Wayne was very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. They had the exact car I wanted luckily. Paperwork took a bit cause theres always multiple copies of stuff and it felt like signing your life away but they were descriptive with the paperwork and broke down all payments and financing info. Communication about necessary documents was a little lacking but overall they did a great job. Staff was very friendly when I pulled up to the building.

I live in North Atlanta, GA and unfortunately recently my favorite car of all time (EVO X MR) was totaled back in February of 2021. Nonetheless, I have to find a new vehicle and wanted to stick with a Mitsubishi for several reasons.I was searching for a new 2022 Outlander SEL Launch Edition with S-AWC as I could use more space, demand AWD, and certainly wanted a vehicle that is reliable with awesome styling and interior. I have a dealer I typically work with in North Atlanta, however, they could not get the vehicle I was looking for. While Mitsubishi doesn’t allow you to order custom the car you prefer, I was able to use Mitsubishi’s site to locate the ones I sought to find.After contacting several dealers, Swope (Gerald Blount - no relation that I am aware of!) was one of the first to reach out. Gerald was not only responsive, but even made a personalized video with him and the car that really set them apart from the rest. I also worked with Adam Burke who was equally exceptional, responsive, and answered many of my questions. Also, I would add that they were straight forward and treated a customer like they should be. For an opposite example, I went to a dealer in South of Atlanta that had a Red one that I loved, however, the process felt dishonest and they were shady with their numbers. I much rather go through the trouble of finding a car out of state to work with (and reward) a dealer that demonstrates best practices. Swope absolutely did this for me.To summarize, I would highly recommend them and can tell you buying from them out of state was a fairly smooth experience. It is best to get the car YOU want and not just choose what’s on the lot seeing it’s the 2nd most expensive object you’ll purchase in your life. Swope Mitsubishi made the wait worthwhile and they certainly represent one of the best dealers/experiences I have had personally. Many dealers could learn from their engagement and I hope the rest of you who choose to do business with Swope have the same great experience I too have had. It took less than a week from a greeting to the car showing up at my house. Thanks again you all!

Set-up appt online but said I wasnt in there when I showed up, whats the sense of setting up online. Luckily it wasnt busy and got me right in. Also tried to sale me tires Full Price when website showed on sale. And then charged $50 fee just to push the A/C, defrost button to try and smell antifreeze odor that we complained of, which they said they couldnt smell. But it mysteriously went away, and I later read that a dirty cabin air filter can cause odors, which was part of service performed, which they should have known that, but still charged me $50 anyway for checking.

I want to thank Kelley and Adam for their attention to detail, in getting me the car I wanted. I just love her energy and compassion, my girl! Ive bought numerous vehicles from this dealership and I have never been disappointed. The whole staff was just great, may God blessed each and every one of you. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.. would NEVER recommend to anyone! Nothing but issues with my car since I purchased it. (I also purchased a $6,000 warranty.. 2 years later they still will not fix the issues. Finally after them taking it back to take care of the issues.. we don’t get it back for two months! When I demanded them give my car back after all that time all they had done was fixed my stereo screen. Then when we opened the door there were two pieces of the car in the floorboard! We’re contacting the BBB and a lawyer.

Our salesman Gerald Blount was friendly, respectful and attentive. We took a test drive and went inside to talk numbers. Hello everyone. I recently found a beautiful Beetle that I was wanting for my first car. I’m very low income and was wanting to put about half down and then make payments. I talked to a man on the phone (not sure what his name was) and asked him what month terms I could do.He then proceeded to tell me I had to pay it all at one time because it’s “only $2500”. I don’t know if you all know this, but not everyone has $2500 that they can throw at one time.So thank you all for not even considering me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Have a fantastic day.

Let me start by saying that I NEVER write reviews but Frank went sooooo above and beyond, there was no way that I could not share my experience. Frank was my much needed reminder that there are still good people in this world. Not only did he answer every single question I asked, but he also walked the vehicle over inch by inch ON FACETIME with me because it was a 3+ hour drive for me and he wanted to make sure it was worth my time. Once I arrived, the vehicle was already sparkly clean and had my name and tags on it. He was extremely honest and I felt 10000% confident about my purchase when I pulled off the lot. To this day, Frank still checks in on me and has gained a customer for life!

Had a great experience. Drove about 2 hours to arrive 1 hour before closing. I had been working intermittently through the day on a deal for a trade. When I arrived I was offered even more for my trade than expected. We closed the deal. They had to stay after closing but they didnt mind at all. Adam was great to work with. I purchased my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander last Christmas Eve from Swope Certificated and I must say this was the best Christmas present I could have gotten for myself and my family! Going one year strong and I have had no issues whatsoever and I am thrilled to own such a nice and dependable vehicle. I am to this day very impressed and satisfied with the service and support I received from all the staff here, especially AJ McCoy who was our internet sales manager. He was able to work with us to find the best deal and assure us it was worth the drive from Lexington to buy something not only that suited our needs but that we Love! The staff here is patient and will not try and sell you the first car you test drive, which is what has happened to me in the past. This is a family business and they truly want to help you and your family....not your typical car dealership. They have a nice area for the kids to play, they have their own little room with toys and art supplies and snacks for the whole family. All I can say is what a great experience, even coming back for my free oil changes. Been going here for years, always a great experience

Horrible experience staff lacks communication skills to work sufficiently with customers. Was in process of purchasing Vehicle, was waiting for approval letter as am in a chapter 13. When I went to inform my sales rep Errond I got the approval letter was informed the vehicle sold two days prior and no one ever notified me. I even offered to put money down on the vehicle but was never taken. Spoke to the manager him self who stayed the situation was handled poorly but gave no discounts and that vehicles aren’t held. If you are someone who has bad credit or bankruptcy look else where.

Dont believe the hype and dont believe all bad things that you read. Its easy to say someone else is wrong or not right when youre all screwed up! Remember, theres always two sides to a story, so be careful. If theres any doubt simply link up with Frank Lamb or Mr Clark; you will not be disappointed.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I brought my sons car in for recalls and they left something on when they parked it after done and battery drained and now it wont stay charged. Saturday a nice gentlemen charged it for me so I could get home and told me to call if it gave us more trouble, well when I called today to complain they stated we left it here for over a week after service was done which is incorrect; My son was notified Tuesday it was done but I picked it up on Saturday 3 days not a week and they proceed to say they noticed the battery being old when it was dropped off. Funny they couldnt notice to make sure doors were closed and all things turned off so the battery wont drain. The battery may not have been brand new but it turned over perfectly before we brought it in for service. Not at all satisfied with the response or the treatment from them. This is very poor customer service and I will not bring it back to their dealership or direct anyone to buy from them as well.

Swope Motors in Radcliff went way out of their ways to help me. Gerald A Blount Jr.and Adam Burke. Went looking for a truck for me after I wreck the one I bought almost two years ago from them. Not only did they find one it is second highest truck Dodge makes and puts out. It is a Dodge 1500 Sports package. It has everything a whole lot more accessories than the other. If you need a vehicle and can’t find what you want check with these two guys or the rest of the staff. They will also work the finance for you .
