I have to say my experience has been a great one. My 2014 jeep compass was messed up and where I got the vehicle from didnt even take the time to look into it. We recently moved to the area and I brought my car here with a check engine light issue. This shop took a lot of time to investigate and get to the root of the problem. They tried a $30 fix after much research before the much more expensive option. They are timely, professional, and trustworthy.

After meineke told my daughter she needed a new head gasket, and other repairs .. quoting her almost 4000$.. we decided to take it and get a second opinion. Was charged 200$ for them (meineke) to put plugs on it.. (which was never asked for) She took it to Joy and have it looked at. After about 20 minutes they told my daughter there may be a small leak in her radiator and to take it to the dealership. We did. Long story short.. it was a small pin hole leak in the radiator! They saved my daughter thousands of dollars! Very honest mechanics! Very professional! Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them in the future!

In all of the years I have been driving, I have never found a more reasonable garage with this level of customer service. They found the root of my problem in about fifteen minutes. Within an hour and fifteen minutes, the part was changed, the oil was changed, the check engine light was off, and I was back on the road

Friendly service. One of their techs was able to remotely walk through troubleshoot my power windows until I found the problem which I repaired. These guys will grow in popularity through referral because they can fix anything and do it honestly without upselling, and can even show the customer whats going on in person or by video & photos. I would recommend anyone to Joy automotive. When I went in for an oil change and Bill was sitting at the desk it was honestly a sign of relief. He has always been so honest. I took my mom to Joy for a slit in her tire, although Joy didn’t have her tire size in stock, Bill went above and beyond to find someone local who could help. They deserve 10 stars. I had called both big O tires to setup up a appointment. Radcliff big O was very rude on the phone so I had called E towns Big O to setup something! so I drove up to E town but was rushing cuz I had a appointment up in Louisville children’s hospital and was running late not long after I had left they called saying they couldn’t do it!!!
