After waiting 4 hours for a tune up on my truck they informed me that it was going to be another hour and half, by then they put me in a loaner truck because my truck wouldnt be done. Well that would have been nice but there was only a quarter tank of gas in it, they said it was enough but by the time I got home it was almost on empty. I drove only 31 miles. Now I have to spend more money on gas just to take it back to get my truck

Always a fun experience with the service dept. They work hard and my husband trusts them. My husband is a certified ford mechanic and he trusts this place enough to get things done that he cannot do himself because of equipment issues. For him to trust this place says ALOT! Will return for business in the future

I had two vehicles serviced today at the Quick Lane:Vehicle 1 - oil change (requested “the works”)Drop off 7:30amCompleted at 9:47amVehicle 2 - oil changeDrop off 12:00pmCompleted 2:02pmI requested “the works” on vehicle number 1. I have 35 inch tires on that truck. The tire rotation was not completed and I was almost charged for it. I was concerned that this might occur based off how quick “the works” was completed on my previous visit. I marked the sidewalls on my tires prior to dropping it off so I would know if it was actually done or not. The tire rotation had not been completed. I was told to go to the cashier to checkout and that is when I confronted the service manager about it. Thankfully the service manager, Steve, was very helpful by correcting the situation. He apologized for the lack of explanation as to why it wasn’t completed and compensated the oil change. The mileage sticker from my previous service at quick lane was not removed and the new sticker was emplaced on the windshield, below my tinted eyebrow, on about a 45 degree cant, with a few oil smudges left on the glass. No complimentary vacuum, no service mat, no plastic seat cover etc. Very basic service for a relatively standard price.No issues with the service provided on vehicle number 2 other than what I mentioned previously. No extra steps were taken to make me feel like we should return or that my vehicle was truly taken care of. Decent work, but check behind the technicians to confirm the service was completed correctly.

Fast and coutious service.

If you want to really know what is going on in a service department, be an employee at that business for a while. Not only have I always had excellent, high quality, and courteous repair work done here at a very reasonable price, but Ive also had numerous opportunities to talk with hundreds of my customers who did business with our service department. They all felt the same, they felt treated well and fairly, were very happy with the repairs, and found the pricing exceptionally affordable. I cant count the number of times Ive heard how well my customers were treated by the Quick Lane Staff. Feel comfortable doing business here, you will be treated well.

Stopped by today to get my oil changed and tire rotated. I brought my own oil and unlike other places they didnt have a problem with that. Steve was happy and actually remembered my brother from over 10 years ago. Was fast and the price wasnt bad at all.

Didn’t fix my problem

I bought a used truck and wanted a Ford dealer check it out. The guy I bought it from had taken Great care of it. Steve and staff said there was about $1,200 of brake and suspension work it needed. Truck only had 76k despite being a 2003. They needed to order parts giving me time to get second opinion. Meineke said truck was good to go on everything!! I will never trust Knox Ford to do anything on my vehicle ever! I would give NO stars if possible.
