The Quincy Gentle Dental staff are just the best... plain and simple... they have assembled a truly great team of professionals from top to bottom led by their director, Dr Timimi. Every person I have dealt with over the past 20 years has been good natured, kind, happy and, above everything else, very competent... it is obvious that they are clearly extremely well trained regarding both their jobs and how to treat every customer like they are the most important customer in the world... and THAT is exactly how they have treated me for 20 years... and why I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. They have all the best equipment and can skillfully handle any dental problem. Try them... I promise you wont regret it !

I have never been a huge fan of the dentist and have never enjoyed or developed a relationship with my dental hygienist until coming here. Flori Rosario is truly the best! I genuinely enjoy going to see her. She’s friendly, quick and honest which I appreciate. She always gives me good advice on how to better care for my teeth when I am there. So glad I found her and I highly recommend her!

I love this Gentle Dental location and the staff here is so friendly. I always feel welcome when I walk in which is great because no one really loves going to the dentist, but it is a priority, so having awesome secretarys like Ellie and Nedaa make it all worth while. Robin is the best hygienist I have gone to thus far. She is always engaged and thorough with her cleanings. I also had oral surgery in November with no complications and no issues down the road.. I highly recommend this location to others!

Best GD site Ive been too. All of the staff are understanding and helpful in many ways(including when my insurance tries to screw me over). But Florivette is definitely my favorite part of this location! She helps ease my dentist/health anxieties and is always so helpful and friendly. Its obvious she loves what she does, and she really helps make my appointments and my days better after seeing her :)

I am in awe of the staff at Gentle Dental at their Quincy, MA location. First, Nedaa the receptionist went out of her way to make sure I could be seen despite being a bit late, and even had a hygienist agree to provide me with a cleaning despite having only scheduled an exam. Next, the hygienist, Florivette, was AMAZING! I struggle with gingivitis and flossing, and always have had very painful cleanings in the past with aggressive hygienists. This is the first time I had a nearly pain free experience with the water scaling tool and Flori’s thoughtfulness. She also helped me relax any nerves I had and didn’t make me feel any shame about my less-than-perfect flossing habits. The dentist herself (Dr. Lee, I believe) was also very kind and helpful during the exam. Overall this place is amazing, I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. For the first time ever I’m looking forward to my next cleaning in April!

I was nervous to get a cavity filled, but Dr.Lin and her assistant made me feel so at ease- no pain and quick!! And the ladies at the front desk are so fun and friendly. A great place to go to the dentist!

The entire experience was fantastic. The check in was thorough and professional. The dental assistants answered all my questions about the procedure and were experts in assisting the doctor. The doctor was exceptional! She walked me through the entire procedure and kept me at ease. She has expert techniques and gentle hands. I have been a patient for almost five years and have always had a very good experience.

I had a crown replaced by Dr Timimi and her wonderful assistant (sorry I cant remember name) They work so well together and explained everything thoroughly. Truly caring and professional and experts in their field. I highly recommend this team at Gentle Dental.

I typically like supporting locally owned businesses. However one way or another I ended up going to Gentle Dental of Quincy and I couldn’t have been more happier with the experience, even if it was my own families’ business. Let me tell you, Dr Timimi and her team are special. From Ellie managing the front desk to Robyn the hygienist whom is responsible for my cleanings (talk about gentle) to Dr. Timimi herself, who is just so personable, down to earth and so smart, this team is second to none. They really care about their patients and the job they are doing. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Do yourself a favor and give them a visit.

The dental hygienist and doctors are actually very nice and professional. I would give them a five star for the great service provided. However, one of the receptionist is quite rude and impatient with my questions. Ruined my experience at this place and I guess I probably will not go there again because of this receptionist.

My recent experience at Gentle Dental was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend Gentle Dental! I have very sensitive teeth due to gum regression from years of brushing too hard so cleanings are usually very uncomfortable for me. My dental hygienist (Florivette Rosario) was extremely gentle and I barley felt a thing! She also took the time to explain everything she was doing and what everything meant. I really appreciated that she listened to me and went the extra mile to tell me when something may cause sensitivity before she did it.The Director also took the time to come in and visit me to take a look at my teeth and X-rays. I have been a patient at Gentle Dental for about 8 years now. Recently, I completed a dental plan involving several visits to the office and each time I visited, I was greeted pleasantly and respectfully. Dr Al Timini is my favorite, aside from the awesome staff that assist her. She is very personable and actually knows my teeth. Instead of rushing through the procedure, she takes her time, explaining the process, reassuring comfort. I have nothing bad to say about Gentle Dental!

