My experience with Dr Dental has been a warm,friendly, very clean professional environment. I would highly recommend having your dental care done there. 8/10/2021 I just wanted to express my last two appointments have went exceptionally well as always,the staff are always professional and friendly. Very organized and clean. I love the care and concern the assistant and provider gives and would highly recommend. 9/16/21 visit was very much the same as 8/10/21 I would highly recommend.

Friendly warm & thorough I appreciate the service I received today the cosmetics I want to have actually cost $4000 less than other dentists I’m happy to know my goal of improving my smile is attainable.

Everyone was very friendly and kind and gentle! The receptionist is a total sweetheart I always enjoy making small talk with her while I wait and the dentist is very patient and nice and I am a bit nervous at the dentist due to a traumatic past experience and Dr. Dental made me feel a lot more comfortable and they also play good music which is a big plus to me because music sooths me also was very clean and I found out as of 3 weeks ago that Im covered for my procedures which is the best news ever because what I need done is costly so all of these reasons and more are why they deserve 5 stars Id give them 6 if I could 😊

My spouse went in for an emergency appointment a few days ago.. they couldn’t do anything for his unbearable tooth pain other than take an X-ray of his teeth, not even any pain medication or antibiotics. The dentist spoke broken English so it was very hard to understand what he was saying but he was VERY rough and poked the gum and area that was in a lot of pain with a sharp metal tool without warning.. the dentist was not gentle at all. The office and areas were also very dirty and not comfortable at all. We ended up scheduling an appointment elsewhere. I would not recommend, specifically for those who are afraid of the dentist.

So I made my first appointment online and I got a text message to confirm it which I did, but the day of my appointment they told me I never confirmed it by calling them back? Ok they told me someone else confirmed for that same appointment but never came. I was not seen that day and basically had to wait for them to schedule another appointment which was fine but why they have to call me to confirm something already confirmed? Oh and my first appointment felt rushed and rough I never felt that much pain coming from a X-ray or cleaning but hey you get whatever these days.

Highly recommend this dentist the staff care about you treat ya like family and make sure your comfortable I’ve lived in Quincy 45 years been to a few others in the area finally found this place I’ll stay with 😁

All I can say about this place is only wonderful words. The stuff is amazing, the dentists are so professional and so great at their work. Also Elsa, the dental assistant is such a sweetheart, such a hard worker and such a nice person.Thank you all for your outstanding customer service and care.

WOW! What can i say, Dr. Jain, Elsa and staff were outstanding! Everything about them, from the professional front desk staff, that were helpful and very nice, to Elsa who made me feel comfortable and calm and kept me updated during my 3 extractions, Then theres Dr. Jain, i had three really strong teeth that had to go, and she yanked them out gently and with ease. Ive been seeing Dr. Khushboo Jain for many years. First time I came in for a cleaning, she yelled at me for brushing too hard, that my gums were receeding, and that I should be wearing a night/bite guard for grinding. I complained at end of appt to have another Dr., but 6 months later, FORTUNATELY, I got Dr. Jain again. By then, I had put aside my feelings and pride, and I knew Dr. Jain was right about everything. She is just passionate about her work and the oral health of her patients. She is professional, thorough, and personable. I have since gotten a night guard and use an electric tooth brush as Dr. Jain had advised to improve my gum line and those things do help! Next, Ill work on using a waterpick (that I already have on my bathroom counter 😄).I first came to Quincy Dr. Dental because I live so close, but the reason keep coming here is because I get a great cleaning each and every time from Dr. Jain. Thank you Dr. Jain!

This Dr. Dental office is great! I hadn’t been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time, but was able to call for an appointment on a Monday and be seen Thursday of the same week. I actually felt comfortable at a dentist’s office! From the front desk to the dental technicians to the dentist, I have had great experience with the staff. It is really easy to make an appointment and with evening and Saturday appointments, it’s easy to find a time that works for your schedule.

Very clean, respectful, and efficient . I was in and out had to get multiple teeth pulled. I was afraid of the dentist they made me feel at welcome and nothing to be afraid of. I got it done super fast no pain .. found my new dentist

Was not happy with this place at all. I tried it since all reviews were good but as soon i walked in for my appt i had to wait 20 mins in the lobby to be checked in since the receptionist was gone and nobody was at the front desk. When she came back though she was nice but as far as the rude dentist that saw me for a checkup, i did not like her. She didnt even introduce herself so i dont know her name. She was rude and as a first timer, i did not feel welcomed. She brushed off everything and gave me one word responses. Very impatient and rude and left me alone on the chair for the majority of the visit. Nothing was done at all. Will not be going here again.

