The staff was excellent our car needed a new ac compressor. They were able to remove the old one and put in a new one the same day for us to have our car back on the road before the days end. Very polite and helpful staff I will go back to them for any other major repairs.

One of my tire pressure sensors was bad and one tire was leaking. Fixed the issues, but because it is a Ford truck the computer wouldnt reset correctly. Instead of sending me to Ford (which is what would normally happen) they spent the extra time to make a few calls and take care of the issue there so I didnt have to drive around. Super friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything in detail.

Dropped my girlfriends car off a week ago(4/26/2021). Motor blew up in her car, this is obviously a time consuming job. But when we are told it will be done by a certain day, I expect it to be done that day. First was told Saturday. Motor didn’t even come til Friday. Then we were told today(5-4-2021) NOPE! Now we are being told it will be another day or two to finish the job. This wouldn’t happen if they would actually work on her car instead of leaving it up in the air on a lift where it has sat for days now. With the amount of money we are spending for this job, it should have been today already. I will never return to this company.

The men who worked there told me I had to buy new rotors, as they couldnt be turned, they also told me that my calipers were frozen and needed to be replaced. They quoted me 1000$.I went to the parts store and bought brakes. As soon as the brakes were on my vehicle, I drove seven hours out of state with no problems. The calipers were not frozen and the rotors were not worn out either.They saw a woman in need and tried to take advantage.Ridiculous business model.

2.5 hours to plug a nail in my tire. I made an appointment online the day before, and they had my SUV up on the lift within 30 minutes. There were 2 other customers waiting. It took 30 minutes to find the nail in the tire. Once they realized they could patch the hole, and not sell me a $200 new tire (they didn’t have and might not be able to get until the next business day), they proceeded to take an hour and a half to finish the repair and check me out. There one was guy working the register and phone, and he didn’t turn anyone away. He took his sweet time working up quote after quote, all the while my car sat on the ground, in the bay ready to go. The mechanic told him my car was done and ready, yet it was another hour before I was able to pay and leave. I consistently asked how much longer, but he continued to take new customers and told people who called he could squeeze them in. Hope they don’t mind waiting 4 hours for an oil change and quote for at least $500 worth of extra work. Next time I’ll drive to Louisville.

I have a leak in my tire they put air in it and found out I have a hole a patch it up. They are so great and wonderful and ease my pain Im so.glad they was close by thank God for these guys

I took my car in to diagnose a problem with the front end and overall suspension. They had everything evaluated quickly and promised a quick turnaround on repairs. Chris did so much to accommodate me. In the end my old vehicle wasn’t worth putting the money into it, but I was very impressed with the whole organization.

Chris was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Will not return. Would not recommend 👎 zero stars.

When I was rear-ended, immediately after the police came and collected the information for the accident report, I noticed my vehicle was louder as I drove away. Even family members noticed and commented. The body shop said they didnt do exhaust work, so I went to Meineke to get a supplement estimate for insurance purposes. BEFORE even bringing the vehicle into the garage to look at it, Meineke manager, Chris Davis, was very reluctant to provide this estimate directly to the insurance company (as they requested), even though I was able to provide him with all the required information (claim number, etc.). I insisted this was at the insurance companys request and he finally agreed. Because its an older vehicle (with a rusty exhaust system), I was told by the body shop that the insurance company would take that into account and prorate the value/cost of repair. Thats to be expected and Im fine with that and I shared that with Chris Davis. However, after he wrote up the estimate and submitted it to the insurance company via email, he gave me a printed copy. He made sure to put his personal opinion in the memo to dissuade the insurance company from compensating my loss. This was my first and last time going to Radcliff Meineke, or ANY Meineke ever again!!! Id already written off Elizabethtown Meineke after my one and only visit there a few years back thanks to the arrogant Comic Book Guy who works there. The only 2 people I know who recommend Meineke are men. And the people I know whove had bad Meineke experiences, including myself, are women. Coincidence??? I hope so. But I CAN say this.... When I was calling around to garages to ask if they did exhaust work, they ALL referred me to Pay Less Muffler & Brakes. Only one garage suggested Meineke AFTER hed already suggested Payless Muffler & Brakes and because I told him I needed a second estimate for the insurance company.

Quoted me a price of $1,300 to replace a part that costs less than $30.