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. This was my first visit there, I only did a cleaning today and everything went amazing, fast and safe. The best of all, was however, Florivette. She was my hygienist today, and I was just deeply touched with how sweet, gentle and patient she was. She is one of those truly kind and caring people that you don’t get to meet often! She did an amazing job!

Best dental experience of my life! Ellie convinced me that their office and Dr. Timimi was exactly the right fit for my needs. I need a lot of work done and wanted to start a relationship with a dentist and staff I could work with. Ellie immediately made me feel welcome and followed up with the appropriate reminders.Once there, I was checked in efficiently and then met Flori, the hygenist. Wow! What an amazing, friendly professional! She was very positive and explained each step as she was doing it. She is the type of person you know is best friends with everyone. She had great skill with the cleaning with very little discomfort. Can I get my teeth cleaned more often than every 6 months?Dr. Timimi joined us and reviewed the xrays and talked me through a likely care plan. Also incredibly positive, upbeat, thorough and professional. I am actually looking forward to my return visit this Thursday to begin treatment.During my cleaning, there was another assistant that popped in a couple times to ask Flori if she needed anything or if there was anything he could do. This guy rounded out my experience that this office is a very positive work environment, full of genuinely happy people that want to do their best for the patients. Im a big fan.

The absolute worse customer service I have ever received from a dentist office. Cavalier and rude. They make and cancel appointments and say not my fault, not my department, that dr. is only here every other Friday, etc. Not only did they not reschedule an appointment that they knew the dr. was not available for, they confirmed the appointment the day before. Run, as fast as you can away from this establishment!!!

I moved to Quincy a couple of years ago and kept putting off finding a dentist and scheduling cleanings and a crown I knew I needed. Then the pandemic hit and added another 9 months. This is all to say I was overdue and nervous about finally making an appointment. The staff at the Quincy office was awesome all around. Dr Timimi and the hygienist were great (I wish I could see Florivette every time!). The front desk staff helped me split my follow up appointments across the new calendar year, to get the most from my insurance coverage. Very much appreciated and highly recommended.

Me and my wife went to the gentle dental location in quincy for a recommended cleaning that our dental insurance covers twice a year. We ended up getting our teeth cleaned and had some x rays done which we didnt have the option to opt out of if I knew we would have to pay for. Before the procedure I asked the front desk to just make sure, for a extra pre caution that the routine cleaning was covered and they said it was. After the cleaning was completed I doubled checked again to make sure that I shouldnt have to pay a co pay. Weeks later we received separate bills in the mail for close to $400 stating that we owed the difference that the insurance didnt cover. The last time we were here for the same thing I didnt get charged at all so its kind of random and unexpected to us that we got charged this time. Honestly if we knew we would be charged we would of went somewhere else. After making multiple calls and either getting a voicemail that they are closed even during business hours or talking to a representative, I usually get no where by either them saying they needed to talk to a manager or they will call me back on why I was not billed before for the same procedure but I am being billed now. After the cleaning we were both giving quotes on future work to be done from cavities to crowns and even told the representative at the front desk that we would rather go to a location within our network and he said that it didnt matter if it was done in or out of Network and that our insurance would cover the same amount in which we actually believed him. The dental hygienist that I got my cleaning done from also even said that I should take advantage of the free cleanings that my insurance offers every year. This location made us feel like we got scammed with a tipical bait and switch.Update: dec 1stAmount was reduced. Should of been a void on the bills. Definitely not fully satisfied.We will not be going back again, neither would recommend friends or family to this place.Update: Dec 2ndCorporate called and apologized and made things right Updating to a three star from one star.

This location is very clean and they are following COVID protocols to the T. Everyone was wearing masks and I felt comfortable taking my mask off. Also, I must mention everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and nice. Went in for a cleaning which I hadn’t had in a while and the hygienist (Florivette) was so nice and made me feel very comfortable off the bat. She also did such a great job with my cleaning. So quick and efficient. We scheduled scaling for one side, for my next appointment and I was a little anxious about that but it was such a great experience. Florivette was very quick and efficient, but she is also very detail oriented and made sure everything was done quickly, efficiently, and comfortably. I have my next appointment for the other side and I can say I have no anxiety whatsoever knowing my hygienist is amazing!
