues, I did not know where to run to, especially when you know that the manufacturer will charge you roughly $1600 for issue 1 aka ABS module, not including issue 2 aka Crankshaft module. I was referred to them by a friend of mine, and decided to give them a call. I spoke to B and his wife alternatively, and oh my goodness they were very nice. I TRULY appreciated Bs promptness to investigate the issues during the diagnostic, his honesty in regards to the other issues I had, and omg the PRICE! I mean aint that what it always get down to anyway?Long story short, I received a letter from Volkswagen explaining about a recall on my cars ABS module. 🙌🏿🙌🏿He only had to take care of my car not starting and please ask me if he did it in a timely manner! It was a great pleasure meeting with these guys and I would DEFINITELY come back for more repair if needed (or just to say hi)!Thanks again guys!G.
