I had the best experience here, i’m a new patient and i felt very welcomed once i walked in the door, Marcia the assistant was very kind with taking her time with me because I am handicapped, and Dr.Nguyen did a phenomenal job with my implants can’t wait to come back :)

Dr Nguyen and Dr Ward have are wonderful!I’ve been taking my kids here for years. The staff is professional and the office is very up to date with all the technologies. Their Dental chair comes with heat and massage and there is a tv for the kids to watch cartoons while getting their dental work done. Coffee and water is served in the waiting area and there is even a kids play area while we wait to be seen! Highly recommended!

The staff is very welcoming as well as all dentists here. The place is clean and open. My whole family come here for all dental services.

I understand there is COVID thing going on, but I arrived on time for my appointment, and they rejected my appointment, b/c all of sudden you want me to be 15min earlier, which I am total fine, but cant you call before hand and tell me to be there 15min before my appointment due to covid stuff, and I would be happy to be early; a call or text wont waste/increase your phone bill right ?or maybe 2 mins time of your front desk. Oh well, I am taking my business somewhere else. Good luck man, maybe consider /hire a new front desk who have the skills to do the job not who are skilled at arguing with the customers.

While I dont have any problem with the dentist, I was treated very rudely by the front desk. I dont think they have the training they need.

I came to Q-Smiles Dental Spa with a recommendation from Mass Health. I came to Q Smiles after a dentist from Quincy left me with an unfinished lower partial that was too uncomfortable to wear and refused to work on it anymore. I just got my Upper back that they had realigned and my new lower partial they made for me. These are better than the dentures I paid $5000 for at Aspen Dental 10 years ago!! I consider Dr Nguyen and the office manager to be true angels. They will be my dentist for life. Sally Shaffer

I am recommending QSmile to everyone I know. Every single person there is amazing! The quality of care is stellar. The facility is comforting and number of services they offer is phenomenal. They make going to the Dentist a pleasure. Dr. Ward has been an angel. I’d give them a whole constellation of stars if I could because 5 is not sufficient. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

By far this is one of the best dentists offices I’ve ever been to everyone and I mean everyone! Who works there is so friendly and nice they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the receptionist to the person who cleans your teeth to the dentist. I don’t think I will ever!!! Go any where else.I told my sister about this place and now her and her son also go and if anyone asks I will refer them to this place also that’s how much I trust them to me they are the best…👍🏾 I must say I am so glad I moved to this dentist.

By far the best dentist I have ever had. Started going here as a single guy and now my wife and daughter are patients as well. Dr. Nguyen and Lynn are awesome and I would never go anywhere else. I actually moved to a different part of the state but still trek back to Quincy just for the dentist. A+

Staff at Q-Smile are very professional, friendly, and efficient especially all the ladies that work the reception desk. The Dentist do excellent work with great results as they predict. Took my son here after our family dentist had informed me that he needed a crown on one of his molars, then expected me to wait a month and a half to get his tooth fixed. My son has been in pain for several days, couldnt eat or sleep.. when I brought him to Qsmile, once we walked thru the door we were called, no wait time. The Dr. Ward was thorough in explaining the xrays and treatment plan he had for him. Very friendly and outgoing, made the visit very pleasant! His plan made a lot more sense to pull the baby tooth. He did the extraction, quick and painless! Son did not flinch and just like that! It was over.. I also would like to mention that he took care of a filling next to the tooth he numbed, so that was a HUGE plus for me!! Im DEFINITELY switching dentists. Receptionist, dental assistants, all very pleasant! I recommend

Dentist Anh Phi is a terrible dentist, she had no clue how to pull a teeth, I should give her a 0 star. Stay away from this practice, all they wanted is your $$$$$ and they give you a run around advise. bad denstis

Worst place ever. They left a piece of tooth in mouth and it got infected and I went back and the dentist that was on that day didn’t want to give me any antibiotics . I got a serious infection and the dentist was from FL with undated information about her schooling . She truly hurt me and I am actually scared to go to the dentist now. Very unprofessional and the manger didn’t care I called her and it was like I didn’t matter. The owners never called. So careless . I truly have dental issues from this place and I am scared to see anyone new.

I pulled three wisdom teeth on Q Smile on Friday and it took less than an hour! And my wisdom tooth is growing horizontally, it is difficult to pull out. What surprised me was that I didnt have a pig head like my friend! And did not say a special pain! Too strong! I pulled out my three wisdom teeth on Q Smile. No more than an hour! What surprise is! Without any swelling after extraction!

I really like this clinic. The doctor is very professional and I hope everyone can visit this dental clinic.
