They could take a little more time with the work on each client. They could also listen to what the client is asking them to do to them instead of saying no no and giving their opinion. My daughter and I were not too happy with the way our eyebrows came out they would have come out better if the lady had listened to me when I asked her to get rid of hair in certain spots.

Do not go here for “eyelash extensions” as they will just use plastic lashes and toxic glue to put on your lashes!! I had to go elsewhere one day later to get them removed and the eyelash studio said that was the worst set of lashes they have seen in their lash 8 years of business. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE.

They take their time doing your eyebrows and are always clean an professional. Even though I have only been a few times since moving, they always remember my name. Last time I visited, they stayed open a little later than normal to accommodate me!

Kim and her team have always gone above and beyond for their customers. I have been a customer for 14 years and would never consider going to another salon. Kim is an amazing hairdresser and everyone is very welcoming. I have always been able to get an appointment for services in a timely manner and she and her team do an amazing job. Kims salon has a parking lot for customers and it is in a great location, whether you are coming from Boston or another South Shore community. They offer a variety of services and have a website customers can browse and book appointments online.

The girls from Skin Deep Skin went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect! My hair and makeup were unbelievable and exactly what I wanted, and all of my bridesmaids looked absolutely gorgeous! The hair and the makeup experts did an amazing job on our hair and also on our makeup, and they were all extremely easy to work with. These guys made the entire morning fun and truly stress and drama free, and were perfectly on time and even finished ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with you all! What an amazing salon! Came here today for getting my hair colored. I must say people over here are so genuine and they know how to wow their clients. My colorist was completely astonishing. My hair was kept bold and solid with the correct shading and tone I asked for. I completely adore the work that has been carried out and the way they treated me. I am definitely going to visit this place again and will be trying their other services as well.

I had my hair cut from Hair and Beauty Concepts and it is just simply so cute. The salon experts listened to all my needs and perfectly executed it. I had some trouble with my natural hair at the roots so the experts treated it very well and also made my hair look very lighter and natural looking again by creating a soft layer all throughout. I just appreciate the whole services!! The prices which they quoted are also very nominal. Overall Great experience!!

Skin Deep Skin clinic did my laser hair removal. The beauticians did an excellent job of telling me what was needed and how it would happen. I had treatment on my back and arms. After only 2 treatments, some tremendous results were visible. The procedure was not painful and it was on the whole a comfortable treatment. I was very impressed with the knowledge and ability of laser tech who did my treatment. Definitely worth the money. Thank You!!

I have taken reflexology foot massage from skin deep skin clinic and I loved it. The hospitality was very comforting. The entire staff was very friendly and compassionate. They do have magic in their hands. I am pleased with their service. Can’t wait to try the other services. Highly recommend this company.

Good services and manicurists there are very professional. I just loved the extra care given to my broken nails and also they gave me a very soothing massage which I liked it very much. The entire staff were very polite and also accommodating. On the whole a great experience!! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family members!!

Skin. Deep skin is the best salon on the South Shore. Kim and the staff are so niceand very professional. This place is absolutely terrible. I got a two inch trim charged 20 bucks okay whatever. I get home my hair is two inches shorter than one side. That back of my hair is also butchered with a zig zag at the ends of my hair. Not even what so ever. I am beyond upset due to the fact my hair is shorter than I wanted it to be and now I have to cut it shorter to fix their MASSIVE mistake. When I called telling them I will be receiving my money back, there was NO apology or remorse for ruin my hair. Never again would I go to this trash salon or any of these incompetent “hair dressers” (if you want to call them thet)

Very nice people, but not the place to go for waxing. Very deliberate ( slow) process resulted with burns. After the wax, oil was vigorously massaged in.....not what is desired for recently stripped skin.

I have been going here for over 10 years getting my eyebrows done, they used to be the best around! I drive from Weymouth just to get them done!! But sadly the past two times I have been, the girl messed them up big time, it’s like she didn’t know what she was doing, hands shaking asking the owner questions annnnd pulling the strip the wrong way! Regretfully I think my time here is done, on the hunt for a great eyebrow place!!!
