They took the time to check the gold stamp for each piece and explained how they price it based on the daily fluctuating price of gold.Great communication and they seem honest and genuine. Rogers jewelry is an amazing establishment! The people who work there are second to none in their field. Ive come here twice, once for a wedding anniversary gift and another with my wife so she could purchase a watch. Both were pleasant experiences and the staff is very friendly and patient. Their watch selection I actually found a bit limited being only Citizen and Seiko and much of the products being on the middle to lower end for prices. Both are fine companies that I like but I guess I was expecting some higher end brands to compliment. However they are an authorized dealer for both companies so that may come with the territory.

Eveytime I have been in that store. The employees are so helpful. I went by a few days ago looking for a gift for my 16 yr old son. Hes into sports and i found the perfect gift for him and it couldnt have happened without one of the employees help. So I will be going there tomorrow and picking up that perfect gift for my 16 yr. Old son. And mom and dads lets face it teens are hard to shop for. So I give them a 5 stars for the courtesy, abd they interest they had with helping me find the right gift. The employees are amazing there and the prices are amazing!!! I wouldnt shop anywhere else.
