As a guy, Im not 100% sure what to expect at a nail salon but it was a pleasant surprise! Jen was friendly and accommodating and did an excellent job. It can get busy at times (good sign), but it is well worth the wait. The interior is clean and inviting with reasonable prices too.My girlfriend mentioned it is her favorite salon in Quincy as well! Whether a guy or girl, if you are looking for a great pedicure or manicure, I promise you wont be disappointed. Ive only been twice too, and Jen already remembered me. Looking forward to visiting again!

I got a manicure and it was really well done. The gel manicure with polish lasted for 4 weeks. I use my hands daily for washing dishes, cooking and several other various things I work on with my hands and my manicure never chipped & it never lost its shine. Eventually all nails grow out from the cuticle so I needed to get it redone but I could have kept it on longer if it werent for that because it was still shiny & fully the same as the day I left the salon 4 weeks later when I went to get them done again. I appreciate getting a good quality service. Thank you.

Made an appointment here and showed up, 10 minutes early and when I told Jen I was there for my scheduled appointment, she told me she was too busy and offered no assistance. Instead she just sat there staring and then asked if I could come back tomorrow. Very disappointed and will definitely never return.

Would not recommend. Pedicure was rushed, water was barely warm and only soaked my feet for a couple of minutes. Tech had a mask on UNDER her chin. French tip didn’t look nice and no clear coat until I requested it. French tips on nails were horrible, same for my friend. Now I have to pay someone else to do them again before my vacation tomorrow-we will not be going back.

Terrible place! Cut 3 of my toes while doing pedi and they are very sore!! Will never go back!! Got French tips and not at all even!!

I just left from getting a pedicure.. I didn’t get a top coat of polish on my toes. My feet weren’t massaged. Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. And they made me walk to the nail drying room from the pedicure chair BAREFOOT... gross any time but especially during a pandemic.

My manicure was more like a re-polish. Very disappointed in the quality. I had polish on my skin, a bleeding finger, and rough nails. I will not be back.

I called and they said yes were available. I walk in and theres a 10 min wait. I was just outside. I know my toes are UGLY but she scrubbed like I was a man. I have bruises on both my feet now.

It’s a bit on the outskirts of town, and like many nail salons in our area, not all of the workers speak real fluent English… But at least one or two do and they can convey your message.It is always cleanly, and Unlike other nail salons in Quincy, it is quiet and there is not a strong overwhelming order of nail polish remover like most places have.Although the workers don’t all speak great English, when I get a pedicure I am handed a laminated sheet that describes five different levels of pedicure and what they included. I just point to the one they want and I get exactly what I want.For practically every Christmas, birthday, and Mother’s Day, I am thrilled to get gift cards. The only downside is that you have to pay tips in cash. The very first time I went I assumed that I would pay with my credit card, which I was able to… But I could not add a tip to it and I felt really bad about that.Highly recommend.

Moved to Hannibal for a Job from a big city so I googled nail shops close by and this shop popped up with 5 star ratings. I was excited so I drove over. Walked in the shop was nice and clean and the first nail tech told me it will be a 15 min wait. Things went down hill when people who walked in after me was helped before I and no they didnt have an appointment. When I was finally placed with a tech, he used his drill on my finger nails in which were already thin and sensitive. I told him not to drill that much because of that and what he do ? exactly that. When I expressed how it hurt for him to drill he told me you will be ok. He did my nails and passed me to another tech where she put the gel polish on. The polish was a very cheap brand and I didnt like the quality at all. After it was all finished the receptionist took my card and ran it without telling me what my total was I had to ask. I was charged $50.00 for a short full set with gel polish what a rip off. Being from a big city and licensed Cosmetologist myself on top of Ive been having my nails done since I was 14 (I am 31 years old now) this was one of the worst nail experiences Ive had. I wish them the best and hope their current and future customers are satisfied with their services because I was NOT.

Waited 90 minutes after my appointment time. They took 4 walk in pedicures ahead of my fill. Finally got seated to wait longer then the worker came over and said I cant do your nails come back Monday when Jen is here. Said Bye, and walked away?!? All i could say was are you serious? Absolutely ridiculous how they treated us. Ill be calling Monday bright and early to chat with the owner regarding our experience.

I have been to many nail salons and this is by far my favorite! Great customer service, great prices and relaxing atmosphere!

I have gone to many places to have my nails done....and have been very happy with the work that I get at Jens Nails!! I am always treated wonderful and get excellent service. I would definitely recommend Jens to everyone!! Clean...friendly....affordable!! :)

I received a gel manicure and was pretty disappointed with the outcome. The tech didn’t paint my nails very well and left the gel in the bed of my cuticles so that when I tried to remove it, it ended up chipping my nail. I don’t get manicures often but I get them often enough to know this was sub par... they soaked my nails in cold water 😓 very disappointed. Won’t be returning.

This salon is my favorite in Quincy because all of the nail technicians try their best to accommodate you. Even when I smudged my toe, they helped fix it right up without any hassle. And compared to the other salons around the area, this place is definitely the cleanest.

I was told to come in at 7 for two full sets of acrylics. i wanted to take my sister to get her nails done for her birthday, and everywhere else was packed. i had to wait for what felt like forever, they cut my pinky with their drill by getting too close to my cuticles, and my acrylics weren’t far enough down so they look they already have grown out. i would never go here again

I have been here a few different times. The first time was good. The second time I got the wax dip on my feet and the lady burnt my ankle on the side of the machine. This last time I was there I called and got an apt got there and had to wait, got my pedicure done in a normal timely manner and it was excellent. My gel manicure on the other hand I had to wait quite a long time for it to be done not tp mention the tech took forever doing one nail at a time, then when I went to pat i got charged $5 more than what it cost me the time before. I feel like all shops should have a set price list because they are the second place in quincy that charged me different every time I went in even though the prices are posted.

Everyone is always so friendly and do a great job! Will never go anywhere else!

Literally could’ve done a better job, waste of $30. Walked in and was told it would be a 15 minute wait, until others were helped before I was. Just to get a single Color regular polish put on and fakes was in there for an hour and a half. When it was time to dry my nails they took me back to a room and places my hands under a regular old light. No heat or fan, so needless to say after 15 minutes my nails were barely dry than before. When I went to pull my card to pay out of my wallet nail polish completely smudged off my nail, since they were still tacky. Will go back to painting my nails myself, very disappointing.

Very disappointed with Jen Nails. Had an older woman. Seemed to do everything very quickly. Didnt polish well. Had to go back in and request she put polish on the ends of my big toenails. She sent me out without drying my toenails. Had polish around several cuticles. She waid, wet. Duh!!! Sent me out without drying. Also had several skin areas not smoothed or trimmed well. Then tried to touch up the polish that had gotten messed up. Looks bad and already chipping. Probably first and last visit. I had even tipped $5. Sure wish I hadnt done that. Very disappointed.

They treat blacks very rudely and thy wasnt polite...

I would not recommend!!!!!

Frustrating that even though we made an appointment we still had to wait over 30 minutes for a very rushed pedicure where one lady sneezed on my friends foot and the other dug an instrument so far under my nail it was very painful.
