The owners are super nice and my nails always come out great! They have a high level of care and expertise. Very reasonable pricing and last a long time too! My nails always get complimented and I recommend this place to everyone I know!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went for a full set acrylic gel paid 70$ (50 PLUS TIP) walked out with paper thin acrylic nails. Im telling you they were almost similar to the ones you would buy when you were 13/14 to do them yourself for the day. I did not speak up only because I didnt want to tell the lady how to do her job I thought she knew what she was doing mind you I didnt think she would do them to the point where they were breaking a day later. not even 48hours later my nails snapped off clearly because they are paper thin. I called to come in to have them removed and a refund. they refused to give me a refund, I asked if they could remove all my nails and re do them correctly. they also refused that service. only offered to fix the nails that broke. poor excuse for a nail salon never mind establishment. i know they dont care about how I feel about the situation but if youre thinking of coming here for a change/ first time, save the headache. they suck.

First time, I was looking for a nail store that can do waxing。and I saw it from Google map this is the closest location around me at the moment and I choose to go to this store。I got my waxing done, I was so shocked because the lady(Anna)who did it for me it was so professional and did a excellent job。after that I am so much in love it, this is the only store that i go for my waxing and my nails。

This place has been taken care of my feet for so long and they have been taken care of my wife feet and nails for even longer. They go above and beyond and if they cant do it they will tell you right away instead of trying and you not liken the outcome. This place is great and I attached a picture of a recent job that was done by them.

Luxury Nail Salon is located in a mini mall at 501A Washington St. Greeted by the owner Peter and his wife and colleagues Anna, Rose, Annie and Vickie you 1st notice how clean the shop is; from the instruments to the ph in the foot bath. The foot and hand massage are invigorating! Nice people who strive to satisfy every customer. Very reasonable prices.

The best place to go!

Went as far to give them a second chance & NOPE, still left unsatisfied. Asked them to do something as simple as to make my feet feel as soft as a babies bum and they gave me numerous excuses why i wont get that outcome and why they couldnt shape my toe nails to my liking. I left with the heal of my feet feeling harder than ever and frustrated. The funny thing is, i never had that problem anywhere else other than here. So off to dorchester i went where none of those issues occured.

First and most likely last mani/pedi at this salon. First was insulted by attendant then after spending $65.00 plus good tip French manicure only lasted a few days.

I deviated from my regular nail salon because i had somewhere to be yesterday and they couldnt fit me in until today. So for convenience, i went to this place. Since i live close by.I was seen by Annie. After she filled my nails i started to tell her how short i wanted them, and i had a special request... Please keep my thumb nails a little longer than the rest (otherwise my thumbs look fat and stubby.. No big deal, right?)She said ok. then proceeded to make my thumb nail look like a chicklet... Like literally it was so small.When i pulled my hand away i told her she just did the complete opposite of what i asked and she kept saying sorry. I had to ask her if she could build it back up with acrylic... I feel as though she should have offered when she seen how unhappy i was. Other places would.Then i told her i didnt want them too narrow (i have fat fingers and out would look stupid)She side ok Ill do square with round edges... Yea.. She filed the sides of the nails on my right hand so much that they were slanted. I had to ask her again to build up 2 of the nails so they could look normal. See kept telling me that once the polish was on they would look better.Ive been getting my acrylics for 20+ years.. I know how it works. I could tell she was irritated that i kept asking her to fix them. But if she head actually listened in the first place we would have been fineThen she has done other girl paint them. I always get the gel top coat... She put it on ship thick around the edges that my hair is getting caught o in them.NEVER again will i go to her. I honey dont even know how they have regular customers. This place SUCKS!I do highly recommend beautiful nails in Weymouth. The owner (also named Annie) actually does exactly what you want and she is awesome. So are the others who work with her.
