Randy, David & Jerome was very helpful. They told me it would be in my best interest to take my vehicle back to where I got my engine replaced because it was not done correctly. I wasnt able to get my oil changed but got it Inspected. I appreciate them being honest with me about my vehicle.... need more honest mechanics in the Hardin County area

My car started making a noise Friday afternoon so I called to get it looked at and got in Saturday morning. I dropped it off and got a call a few hours later that they could not replicate the sound. I go to pick it up and the story changed to “that is just a sound cars make as they get older, nothing to worry about “. My car makes the noise again as I pull out of the parking lot. Then on Monday the check engine light comes on. Won’t be taking my car back there!

You all are great! I have an older car that has little issues here and there, and you all do a fantastic job taking care of it! You also really listen to your customers, and try to save me money when possible. You all recently saved me over $200, which is amazing! I really appreciate everything you do, and you’ll be getting my business in the future.

Awesome service. I needed an alignment in a pinch due to a trip. They had nothing open but I left the truck with them anyway. Even took the extra time to fix something minor for me after the job was done. A+

The true rating for this shop is 2.5 stars and here is why...it depends on the manager working that day. I wont say names b/c I know the name of the bad manager, but the name of the good manager. The bad manager (white male) consistently makes excuses to why he can never accommodate a customer request or provide reasonable customer service. The good manager (black male) seems to make it work every time I come to the shop. It is bad customer service and embarrassing to go to this shop when the bad manager is working. Vent period is over.

I have tired to get tire service no less than 4 times over the past two years. And again today.... right after they opened the doors. Cannot seem to ever be of service. You can drop it off and pick up later was today’s. I just needed a tire checked that is losing air and perhaps a repair. No matter what time I have arrived they always say it will be hours or not at all. No other customers have been around and bays not full. Very disappointed in this business.

When purchasing tires or having a flat fixed I always look for businesses that hire staff who are polite & have knowledge of their products & services. This is such place. Tires and tire products are reasonably priced and the service is great. I will recommend this business to my family and friends.

Came into this place after being rejected at another tire place for service. And they had the right part in stock, they were able to get to my needs right away, and completed the job within 30mins. Very pleased. Definitely recommend for anyone with any tire needs. They will treat you right. Also, they have a very nice and quiet waiting room.

I called to make an appointment to have new tires put on my car. I commute into Louisville for work, and just wanted to make sure I have good tires before winter driving season hits. My appointment was for Friday (earlier today) at 2pm. I arrived about five minutes early. I signed a work request & gave the counter guy my car keys. They were busy & as I was sitting in their waiting area, I did hear one of the workers mention to a walk in customer that they were down an employee, but I had an appointment, so I figured I had priority over a walk in customer. Anyway, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room, then I decided to check on my car. I looked out the front window & saw that my car was in the parking lot, so I asked if my car was ready to go. He said he was going to check. Now, my car was parked in exactly the same spot as when I had pulled in, so I was certain the news wasnt good, and I was right. They hadnt even started working on my car! The guy at the counter said he was going to have them pull it into the work bay and knock this out for me. I asked him how long that would take, and he said 45 minutes or so. I was done. I asked for my keys back. I was extremely frustrated, but I left without saying anything else. Heres the thing...Im a reasonable person. Make me some kind of offer, some kind of deal to keep me as a customer. Maybe a free oil change, some sort of discount for leaving me in the waiting room for an hour and a half without TOUCHING my car, or coming over to tell me that it was going to be longer than they thought, or something. What a waste of time! I wont go back. Had I been a walk in customer, MAYBE I could understand having to wait that long, but I had an appointment! Ridiculous.

Do not go here. They put the costumer last. Bought a brand new Firestone tire which they claimed was their best tire. On my 25 mile drive home the vehicle started vibrating so I pulled over and saw a bulge on the tire. I took the tire back and they claimed they would not cover it and I would need a new tire. The tire was brand brand new. Stay away at all costs. I will be telling absolutely everybody I know about this terrible experience and I will NEVER buy firestone tires as long as I live.

Even with a appointment oil change and free tire rotation/ break inspectionOne hour and a half. Customer service was unwelcoming and lack luster.

The employers here are awesome. Drove from South Carolina to Ft. Knox and had a nail in my tire. The customer service clerk and technicians provided excellent service and even staying open late in order to get my tire fixed. Definitely appreciated!

I had them replace a break line, they gave me a price of $230 then they busted all of the lines when they tried to bleed the breaks, I was charged for that . my check engine light was not on when I took it to them, the break light was on . we picked it up and drove it home with the check engine light on ! I was so angry because I just knew in my heart I had just got scammed . I put the car up for sale for 500 dollars, just enough to pay back my credit card for them fixing The break lines . The first guy that came to look at it, hooked it up and said that it was the mass air intake sensor . but the guy that bought my car today lifted the hood and said right there is your problem they unplugged your mass air intake sensor . I had to honor the deal and sell a perfectly good car that Ive taken care of for 16 years. Because someone wants to be dishonest and unplug something simple so that people who dont know any better will take it back to get it fixed and be charged for another repair ! I mad ! and I will never take another car here.

