I definitely would not recommend. I had the worst experience and it just became awful in the end. First I called to ask if they did gel-x. The owner Jessica said they did which was not true. I let that slide only because she showed me her Instagram ensuring they could do the design I asked for. That was also a lie and she had a technician who had no idea what to do. She insisted that she could fix my nails and that was also a huge disappointment. She would not listen to what I had asked for and instead ended up placing a butterfly sticker on my nail as if I was a child. I knew they were bad specifically because she did not bother even taking a picture of my nails .I left without trying to make a scene and called to ask to have my nails removed the next day. She told me they where busy and had no time until 6 pm to take off my nails. I walked in the next day at 12pm and she had no one who she was working with. She automatically has the same technician who messed up my nails come back to work on them. In the end I still have nail acrylic on my bare nails and have to find somewhere else to do my nails. I got my money back but it does not make up for the the way it was handled. Jessica is unprofessional and the fact that she did not take accountability to at least take my nails off shows it. She only does designs she can come up with or she uses a sticker . I will not be returning and would recommend everyone to save their money and go elsewhere.

This place is incredible! I always leave here so satisfied with the amazing job that they do. My nails and toes are always so well done and they last for weeks! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

They are very clean and respectful of clients. Lena specializes in ingrown toe nails which is a blessing for me. Jessica is very sweet and caring and keeps the place immaculate. As new owner she keeps improving the layout and making it more inviting and relaxing. I have been coming here for years and the atmosphere keeps getting better. These are facts just try getting appointment busy because so excellent and professional.

First a gel manicure and now a dip. Both have been amazing and the dip has lasted three weeks (Dip was done on May 14th, still going strong despite growth)!! Jessica is super friendly and even fixed a chip (my fault) on one of my nails. Now I just need to figure out what colors to do next for my next mani!Quick note, they take cards for services but cash or Venmo only for tips. Just keep that in mind. Theyre all awesome though. You wont be disappointed!

I recently moved into the Quincy area and live right near this Nailbar by Jessica. I have been here twice for mani/pedi services so far and this place will definitely be my go to nail spot. The customer service is top notch and every technician is a perfectionist in all the best ways. I am not sure how this business has 4.8 stars (it did when I reviewed on June 21, 2021). I tried it out based on the rating but after visiting I am convinced they pay people to review or delete the bad reviews.I really should have left when I arrived it looked very run down upon arrival. But I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover. But then did not see a sanitation bag for the nail tools. My nail shape is pretty terrible, I could have done a better job myself and I am not good at nails.I got dazzle dry polish because it is a company that is supposed to dry quickly (within 1-2 minutes). The nail tech did not use the correct base or bottom coat that goes with this system so I had to dry the full time. They did not know what I was talking about when I asked for the top and bottom coat.Overall, do not go to this place. The other reviews are most definitely fake.

Really bad experience. Booked an appt for dip with tips (they have this option on their website) and when I got there Jessica basically told me no because it would take THEM longer to remove the next time I came in. So i settled for acrylic even tho I didnt want it, and it ended up being SO BAD. So thick and bumpy. I ripped my acrylics off within days. My friend came and had the exact same experience. I also am 99% sure they use MMA which is illegal.

Jessica was super sweet and all of the employees were helpful & kind. I was very relaxed my entire visit and my nails turned out beautifully! They lasted sooo much longer (4weeks) than any other manicure I’ve had! After going to various salons in quincy with poor or rushed service, short lasting manicures or lack of choices I will definitely be back at Nailbar by Jessica before any other!

Staff is great and friendly. I do the Thai gel and it doesnt chip. My last manicure lasted almost 2 months. The Covid precautions they have taken are great.

I got my lips done for the first time with Thai and it was a great experience. I was nervous and she answered all of my questions and put me right at ease. It was quick and she made it as painless as possible. I will definitely be back when it’s time to get my lips done again. 10/10 recommend

I was immediately greeted with such a warm greeting, and was checked in for my scheduled appointment. Angel was very welcoming, and my nail technician Tracy was so professional and did an amazing job with my gel nails and nail art. Tracy customized the nail art to fit my nails which arent very long, and freestyled a beautiful design. I will definitely be coming back here for future manicures, and try out a pedicure. The studio was clean, had tvs, and everyone made sure you were comfortable and cared for. Thank you everyone there!

