I went to Emerald City and asked them to make a replica of my great grandfather’s wedding ring. They did a phenomenal job. They were able to replicate every last detail from a 100+ year old ring. I highly recommend Sheri, Bruce, and their staff.

I love this place! I had to have my rings cut off for hand surgery do to swelling and took them to Emererald City Jewelers for repair. The very friendly staff assisted in sizing and getting everything set. Very, very reasonable priced! She said it would take about a week. She called me the next night and said they were done. They are gorgeous. I cried when I went out to the car as they looked so beautiful. Like the very first day they were put on my finger. Thanks Emerald City your the best!!!

While engaged, a good friend of mine worked for Emerald City Jewelers and she told me to “swing by” sometime to check out the wedding sets. Mindi would always talk about how she loved working for Sherry and the uniqueness of the Wizard of Oz decor was an added plus. Sheri helped me right away by providing me with an estimate to replace the diamond in my engagement ring that was lost. She did this while she had a store full of customers. Prior to this, I had stopped at another jeweler who promised to help me only if I gave them specs on my lost diamond. So I did and the jeweler still never helped me with an estimate. Sheri found me a beautiful diamond, gave me documents for my insurance, and restored my ring. I will be a customer for life.

This place charges too much for its own good. They wanted so much more for the same quality ring as other places and had no good reason why. The service was terrible and they were all rude and looked down on me, like I was lower on the society food chain. I never been treated so bad in my life by people who do not even know me. Do me a favor and check your staff and how they treat the public. They are too stuck up for their own good.