Customer service is quick and efficient. Once seen by the DDS, Dr. Jain, everything is quick, and yes, painless. She is very competent and not overy heavy-handed. She is literally the best dentist I have been to in a long time and am thankful I found her. 5 stars.

Dishonest - Avoid this place at all costs. They told me I had a cavity and that I needed to have it filled ASAP or it would get worse. What they didnt tell me is that the cavity had already been filled (I had a filling done a long time ago) and that the filling was just fine. In other words, they wanted me to pay to have a cavity filled that had already been filled. They counted on the fact that I wouldnt know which cavities I have and where they are.HINT - During the exam they will ask if you have any fillings. If you say you dont know, then they will hear the cash register ringing. This means you make easy prey and they can just pick out one or two of your cavities to refill and you wont know any difference.Luckily, I went with my gut and sensed they were not being honest so I got a second opinion from a dentist that has been in practice 30 years. He told me he wouldnt recommend getting it redone, even if they did it for free. He said the filling was perfect and there was absolutely no reason to get it refilled, other than to help the dentist buy another Louis Vuitton bag.

Great entertainment for the kids while waiting to be called for their checkup. The girls at the first desk had a very outgoing positive attitude and was very helpful with obtaining insurance information because I forgot my insurance card. The Dr. was very patient and understanding of my toddlers being all over the place and wanting to leave. All in all it was a great experience.

I went through maybe 5 dentists before I finally found Dr. Dental the staff is great!!! I wouldnt look for a dentist elsewhere. The overall experience is always great! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, they make you feel very welcome. If you have not gone to the dentist in a while because you are scared then I definitely suggest Dr. Dental. I just recently started going to Dr Dental. I’ve only had two appointments so far with them and I’m already comfortable and feel like I’ve been seeing them my whole life! They are very friendly and hold a nice friendly conversation with you. Kara and Dr. yain are awesome. The only bad thing about this dentist office is that you have to wait 6 months (yearly cleanings) to see there bright, happy, and positive faces again. I would highly recommend this dentist office for any ages !!!!!!!

I love Dr. Jan she is the best. Yesterday she saved my husband. And my children and myself also was seen. My 4 year old has autism and she had a wonderful 1st dental experience. My 16 year needed a tooth pulled, she was terrified and Dr. Jan did so amazing my daughter didn’t even realize the tooth was out. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves and the service was quick. My son had his 1st dentist appointment here and let me tell you it was beyond an amazing experience!!!! The staff from the girl at the front desk to the dental assistant and to the dentist they treated my son like he was a king and he loved ever minute of it. What an amazing experience. Starting with the receptionist Malina who is truely an amazing person and goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am to the team of Drdental because of which I can finally smile, esp Dr Jane. I wish all the dentist were like her. She never got annoyed with my endless questions and took care of every problem I had. I have so much more confidence after my teeth have been fixed. Receptionist always has a friendly greeting and promptly tells the dentist I am there. Dentist was prompt, greeting me when she met me. She offered explanations of what the visit was about. Very quick visit. Very friendly staff. Excellent. I have already recommended Dr. Dental to a friend.

Dr Choi and staff was nice and addressed to my issues right away without too long of a wait. She was right to the point and made my visit simple.

I came here very upset I waited 2 hours today the lady up front didn’t know what she was doing she didn’t communicate with me at all until she said my kids had no insurance it took her 2 hours to say that! I told her she was wrong! It wasn’t until the assistant Kyiana came and talked to me that things got settled. I didn’t know she was the dental assistant until I seen her name tag. I thought she was in charge of the front because she was so helpful and solved the problem right away. The other girl didn’t help me at all. Nothing got done until the assistant came and helped with my insurance. If it wasn’t for her being helpful and kind I wouldn’t reschedule my kids appointments. The girl upfront didn’t look at me at all. My kids were not comfortable waiting so long with nothing done.

Dont go there if You care for your teeth, they not very careful and yet they try to charge you even the insurance cover you ..not recommending this place to my enemies .

I had a very good experience with Dr Dental. Initially I was not sure whether to trust them or not, since there were few negative reviews in several websites. However I had a detailed discussion with the DR and the attendants to make sure about the entire process of Root Canal and Crown before proceeding. The entire process was done in 4 seating and it was completely painless and very nice experience.