I have been going to Nail Bar N Medspa for dip powder manicures and spa pedicures for over two years now. Lena is my go-to girl, but Thai is also amazing! They are clean and professional, and Lena always takes the time to make sure everything is how I want it. Shes a bit of a perfectionist, and I appreciate her attention to detail!I was lucky enough to have one of the first back facials offered at NB with Lena and let me tell you, you NEED to get one! Absolutely relaxing and made my back feel amazing. The massage at the end was just what I needed to end a crazy week.

I was definitely nervous going in to a nail salon during a pandemic . It was my first time at this salon an they were amazing made me feel so comfortable the place was so clean and I was very impressed with the steps they were taking to keep themselves and their customers safe. The lady that did my nails did the design not good it was crooked and a lot of people said she was good, the nails are bumpy and EXPENSIVE for only regular acrylics gel was going to be 80 😳 I wanted to try something new and go to a different nail salon but I regret it, my usual nail salon can do so much better. I recommend you go to fashion nails and do your nails with Hang or jean they are so much better the lady told me to rate her a 10 star and she was rushing on my nails I did not have a good experience

I FINALLY FOUND MY GO TO NAIL SALON!!! So happy with the dip manicure that I got. Super thorough and attention to detail during the manicure. A little pricier than other places but worth every extra penny. They dont thin down any of their regular polish and have a ton of different options for colors (gel/dip/regular) as well as different levels of mani/pedis (spa pedi/simple pedi/polish change/etc.) Also, did I mention that they had Bravo playing on the TV? Does it get any better than that.

My pedicure was absolutely horrible my original appointment was for a pedicure and manicure, but after the horrible job on my feet there was no way I was allowing the same unqualified person do my nails. The original polish was bumpy and he had to redo after which is still bad. To even have to pay 20 for them was too much. I will not ever go back

I’ve been going here for the past 2 years or so and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Both Thai (the owner) and Lena are both personable and always greet you warmly when you enter the shop. I work as a nurse and manicures never last long before it starts to chip, but Thai’s speciality gel can last me up to 4 weeks with no chips. I’ve gone to one other place for my nails but it definitely wasn’t the same. 10/10 recommend these lovely ladies!

I went here on a whim after reading some reviews. This place was amazing!! I originally went in just for a plain color dip, but then I found out they also had color changing! Depending on your body temp the nail color actually changes! The one I picked is a really light purple when it’s warm and when it’s cold it’s dark almost black. Everyone in there was professional and beyond welcoming. I really felt at home. Not to mention, my nails came out beautiful! They have some really cool happy hour deals, and while the cost initially might seem a little high- you really are getting what you pay for and more. I will definitely be returning!!

I love lip fillers but always dread getting them done because of the pain. I went to nailbar & medspa after seeing a promotional ad and was blown away by the professionalism, care and above all the pain-free experience.I was completely numbed up and could barely feel a thing. Something I have not experienced before with lip fillers.Thai made sure to explain her technique of slow injecting which reduces the likelihood of bleeding, swelling and bruising. She handled me with absolute care.The final result is outstanding. My lips are hydrated, plump and symmetrical.

Best nail salon around period. I’m not from Quincy but I drive a short distance just because of the way Thai does my nails. Perfection. Also because their customer service is like no other. Such a fun and cheerful environment and she also does little games. I will never go to another salon again.

I love Nail Bar n Medspa! I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done last year and happened upon them. I haven’t been anywhere since, they are so good! They’re extremely knowledgeable on all the new nail products and techniques, and has a fantastic dry pedicure that’s perfect for diabetic feet and RN-supervised.They have new nail dip powders and “hard gel” in more colors than you can even imagine!Prices are reasonable and they take a lot of pride in their work. Head in and try them out!

I struggled to find a salon that offers service to children,this location has 2 child sized pedicure chairs.We arrived a bit early and were greeted with a smile.My girls are 11 and 5 years old and enjoyed the massage chairs while they waited. (No extra charge)One of the techs didnt arrive on time,but the manager accommodated us with a nice tech to work on both of my girls.Tech was kind and patient, she didnt rush through any of the steps.This visit was an 11th birthday gift for my daughter and she LOVED it.I definitely recommend it and will definitely be going again soon.