I was scheduled on wednesday for an oil change on friday and we show at our scheduled time and it wasnt on the books. I gave a 3 star because the guy was very nice and apologized and rescheduled for sat at same time. The number i called was the number online and its not used as much apparently. He wasnt familiar with that number and tried to call it and he could not get an answer. Lol i called and it popped up in his call log. So the number worked. He felt bad but they where booked and only had 2 guys working

Meineke is a reputable business. Just too far for me to travel to it.

I called on Saturday afternoon and was able to get an appointment at 8:30 am Monday. The car was taken back right away and I was out by 9:05. Clean waiting room, Chris is friendly and helpful at the front desk.

I love this shop. The guys are very knowledgeable and nice. Ive been to shops before that make me feel like they are trying to get on over on me because im a woman and dont know alot about cars and these guys dont do that. They are friendly and always do a complete check over of the car to make sure you are safe when you leave. Their prices are good and if its a big repair they do offer financing. They are great and i always recommend them.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change because it was such a great deal, that I couldn’t resist. You never know what you’re going to get with those, but I must say, I was so pleasantly surprised. Chris and his staff were so friendly, courteous and professional. We made an appointment and waited in the lobby and was in and out of there in no time. I received a text that our car was ready and also a full inspection report with photos about issues that needed to be addressed other than my oil change. The lobby was very modern and very clean and also had a tv to watch while we wait. They have made a customer for life. Thank you so much for a very great experience. Who knew an oil change could be done at an exceptional level of service.

I will not recommend this location to any of my friends or family members. The mechanic working on my vehicle was very rude unprofessional. They don’t do the work in a proper manner. Plan and simple I will not take any of my vehicles there

The staff was not overly friendly or welcoming. The concern I have is that you currently aren’t allowing customers to wait inside due to COVID. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me that when I called to schedule my appointment so that I wasn’t stuck standing in the rain in 40 degree weather for 45 minutes. It was not pleasant. Had they told me when I made the appointment I would have made arrangements to drop off instead.

Great service, great team, very friendly and professional. The only thing is that when theyre performing services, they need to be a little more careful to send the correct vehicle in the images they send to your phone. Im not 100% sure if my air filter was checked because they sent a picture of someone elses (different color car). Its okay though, I know it needs replaced. 😉

Just needed a muffler everything was in good shape their head they insisted on selling me the whole thing for almost $1000 I went to Payless right down the street from them and pay $95 for a new muffler my car runs beautiful by Meineke

I have been to meineke for the same overheating issues since April. I paid 800 then recently 1125 and not even a month later I have been told I need to now pay 3000 quote. The second time I went and paid 1125 a homemade metal part was put on my car since Chris was not able to get the part from Ford and my car has not been the same. Still smoking. I would like to speak with someone over Chris because nothing is getting solved and I have all my paperwork. At this point I no longer trust Chris word or his work.

The guy at the counter was a total jerk. No masks or social distancing observed. My car smelled like cigarette smoke when I left. Took 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. Tires were not rotated as described in the service description. I do not recommend.

The men at the business are children. I took auto loan for 1700 the work on my vehicle was around 1498.00. Their saying i owe them 64 dollars every other week. Rebate pay off June. No big deal if i wasnt over charged. The APR is 2x over at 111.78. Supposedly the 1700 wasnt enough. I had 4breaks 4rotors 4calipers, a knuckle, oil dye, oil change, a spindel, and a starter replacement. My car doesnt have a starter ignition coil, my calipers are used looks like their worn, two rotors look uses 25 thou, 16 thou off another vehicle, oil light still on said they fix that. Oil on stick not dipped just a little under or on the indention. Then i applied for another loan 11 hundered dollars more 3k plus some. Thought i could find a good store reasonable for my adult and going life.

I spent over $3,000 on my pt cruiser a few years ago (Id say in 2013) and it was the worst 1st experience EVER! A few things that were supposed to be fixed, ended up not being done at all and I ended up going to Connecticut for a family emergency and got stranded because my car was still messed up. So I never wanted to come back until I recently needed an oil change. A day after it got changed, I opened my hood to fill/check other fluids and noticed (im assuming) my air filter wasnt assembled back all the way nor was the cover closed. It was literally hanging lose in there and looked as if the filter was just tossed in there and they said screw it. I cant even get it to close. No this is nothing MAJOR, BUT, when you are a mechanic you are supposed to thoroughly check and make sure everything is back secure after inspection! It honestly has me guessing what else could of gone wrong or not back right!! Im forever done and wont ever go back!

