Was good the first time I got my nails done by one of the women there but this time I had one of the guys do it and he cut me with the fine twice made me bleed and continued with what he was doing, making my fingers burn from the cuts as he put the polish on my nails.

I have never in my life been to a nail place. That change today when i went to Nail 2 O. My foot has been hurting for over 2 weeks, I had been to the chiropractor, rested it, and heat and ice. Nothing was making it feel good. That was until today. I didnt realize a pedicure entailed so much massaging or I would have done this so much sooner. My wife doesnt like to rub my feet because it takes too long or shes too tired. I wont ask my wife to rub my feet anymore. Ill happily pay $25.50 at this place for the rest of my life! My nail specialist was Nicole and she was amazing! I told her my foot had been hurting and where at and I swear it was like she gave me new feet. Thank god for her! Overall a really clean place and the massage chairs are awesome while you are getting your feet rubbed on!

Went here on vacation about a week ago. My no chip is already peeling and the lady (I believe was Ann) seemed rushed. The salon was busy but I paid good money to have a nice no chip and it’s coming off as if it were a normal manicure. I wish I would have searched around a bit beforehand.

Had my nails done here for first time. They turned out amazing. I used to go to mall but Duk treated me so good and definitely coming here from here on. They cheaper and do awesome job! Thanks Duk! You definitely have a customer out of me from now on 😁

I’ve been coming here for years and my nails always look great. I keep them kind of long and don’t have problems with them breaking or lifting. I use the gel polish and it lasts the full 3 weeks.

Duc did awesome with the initial acrylics, but I went and PAID to have them removed assuming they would do it properly, and Ann cut them and then just ripped them off! I could have done that at home, for free, with less damage and less bad attitude.

Love Nail 2 O they always are able to get me in even when busy! Duc and Ann are the best!! The rest of the crew are pretty awesome too!!!

Salon was clean.. but overall worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Lasted less than 20 minutes. Foot massage consisted of her lightly rubbing lotion on my legs and mainly some sort of slapping technique on the sides of my feet. The hot towel was used to wipe the lotion off my legs and then to clean the machine. Not the relaxing experience I wanted at all. 👎

Very very friendly! I made this my permanent spot to do nails because they were very patient and understanding of what I wanted on my nails. Although I went to the WRONG ADDRESS ! Google please correct this address! The correct one would be near 5315 Oak St. !

Im giving it a 4 bc they werent friendly. The ladies giving pedicures seemed to be over worked, in wurk slavery, hung over or perhaps religious and didnt want to associate with the public. I enjoyed it however.

I usually would never go anywhere else to get a pedicure. Loved their work and their designs. Received a pedicure last night had a total of 3 people start and stop with helping with pedicure and then walked away with polish all over my toes and was just very disappointed.

Love their pedicures & very reasonably priced. Sometimes when they get busy they rush the pedicure but normally take their time.

I went in there, the lady told me 28$ for my full set of nails, well she ended up charging me $40 instead an then also charged me 28$ for 2 little 10 years gel nail polish $28$... I was livid an WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. STAFF WASNT VERY FRIENDLY..

I have been going to this salon for years and I no longer will come back the owner Duc is amazing good work but his wife Ann treats her clients with stern looks and is rude to her clients. I have talked to Duc before about her and I just feel unwelcome as soon as I walk in the door. I suggest more sanitation as I have had dirty tools such as white stuff on implements, paint and black stuff on files which I asked to have a new one used on me but she continued to use her dirty file! They also use hot towels to take the lotion off your legs and feet and then they clean the chair with it after your pedi I could only imagine how many germs are inside those chairs! Yuck! My daughter gets gel here and everytime she gets burned by the file and cuticles pushes back too hard. We will no longer come back, I hope things change.Best regardsBarbara
