I’ve been a customer of Christina for just about 5 years. She is the best nail tech I have ever come across. She is amazing, precise, generous, honest and simply perfectttttt. I mean perfect! I don’t see how anyone can leave a bad review, all of the staff are super friendly. If you don’t like how your nails are coming out? Communication* is key. Don’t want until you leave to say something. If you don’t like something I guarantee you they will fix it right then and there. Fairy Nails is the best in the City, and should have 5 stars. Hands down :)

I had a trip planned but I could not get off work until late, so I called this place about 15 minutes before they closed expecting they would say they could not do a mani/pedi in that time, but they were totally fine with it. They did an excellent job and did not rush at all, even though we went past closing. They did not even skip the arm and leg massage treatments! Very nice and lovely staff! One warning is that tips are cash only, but there is an ATM on the corner.

There is always a wait since they do a nice job on your nails and wax but, this place is dirty and not worth the risk. After coming here a few times I noticed they do not take basic sanitary precautions. One time the table in the wax room had some stained sheets/towels on which I had to ask the lady to address before I laid down. Who knows who laid what on those sheets. My last straw was when I arrived early in the a.m for a pedicure and they were running behind. The nail salon had a really bad smell and I couldnt figure it out until I went to the pedicure bowl and noticed several litter boxes in the back. I have not been back since.

I do not recommend this place! I went to get a leg wax, they welcomed me, made me take my pants off, started waxing my legs and then another client got into the salon and they said sorry we need to serve this client. I said and what about me! I am here on the table with my leg half waxed! The woman said she was sorry they forgot to read the appointment book and made a mistake, and they could not make me happy. I insisted it wasnt about my happiness but my half nakedness, my half waxness, and some common business sense!. The woman who was waxing me asked the manager and the manager told her to leave me wait for 15 to 20 minutes in the half-naked/half waxed position, and I refused.Worst of all I told them I was a regular client for the past year and always gave tips to the women who helped me, but they could not care less. I finally had to dressed up, and leave the store with a 1/2 leg waxed. I dont think this can get any more ridiculous. I am impressed how this nail salons get away with this type of treatment. It seems they could not care less for clients (new or regulars). Do not support this business, this is the only way to to make this innapropriate behaviors stop.

They have a large assortment of OPI gel colors. Service is okay but could be better.