I love Nail Bar And Medspa! Thai and her girls are so friendly and they know how to treat their customers. I love the Red Dragon Sauna Pedicure. Its so relaxing! I especially love that she has a Kiddie Spa Day package for kids 10 yrs old and younger. She also have pedicure chairs for the kids!

EDIT: I have nerve damage to my toe from this pedicure. They scraped off too much of my callous and damaged the nerve endings on my big toe. Despite being a pleasant experience, I would not return.It was a relaxing and luxurious pedicure. The homemade treatments smelled amazing and the manicurist was professional. Great lower leg and foot massage too. Clean and didnt rush my experience.

Next Gen Dip is amazing! Not only does it last three weeks, it has made my nails much healthier. No more ridges and bumps thanks to the natural products and vitamins they use on your nails. In the past, I had gel done at other salons that left my nails a mess (brittle and pronounced nail ridges). The staff here are fantastic, the service is great and they take the time go get to know you. Great service and fun experience all around.

This is legit my favorite place! I had never tried a dip manicure before I made an appointment here and now I will never go anywhere else.Everyone there is super accommodating and friendly. They make you extremely comfortable and I am always laughing while there. Not to mention you get to sit in a massage chair while you get your nails wrapped.Honestly though it has been six weeks since my last appointment and my nails still look great! I loved this place I tried it for the first time two weeks ago. I had the best pedicure everyone was so friendly I was so relaxed and I did the nail dip. Two weeks later and my nails still look great! Definitely making this my new spot!

My gel mani took an hour and it did not come out good. The place is cluttered and the staffs kids are in the salon causing distraction to the manicurists. I hope this can be improved because the location and costumer service are good.

Had a very nice and relaxing experience with Thai. She gave me a dip manicure (similar to ANC) and a spa pedicure. The salon is open on Sundays, offers online booking, and has a parking lot across the street. Thai and her team are funny, passionate, and very skilled. Prices were very reasonable (though all tips must be in cash). I will definitely be back!

Dropped by for a walk in appointment this past weekend and I immediately fell in love with the place/staff. I think it was the owner that greeted me and her personality was so contagious. Service was amazing and I especially love how they use homemade soaks. Until I went to this salon, I was having a terrible day. My cat found a living mouse in my 4th floor apartment, and then then as I was leaving for a road trip, I found a hole in my tire. On a whim, I decided to visit Nail Bar. Admittedly it’s not the type of bar I normally frequent in times of distress, this salon was by far the brightest spot of my day. Not only was my tab significantly lower than it would’ve been after an afternoon of cocktails, I left feeling better than when I went in.The staff is without a doubt the friendliest at any salon I’ve ever been to. When my tech introduced herself to me she said “welcome home.” And they TAKE THEIR TIME with everything. You can tell they take pride in their work and are super invested in their guests’ comfort and experience.My new go-to without a doubt :)

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon Thia, angel and Lena are amazing at what they do They care about their customers and their work.. their products are 100% homemade and amazing!! I have really bad sensitive skin and usually break out at anything new that goes on me. But when I go their I actually walk out better!! Example, I went this past Friday and thia made new scrubs, masks and bath bombs, I have several mosquito bites on my leg that were very red, swollen and itchy, after Lena put on the scrub and mask they where almost gone.. i 100% swear by them and everything they do!! I refuse to go anywhere else !! Ladies you are amazing!!!

Such an excellent place to go, wonderful staff and talent. Its a place where you can be yourself all while getting beautified. Highly recommended!

I had my nails done over few weeks ago to try out NexGen nail dipping. Im allergic to gel method so this was a perfect alternative. The salon itself is very clean and cozy.My NexGen nail still looks great after three weeks. Will definitely come back in for more services. Thai Nguyen is the owner and shes super friendly! She knows whats she is doing and she is also a registered nurse. The other ladies are super nice as well. One of them did my daughters nails and love it!

Had a CBD Mani-Pedi with Angel. Very relaxing. The owner and staff are great. Highly recommend this place.

Not worth the money. I went in for the dip powder nails, on which I was promised they’d last and protect my nails for a minimum of 3 weeks. And I was reassured that as a nail tech she can guarantee they would last me. Within the first few hrs one of the nails cracked and lifted from the nail. Within 24 hrs another broke and my nail with it. Don’t waste your money.