Went to have a tire put on a rim.. after sitting and waiting for over 2 hours they come out and didnt wanna make a ticket on my tire and said for me to just pay cash to have it done.. thinking its weird all the way home I get home to have a directional tire on the rim backwards.. explains why there was no paper trail.. closed when I got home so will be calling monday.. will update

Took vehicle their for front tire balance returned next day to tell them how it still had a vibration and how wheel stud broke off when trying to remove wheels on front I replaced stud myself I just wanted to make sure job was done rite and tried to explain myself only to be called a liar and that I was taking advantage of them the service manager Devin was definitely unprofessional in the way he treated me while I was in military uniform and in the end they only replaced lug nuts and rebalanced tires no apologies or anything for the way I was treated .

Filled my tires at no cost and the guy told us how to properly set the pressure. Nice fella.

My go to for everything car related. Randy and his team are the BEST, I cant sing thier praises enough.

My wife had a repair perform on her vehicle a couple of weeks ago. A week later the same noise problem resurfaced. She took it back to get it looked at and they installed a new bolt which probably did not need to happen and was charged $150. They also rotated the tires probably just to feel justified in what they charged initially. on April 24, my wife was driving her car and the noise began to resurface. My wife was worried as the noise increased drastically after driving the vehicle for 20 miles or so. We were attending appointments and had to cancel because the noise from the vehicle. On our way home, I had to put on the emergency flashers and slowly creep towards home 20 miles away. Another vehicle notice that our front left tire was wobbling. We were fortunate to be to pull over into a parking lot. Once we did that, my wife got out the care and told me to go forward and saw the tire was wobbling. She then check the lug nuts with her fingers. all of the nuts were loose. We tighten up the lug nuts and the problem was resolve. We have 2 autistic boys at home and we are all they have. If something were to have happen to us, our children would have been helpless. They depend on us totally and incident like should not have happened. I recommend that if you have to get repairs performed on your vehicle, go somewhere else. This business is about making profit. If they dont make a big profit from you, the work they perform on your vehicle will be substandard. You may live or not to regret it. Go somewhere else if you can afford to. Customer service was great. They employees were friendly and took care of my vehicle. Checked my RV tires and made sure i had the proper tire pressure, without charge.

During my visit two times ago, they FORGOT to add oil to my car, so it wasnt long before my engine light was on; fortunately, I noticed this in time to avoid any major issues. During my visit yesterday, they didnt top off or check any fluids, even the ones they say they do according to company policy. I wont be going back. The people who work there are nice, often offering discounts, but they seem to work too quickly and, if they can get away with not doing something, theyll try.

Positive Outcome with trouble shooting a starter/starting problem with the car. The price was fair given the work involved. I was happy with the solution. It may be hit or miss with the technician you get. But keep in mind that this is a business and not a free service shop.

To the point. Gentleman at the front counter had to order tired for me, told me that they would be ready at 330, I showed up and they went to work. 30 min later I was on my way. Good work. Thanks again, I will be back.

Dont buy from this place. The guy at counter listened to me explain that there was an up-and-down movement coming from the rear of my truck. Within 5 seconds of looking at the top of the 1-year old Firestone tire, he informed me that I was wrong about what I felt and that my truck caused the uneven wear pattern as opposed to the tire being out-of-round. Therefore, they would not honor the warranty. I asked how he knew what Id felt, and he proudly proclaimed that his 17 years of experience meant he didnt need to bother with riding along or putting the tire on a machine.There was no point in arguing with him. I just thanked him and went to Firestone in Louisville who told me that a shifted belt caused the oscillation I felt, that I was right about it being out of round, and that it would account for the abnormal wear on the tire. It was a manufacturers defect and would be replaced under warranty. Stay away from these guys. They do not care about their customers!

Staff is often rude. More than once we have picked up our vehicle to find things are not put back, or that things have been disconnected under the hood when all we had done is the breaks. Not to mention their prices are sometimes unreasonable.

Good service, I will definately return. And mounting carry in tires is way cheaper than walmart.

Michaels Tire worked on my sons car for 2 days. Only to tell us that they couldnt fix it. We had to take it to a dealership to have the computer system reset. But once we got it back we found out that Michaels had done something incorrectly before giving us the car. So now he has no cruise control & several lights that wont go off on the dash. Hes already spent over a thousand dollars trying to fix his car. Its simply ridiculous.

Had the rear brakes replaced a month ago. The brakes started grinding .I called the store and found out I had declined the replacement of the left rear caliper. I did not . I said fix the brakes. This is not the first issue Ive had with the work done on my car at this shop.....it is the last though.

Tgey tried to scam me out of 1200 saying 5 of my 6 ignition coils had failed and my 6th wssnt far behind. I took it to another mechanic and they replaced a sensor and did a tune up and mt car was fine. Dont trust them you will get screwed and before they disclaim this i maintained ALL quotes and documentation from them and my other mechanic and i have the full history of maintenence ever done on my vehicles to back me up.Signed,A very disgruntled and disgusted potential customer