Took my car in for a oil change, and was told there was a rack and pinion leak that would cost $1200 to fix. We decided against fixing it at the time. A couple weeks later my friend’s check engine light came on, and I recommended her to meineke, since we have always taken our vehicles there for any issues. They quoted her the exact same thing, saying she had a rack and pinion leak that would cost $1200. She took it to another automotive shop in radcliff and was able to get her car fixed for a couple hundred dollars, completely unrelated to the rack and pinion. We took my car in to the same shop and was told there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I don’t know if their mechanics are trying to con us, or just flat out don’t know what they’re doing but we will never be going back there.

I went in for tires and brakes and left with more things being wrong, but Chris showed and explained toMe what was wrong which made me feel confident instead taken advantage of. Very professional and completed quite a bit of work in a timely manner so I wasn’t out of a vehicle for a long period of time, I will definitely be using this Meineke for any future car work.

The staff was amazing. They were professional and friendly without being overly friendly so it felt fake. I let them know my concern and they checked it out. Thoroughly. After I was told about the problem (explained to my understanding), I was shown photos and quoted a price. I didnt feel pressured into making any decisions or rushed. Im certain I could have found someone to do the work cheaper, but I found cheaper before and I was back to the same issues. I wanted the work to be done properly and wanted it guaranteed. I loved that i received an email explaining all that was checked and noting all concerns. So now i know what else I need worked on in the future. My savings is missing a good chunk, but I feel confident that nothing will fall off if I hit a pot hole and that horrible clanking sound is gone.

Wonderful workers! They showed me what was wrong with my brakes and shocks, told me how much, gave me a military discount of $100, and fixed it! Since I couldn’t pay it all at once, they got me approved for 0% financing up to $1400 on the spot! And Chris was professional and courteous to all, despite his lunch being two hours late. Yes, they were all working on empty stomachs so I’m very thankful for their work and recommend this location with five stars!

Not a good experience. Poor communication. Was scheduled for oil change on 2 vehicles. Rescheduled 3 times and wasnt called it was after returning all 3 times. The last time I was told they could only do one vehicle and would have to reschedule again for the other vehicle. I understand the set backs of current times but just an honest phone call would have been nice.

The manager was very nice and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and were very efficient. I was in and out very quickly.

I have been going to this place for the past 4 years and I thought I was going to a trustworthy shop...I just spent nearly $1500 on new cv’s and bearings because I was told by meineke that was forsure what my problem was. Well guess what it wasn’t...Took my truck to another shop and it ended up being something completely different. Makes me wonder what else they have screwed me on over the years. I would not take your car here for anything.

I was there for 5 hours just for a alignment and having 2 tires put on. When I got the car back the alignment was completely off and I had come back for another hour just for then to do the alignment wrong again. I will never be back.

The Manager Justin was very professional and showed genuine concern explaining the details of work needed to have done. I love that he printed the list of prblems that needed immediate attention for my car. I also was able to see the actual pictures of the areas needing work in order of importance by signing up for text and email alerts. He an the other technician were very nice. I appreciate their great service in assisting me getting out of there in time to get my son off of his bus. I will definitely go back!

I used to think r rather highly of this store. Not anymore! Theyre just out to get your money. Told its we needed brakes, rotors, bearings and calipers. They wanted $350 just for a brake job? Wow! Then couldnt even tell us the rest of the amount it would cost to fix. My just husband fixed it himself. He had accidentally put something on wrong. After fixing the problem the truck is now driving fine. Hmmmmmmm

I took my car to Meineke yesterday to diagnose what was causing a noise its recently started making. The employees were very courteous to my face, but made up a list of repairs my car needs ($1700 worth) that it actually does not. I got a second opinion just hours later which confirmed that my car doesnt need even half of the repairs they claimed it did and its going to be MUCH cheaper. DONT take your car to Meineke in Radcliff.

Under new management! Went in after avoiding the place for as long as possible, due to multiple issues with previous work orders. I received quick and courteous service and even had a nice chat with the new manager, Chris. In my opinion, this is a great place to go for something simple like an oil change or tune up. I was pleasantly suprised being greeted by a team that seemed to care about my situation and also overall customer satisfaction.

Was told one thing and when i got there it was totally different.I felt mislead and lied to.They need to have a better system in place to stop all confusion. Train your people very well before you put them to work.