I recommend this for all my friends. The office is well coordinated and friendly environment with all advance technologies. Doctor and Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its my first time did my Tooth cleaning and it was great and doctor educated me on each and everything clearly and precisely.

I am very pleased with the dentist that I see at Dr Dental in Quincy. Dr Jian is very patient with me. I have extremely sensitive teeth and I have a fear of getting cavities filled. Well so far I have had 2 crown procedures done with her and 2 cavities filled and she couldn’t be nicer! She makes sure I am comfortable with the novacain and that I am pain free. I will continue to go there because of her.

Dentist was good, but the office is very unorganized. Was referred an endodontist to get an implant. Went and got the implant. Had a lot of trouble when I went back to Dr Dental to get a crown. Was told that the endodontist who did the implant did not send over the information about the implants so I could get the crown. This was not true. Endodontists office said it was sent more than once. Eventually I had to have the endodontist actually send the information to me as well since I had no confidence Dr. Dental would retain the information.Got a call for an appointment for an impression for the implant. Thought this meant they finally gad the infornation. Went in today for scheduled appointment only to find out they did not have the information from the endodontist and could not do the impression. Had to pull up my email from the endodontist from over a month ago to show them what type of implant it was. Then I had the person who worked there ask me if I was okay when I seemed upset after months of waiting. This was also after I had been told that they received the information about the type of implant over a month ago. Now I have to wait even longer to get my crown. This whole experience has been almost a year. I was told this was because of changes in the personnel, not because of the dentist. Very disorganized! And I have to say I felt like thedental assistant helping wasnt that polite. The dental assistant did not seem to understand why I was frustrated after several attempts at getting the information sent over to them and being told by the endodontist it had been sent over three times already. Front desk worker and dentist were understanding, but the place is NOT organized as far as record keeping goes.

I need to update this review. They need to have zero stars. My husband had a fitting for a new set of dentures. This is made from a new material and he had to pay cash. He was told by the dentist and office manager if there was a problem, they would gerund his money.He received his dentures. The new material is so thin it cut his gums causing them to bleed. The lower denture doesnt even have the right amount of teeth on it. It has three incisors and a gap. I know what Im talking about because I spent 20 years as a dental technician.He called and told the office the dentures didnt fit and would not work, therefore hed like his money returned. Several weeks went by and he called again. The office manager said verbatim Ive decided youre not getting your money.After that NO calls were returned. She refused to give us the name and phone number of the district office.We had the Attorney Generals office get involved. The refused to call the attorney Generals office and refused our request for a written reason as to why his refund is being refused.Need I remind anyone that doesnt know, Dr Dental was found GUILTY of insurance fraud in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.We will be pursuing further legal action in this case.Since the office manager has refused to return phone calls, requests for written letters, copies of records, she has already broken several state laws and witnesses heard her say his money would be returned.Expect a summons shortly.

When I was first referred to Dr Dental by my friend, I had this presumption that it was a corporate-like dentist office like many others I had previously visited. And then I went to my appointment. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Dr Jane just won me over. She made me feel completely comfortable in such an effortless manner. Its been a really long time since I had smiled because of my bad teeth but Dr jane has changed that for me. Shes the best! If youre looking for a new dentist, DR dental is the place to go- hands down! I do have to wait a little bit to see her but its totally worth it.

Starting I made an appointment went to my appointment Dr saw me gave me two prescriptions for an infection went to pharmacy to get it but couldn’t get it because they used a wrong name on the prescription this was on a Saturday call back to tell them but it was closed mind you I was in a very excruciating pain.Ill go there on Monday to pick up the prescription with my name on it can’t take it to the pharmacy because the Dr wasn’t there to sign it she was getting there at 1:30 pm.They say not worry because it was going to be faxed to pharmacy around 4:00 pm they call me to go back and pick it up because internet wasn’t working this is my third time going there .They gave me an appointment for a tooth extraction the next Tuesday I’ll go there on Tuesday they told me that the Dr cancelled all her appointments for that day 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬, they gave me another appointment for the next Saturday at 4:00 pm I get there and, there is more than 3 hours waiting period so I left mad like hell.This place it’s the worst place ever.Don’t waste your time😡😡😡😡

Dr.Jain is the best doctor ever I love coming here the assistant Amira is awesome and the girls in the front celina and karla are so friendly and amazing I definitely recommend dr.dental in Quincy. They whole team is great!!!!
