Store isn’t even where it says it is. The store is completely gone.

I bought my daughter a Diamond heartbeat necklace when she was pregnant with my granddaughter.... I told her the diamond beats with her heart and my little Honeys. That was almost 5 years ago & its still beautiful...

I have gotten several items here and the latest was a smart watch which I love. They are very helpful and very nice.

Ive had great experiences here, today being one of the best. I went in to have my watch battery replaced ($14) and the lady that changed it was super nice and was teaching me how its done and while I was there I had my ring inspected and the prongs ended up needing retipped and the lady who took care of that part was very friendly and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! I love their jewelry and they stand behind it!

I have purchased jewelry other places and have been extremely unsatisfied. Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile and I helped to find the perfect gift for my friends and loved ones. With my upcoming wedding, it was a no-brainer but to go to the store to buy our jewelry. We are lucky to have such great staff and a great jewelry store in our town

Took my ring in under warranty and they said they could sell me a new one but couldnt repair mine because a prong was gone. Big RIP off they can make rings but cant repair them. So I took it to another Jewelry store and they repaired it.

This location is in the mall which doesnt really give you that personal feel. Other than that the employee I dealt with was fast and knew her job well and the store was clean

About a year ago I took my grandmothers ring that was 85 years old in to have it repronged. They took an antique, with beautiful scrolled craftsmanship, and drilled holes right into the scrolls that were in the metal surrounding the diamond. They were not asked to do this, they were asked only to replace the prongs on it. They acted like it was no big deal, there was no caring, no sorry, just a flippant attitude, like I was lying. They said there was nothing they could do because I did not have a picture with the details on it. They said, We will have our camera next week. We could have taken a picture for you, if you would have waited. Really???? They didnt think to mention this at the time I took it in and told them it was an antique? This is one broken hearted, unhappy customer! A year later and my blood still boils when I see the damage they did!!! Hense, this review. I Will never use this establishment again and wish I would have never used them in the first place!!!