Way too expensive on patching tires. Had a nail in mine and because of fix a flat they wouldnt patch it. Even though when I was a tech I did hundreds that way. So they put my tire back on knowing it would go flat. And it did at a customers house. Luckily I had bought a plug kit and fixed it in 30 seconds. They couldve at least did that for me. Just scares of getting their hands a lil dirty I guess. Wont be going back there

Rather pricey & if I’d felt safe to drive my vehicle, I’d done some comparison shopping. They did work with me and got credit with no interest when paid in a year, so of course, I’ll have it paid off by then if the Lord tarries.

Now you know when you go to this kind of place, they are ALWAYS going to try to upsell you on anything. So if you go there for an oil change, get an oil change and say you dont want anything else when they try to tell you something is wrong with your car. If something is actually wrong, take it to someone more trustworthy. Of course they tried to tell me my tires were getting too worn. I said I just want an oil change, nothing else, so then he throws in there, What about air filter? Me, thinking it would be maybe a few dollars more, was quite unhappy when I get the bill and its $60. It was a $30 oil change and an air filter. The guy did give me a discount when I protested and said that he had not told me the price when he added it on there. He admitted that was true and that he should have. Then the counter guy disappears and the mechanic had dropped my key at the front desk. Im waiting and waiting and dude doesnt show back up. I had already paid, so I just needed my key. I got tired of waiting, grabbed my key from behind the desk, and took off. At any rate, buyer beware, this type of place will always try to take you for a ride if they can (ha pun).

I have been going here since we moved to fort Knox for all my oil changes, and have been very pleased. My husbands care just needed new brakes and a new serpentine belt . Bill had his team do the work and they did a awesome job. I just had 4 brand new tires put on my explorer yesterday and it rides so smooth now. Prices to me seem to be comparable to most places . Bill is a very nice guy and takes his time to explain what is wrong and what needs fixed ..

*** Update. After I had $3200 worth of work on my van at Meineke, I started hearing a ticking from the motor. I brought my van back into Meineke and was told that my van needed a head job. Quoted a price of $3,000-$3,500. I’m currently at the Chrysler dealership where I was told I need lifters replaced and it’s going to cost around $1000. I’m horrified that I paid so much for previous work at Meineke and feel now that I was lied to. Not sure how much they got me for but I do not recommend this place.I went to Meineke with a ton of issues and they addressed everyone of my vans problems. I was shown parts and pictures of what was wrong and asked if I would like them to fix the problem. They took care of everything! I felt like they were honest and only fixed what really needed fixing. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be! Thank you Meineke!

I will have to find somewhere else to get my vehicles service, the service and attention to detail has gotten worst over the years, i had my tires serviced the attendant never even cared the check what would the tire pressure of my vehicle as I drove off I noticed every indicator was showing wrong tire pressure one said 48 146 one said 31 and the other said 28 mind you the tire pressure was supposed to be 35 even after I returned it to have it corrected he still never once too got a gauge to ensure that they already 35 I spent most of my day trying to compensate and get my tire pressure where was supposed to be this is not the first time that Ive had a negative outcome actions towards my vehicles and after a few years I think its time to find somewhere else to get my vehicles service.

They started working on my vehicle at exactly my appointment time. Got me in and out and was very helpful with the other issues seen with my vehicle.

They told me that my window motor and regulator was bad, and quoted me a ridiculous price. Come to find out after doing work myself, it was just the switch . Poor knowledge if you ask me! Won’t go back for diagnosing any more.

If youre looking to get your oil changed here good luck. After stopping by yesterday afternoon I was told if I came back in 2 hours there would be time for my oil to be changed. Upon arrival 2 hours later I was told there were 5 cars ahead of me and it would be a 3 hour wait minimum. So, I made an appointment to get it changed first thing in the morning at 8am. (They supposedly open at 730am.) After seeing there was no one around after 15 minutes of waiting I went down the street to try my luck elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend Meineke to anyone not even my worst enemy.

If you are looking for a place that will give you bad service with high prices. Then make sure you stop by Meineke in Radcliff. I went in for an oil change with a $19.99 coupon. The price went from $19.99 to $43.00. What made it worse is I had to take my car back because it was leaking oil. The oil filter had not been put on properly. From what I have heard from numerous people, this happens a lot. For the price I paid I should have just went to Valvoline. At least they are true to their prices and know how to do a job right. Good luck to anyone who goes to Meineke. I will not ever be back.
