I got my engagement ring 7 months ago and have had to send it in multiple times for repairs. This morning when I got to work I noticed that the Sapphire fell out of the middle of it! I called and spoke with Jasmine and she was AMAZING! She understood my frustration went above and beyond to help in any way she could! Thankfully, because of her, we were able to get everything straightened out! Thank you so much Jasmine!

Very disappointed in the service here at the Quincy location. Im embarrassed now to admit I bought a $1500 necklace with an insurance package on top of that. Hard to believe such a lack of class and professionalism exists but hey it is what it is. I will never shop there again nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

I took my ring in to a Zales in Iowa and had not heard from them about my ring repair for four months during the COVID shut down. I called customer service multiple times and set up multiple online appointments and did not get any answers about my ring. I called this Zales location and I have had the best customer experience ever. They have been so helpful and the manager, Tiffany, is fantastic! They truly cared about my ring and getting it back to me, always called me back when they said they would. I will drive the 3 hours to this store any day. They’re great!

Been doing business for little over a year, all staff very personable, make you feel comfortable, not pushy at all. As far as follow through with purchases, have been excellent. Tiffany was first to wait on me so has been my go to girl since, now she is manager. Have purchased from couple other girls also. All are very nice, go above and beyond and know their merchandise. Enjoy shopping at Zales in Quincy Ill.

The only place to shop for fine jewelry in Quincy! Zales has a beautiful selection and their staff is second to none! I have always received amazing service in finding something new, or taking care of jewelry I have previously purchased from Zales. Whether youre looking for a small gift, or want to build a custom design, Zales is the place to go!

Good service kind staff

I have purchased a lot from this store and always had great service. The people working here are always so nice and helpful. Think they need more employees cause I have had to wait a while. I will continue to purchase my jewelry from this store, they are willing to work with you and make a deal.

Terrible will NEVER go again... wanted that special experience and did not have it at all here I wish would of just ordered my ring online would of been more pleasant.

Ive purchased a few items from the Zales store in Quincy and cant complain. It has a great atmosphere, the prices arent too steep, and Im always greeted with a smile from one of their helpful employees. Make sure you get a Zales Card so you dont have to pay for everything all at once.

Took my ring in to get fixed cause it was bent so they sent it off and i waited and when i finally got it back it was still bent. So they said they would replace but that took 2 months. That was 2 long months i couldnt wear my wedding ring. When it finally comes in i go into get it and im distracted by my little one and the lady didnt ask for my damaged one and i had completely forgot about it. With being so busy i figured i would be nice and mail it to them so they could get it faster cause i wasnt sure whem i could make it over that way. So i mailed it out 3 weeks ago and they are trying to say the havent gotten it and stalking me on Facebook instead of emailing me. Very unprofessional. And they were alway rude when i would call to check on my ring.

Great customer service

Highly disappointed in this store! They make promises and dont follow thru with them. They had my 1st engagement ring for over a month and I still did not recieve what they promised. I had to settle for what they gave me which is not what they agreed too. I will never buy anything from here again. I have to go back to get my wedding ring checked every 6 months but that is the only reason I will go back.
