Recommend making an appointment to not have to wait. Pedi included hot stones which was a nice addition! Overall great experience and would come back!

I went to this nail salon I got my nails done, she cut my fingers I bled almost the entire time we were there and she didn’t even notice they were 55$ for a full set just for her to cut my skin on my hands and constantly use acetone at an unnecessary extent. I do not recommend, I would never go here again for acrylics but they did do an amazing job on my feet

Beautiful nail design with a gel mani . Love their hospitality and friendly service . The salon is spacious and very clean. Will definitely come back for the next service .

Beautiful shop but the ladies dont realize theres a few out there that understand their language.

They were very busy and rushed my full set while getting my pedicure. They were also very rude to my 10 year old daughter and she didn’t get what she asked for after us both asking repeatedly. As I was paying, the woman who did my nails made a comment about the amount of my tip which was very off putting. Absolutely will not return. Within week of getting my full set, 3 of my nails had broken off. Very disappointed in the quality and service. Will not return.

It was very clean. The ladies who work there are very friendly. Large selection of nail polish including gel colors and dip options. Its alil on the pricey side but the work they put in is worth it.

The worst nail job EVERRR Even when I asked her to fix it she had an attitude. I left with a completely different nail shape!

I am disappointed that I have to write this review, but I feel it is necessary. I called in advance to schedule a full set appointment. I went in and the lady doing my nails was not well trained in acrylics nor creating the shape. I kept pointing out that the nails were misshapen and she said “ don’t worry, I’m not done yet.” She never fixed them. Then a walk-in came in and although all ladies were busy she still said yes to them. This resulted in her rushing the rest of my session. She rushed finishing the shape which came out horrible, then she rushed painting my nails. I had to have her redo an entire hand because of all the bubbles, and missed spots. I kept telling her I didn’t like it and telling her I was unhappy. She never said a word and just kept going. It was only until AFTER I paid when she uttered “sorry.” I thought it was not only unfair that I who had an appointment in advanced got pushed out the door and left with poor quality nails for a last minute walk in, but it was also clear that all they care about is the money. The walk in also waited about 20 mins before they were seen. I ended up going somewhere else to get them fixed and won’t be returning. To the owner and employees; one client at a time. If you are busy, tell the truth, because this resulted in poor quality, poor experience and a lost customer.

I went for a wax and was charged $12 although the lip wax service clearly states $8. When I asked why I was charged so much the representative said it’s because you have to do a lip and eyebrow next time to get the posted price. This place is a rip off and I didn’t even get everything clean so I just paid and left. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not to mention they allow some people to enter w/o mask. Good luck if you go.

I got my daughter and I pedicures and simple acrylic nails not only did they charge me $95 each of us but the nails popped right off of our nails!!! Horrible quality, outrageous price. Never again!!

No goot employer no nice spa

Got my nails done yesterday first time going as soon as I walked in I was immediately taken care of no waiting and although it took 2 1/2 hours it was definitely worth it the lady did an AMAZING job little expensive but I’m absolutely going back!!!Thank you

Never againUpdate: I came back just to give them one more chance, and I must say the service has definitely improved. As soon as I came in I was serviced by Jenny, she is so friendly and was very careful handling my feet.

I went with my daughter and sister in-law 7-19-20 for manicures and pedicures. It started off nice but as we were getting our things done we were being rushed and got plain nails after showing actual pictures of what we wanted. I feel me and my daughter were stereotyped and left my daughter sitting in a pedi chair saying she was done after she just got her toes painted black and fingernails paint yellow with no designs. My sister in law was white and got the full care and everything she asked for when I paid for everything on my treat for a girls day smh. I never thought I had to experience this before even my 9 year old felt the discrimination at hand. I recommend Tammy’s on Washington street in Codman Square of Dorchester. I wouldn’t have been over priced, they follow directions and don’t make assumptions. They actually use the colors you pick out as well to create the image your going for. I was over priced for a child’s nails that they told me was finished and could’ve done from home. A bad experience for a return back to nail salon in years.

My daughter and her friends made an appointment, they go on time and was told to come back in hours because they had walk ins, also rushed on there nails and its worst job ive ever seen.. The gel is all clumpy, its not painted up to top. It looks like her nails have already grown out and she just walked out of the salon...Not a great 1st time

I think Quincy nails and spa does one of the best dip manicures around and also does a phenomenal job removing the dip without messing up your nails at all. Good color selection too across the board.

This place is nice on inside but that’s absolutely it .. Customer Service is terrible !! One thing I believe in is being polite to staff, so you can have your needs met . I told the young lady I wasn’t pleased, my hands were not polished and it was clumpy . One of the ladies looked at my hand and walked away and stated 60dollars while doing so .. I did NOT tip due to rudeness and not wanting to correct their wrongs. I didn’t argue I left kindly and now this is my review . I will never return there ever again

Quincy nail is absolutely amazing and extremely clean. The ladies are very nice and my nails and toes came out fabulous. I would highly suggest and support Quincy nail and spa!

Newly taken over by new owner/company.Love what they have done to the place. Even a more relaxed feeling while there. Many more colors to choose from. Looking forward to my next pedi already.

Only good for pedicures and only one girl in there is good. Dont get acrylic because no one there does a good job on them. Full set last week nails are lifting.

This nail salon is hidden gem! They re-opened under new management recently and I love everyone there. Its rare to find a clean nail salon that does a good job. Lynn did my pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. They have a liner for the pedicure tub for each customer and they use one time nail buffers and files so its thrown out after each service. Its still new so its not crowded. I feel like I can really relax here. Also... theres aTON of nail polish options! Highly recommend!

Not enough staff. Not only did I have to wait, but then my pedicure was rushed. The girl who did the pedicure was good but I could hear the other lady rushing her.

Absolutely irresponsible staff. I waited for 30 min after selecting a color, 2 persons came after me that were served immediately but they didnt even have any decency to inform that I would be next or how much longer I need to wait.. I would never visit this place in the future!

Worst place ever. Girl who attempted to do my nails rushed the job. Nails came out different sizes and shapes. She couldnt even do a good paint job. Had paint removed and now need to find a place to have them fixed. Do not recommend. Waste of time and money.

Wendy did a mani/pedi for me...and it was the best pedi Ive ever had!! My feet looked and felt amazing after. She did a fanastic job! Will definitely be back!
