Just wanted to give a shout out to the best local jeweler around. My husband got my engagement ring here back in 2018 and I could not have been happier with it! We finally got married in August 2021 and bought our wedding bands here just a month before the wedding. They were able to resize them that day! Then, the week of the wedding they cleaned and re-polished my engagement ring for free!!! It literally looked brand new! Everyone that works there is so nice & so helpful! I highly recommend 😊

Each time they helped me with an issue I was having with my watch, on one occasion, it was an easy fix and didnt charge me anything for their time and effort. I love going there because you are in a setting that could steer you in the wrong direction for a profit but they don’tWhen I recently re set my ring . I was ready to go big and I knew what I wanted. Instead I took a step back because I was advised that the larger stones were not going to look right.It wasn’t about the money it was because I am going to tell people about my ring, it’s important to this family owned business that they are proud of their work. I was completely blown away by the experience I had at Toodie’s Fine Jewelry!!! I had a very specific engagement ring design that I had in my mind. With the help of Adam I was able to take that design from idea to reality. He asked all the right questions, found the right diamond, and worked with me on multiple C.A.D. designs to make the perfect ring. My fiancé was completely blown away by the ring and Adam helped get the ring sized right afterwards. Andrew was amazing to work with. He had such a bright and infectious energy. I dropped off a ring to be resized yesterday, expecting to pick it up sometime next week. To my surprise/delight I got a phone call last night informing me that my ring was not only resized … the prongs had been reinforced, the ring was deep cleaned, and it was ready for pickup! Yesterday I went into Toodie’s with a friend for a simple watch battery replacement for her. While waiting I asked if I could drop off my diamond earrings for a cleaning; a little background on these earrings ... I bought them 20 years ago and I can count the number of times I have taken them out on one hand; they are my staple. Howie and his son were so gracious ... they told me they could clean them while we waited. After taking them out, I was horrified at just how dirty they actually were. But, I shouldn’t have been surprised; I have literally only had them out of my ears for a maximum of two weeks total in the past two decades. They both reassured me that they had “seen worse” and shared a funny story about a previous customer. While we waited, we chatted with Howie about business, mutual friends, COVID, staying healthy/safe and the unfortunate circumstances of so many local businesses having closed due to the virus. Howie was sincere and honest in both his gratitude for being able to remain open and also his compassion and despair for those less fortunate. When my earrings were brought out to me, they were literally unrecognizable ... they shone like I hadn’t remembered They ever had ... I was literally speechless and for those who know me, that is almost an unmanageable task. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL ! I asked how much, already holding a $20 bill hoping that would be enough and was stunned when he replied “No charge ... anything else you want cleaned .” My friend swiftly removed her engagement and wedding rings and was not disappointed when she received them back. To top off a very pleasant experience, Howie gave us both a free jar of Toodie’s jewelry cleaner ... again at no cost. What a great visit to Toodie’s ! I love jewelry and have to admit I have lowered the bar to accommodate for convenience and purchase most of it online. That practice stops now ... when the need (desire) for new jewelry strikes, it’s Toodie’s for me ! Thank you to Howie and his staff for such great customer service ! I just had my engagement ring redesigned. I wanted to use my original 3 diamonds and set them in platinum. I really liked the halo design, so I decided to do a halo with 2 side stones.I worked with Andrew, who was very professional and patient with me through the whole process. I recently got engaged and the ring was from Toodies, it’s the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen!!! My fiancé was looking around for awhile for the perfect diamond... Adam called him right away when he got a rare 3 carat diamond in from Israel! My fiancé went in right away and knew it was the one. The band was pretty large on my finger and Adam let us switch it from rose gold to yellow gold with no problem! He also resized it twice for me and had it ready SAME day because he knew I didn’t want to be without it :)The staff here is amazing and the quality of the jewelry and diamonds is unmatched. I just returned form Toodies. I asked if they could help me out putting on a watch band I purchased for my Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. Howie didnt hesitate to help out and for no charge. They are really friendly there and were helpful to me. I didnt know Howie was a Foodie and I asked for a recommendation for a Pastrami sandwich and I know he knows his stuff because the best Pastrami sandwich is a place downtown Boston called Sam LaGrassas. For a great sandwich in Quincy he recommended a place on Hancock St. So he was helpful, friendly and he does know his business. How nice was that!

Love these guys! I got my wife’s engagement ring here and since then I’ve got my mother and wife more jewelry here. Always super friendly and knowledgeable, also never felt like I was being taken for a ride or ripped off. I never thought I would have a family jeweler but I do now.

Toodies is the best local jewelry store! Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. I’ve gone there for jewelry repairs for antique and heirloom pieces, ring-resizing, and today they helped swap out a watch band for me. I’ll never go anywhere else because I know they’ll take care of my jewelry like it was their own. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. One thing I hate about making expensive purchases that involve a sales associates is the constant pressure to spend more and having to navigate around people that are just trying to up-sell you. There wasn’t a hint of that during my buying experience with multiple staff members at Toodie’s. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. I’ll happily go back here again in the future.

Felt like I got a great deal walking away with some very nice earrings I had been looking for plus some cash plus repairs-all from the pieces I brought in. Wish we had bought our wedding rings from them. Beautiful jewelry for many tastes and budgets. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. This will now be the jewelry store I go to. Larger chain brands were charging a lot for hollow 14k gold crosses. We got a much better quality for the price here and I cant say enough about the customer service. Great experience!
