Sentinel is absolutely professional! I woke up to ants in my kitchen! I was needing same day service.Called Sentinel spoke with Anna, she was super nice! I was able to get same day service. Tech Eric showed up super professional and he explained clearly what he was going to do. Eric is the ant slayer! No ants since his treatment. I recommend Sentinel 100%!I will be using their services again if I have other issues with bugs!

Reached out to multiple pest control companies to get an estimate on when they could come out to resolve a yellow jacket hive issue where the hive was behind an exterior wall. Sentinel Pest Control was able to look up in a few minutes in their system that someone was available in the area to stop by within an hour of me calling at a much lower price. I was given a range from 12~1 and Kyle came out pretty much right at 12 to begin work. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the situation and what he is going to be doing and what the expectation is. The folks on the phone also were very kind and professional and helpful. If I have any future issues with any sort of pest, Sentinel Pest Control will be the first place I reach out to.

Were on time and Guy was professional. However, for a $164 dollars I expected more than I received. Brushing bees hives of with a extended poles, no spraying areas for repeat problems, using my ladder to get high hive off of roof. Leaving hives on ground, not disposing. Dead bees stuck under roof and reams of hive still after left. Here 15 minutes and gone.Not impressed!!!

Kyle was very professional. Called the day before and was early for my appt when I told him he could come before our scheduled time. He sealed vents under the house and set up traps and bait stations pretty quick. Explained how the process is gonna work and BAM all done. I felt at ease cause he knew what he was doing. He even asked about ants because this is their season to start coming out. Good person. Good employee.

I had Kevin as my technician and he was fabulous! We were overrun with rats, mice and their fleas in the basement and I was at wits end. He did a thorough inspection, going to places I wouldnt go down there, and he identified one large hole and a smaller one. He fixed both holes and set traps all around the inside perimeter. While he was there, I found a dead rat and a mouse carcass. He identified the species and educated me about their habits. He also told me I had been trying to bait them all wrong, and thats why they loved going into our basement.Then he went outside and set the feeding stations that would keep them outside, but still eventually kill them when they brought the bits of bait back to their nests to feed their young.Within a month, we had lots of activity outside, but none inside. Within 3 months, even the outside activity had dwindled down to almost nothing.I reclaimed my basement and have peace of mind now.

I wanted to take a moment to share a review for some wonderful customer service. We had what we thought was a dead critter in our kitchen heating vent, based on the atrocious smell. Brandin showed up within the notified time frame. He was polite, friendly and amazing with our dog. Upon quick inspection, he noted that the smell likely wasnt an animal. After opening the heating vent, it was evident that it was a liquid spill that had drained into the vent and aged. We shared a chuckle about the misunderstanding. I offered to pay for the visit, but he declined and said that there was no charge. I was so impressed with his demeanor and customer service. If I ever have a real pest problem, I wouldnt hesitate to hire this company and Id definitely ask for Brandin. Thank you!

I was having the siding replaced on a home and we saw some sugar ants after we started to remove the existing siding. We called Sentinal immediately so that they could spray before applying the new siding and they were able to come out same day. Great service and great communication at a fair price.

This place is total joke!!! “THEIR techs“ tell you payment plans and the office denies they do that. They billed us two invoices that say past due without a regular invoice prior. The office fought on the phone verbally with my husband for awhile. DO NOT trust and DO NOT recommend!!! She pushed and pushed for payment in the middle of the pandemic!Yes they deliver service and did work but they should train better and not tell customers wrong information just to get a sale!!!

After seeing a rat in my kitchen on 23Dec2019 I signed with another company.All I wanted was someone to get that rat out of my house.The other company has been to the house 4 times and nothing really has been done.I was walking to my house from the mail box one day and noticed a Sentinel Truck at my neighbors so stopped by to see what was going on.I met Brandin and when he was done at my neighbors he came to my house.More has been done in one week than 4 visits from the other company.He found how that rat probably got into the house which no-one else was able to do.I now have a brand spanking new door that closes off my crawl space and crawl space deodorized.That was when I met Richard Snyder.While he was here building the door and deodorizing the crawl space My friend accidentally slipped and fell in the yard.We didnt see it happen but when he saw her he took off running.He able to get her up in a chair and I called 911.He stayed with her until the fireman and ambulance finally left the house.He was so compassionate and caring.He said he wouldnt leave until they were gone.What a GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!.Coming up this next Friday they will be laying a new vapor barrier and replacing all the insulation that has been ripped down by the rats.Im pretty sure that after this has been done my problem will be over.They are going to be closing the hole behind my range that I didnt even know was there that rat may have used to enter my house.I recommend them Highly.Best employees Ive come across in a long time.

This is by far the best company ever! Craig is so nice and has great customer service. He communicates with us to make sure that the day he is scheduled works for my husband and I.We can tell that it works because we see bugs dying once they hit our house. We haven’t seen any spiders or ants in our house! I’m thankful for this company. We originally called them because we had sugar ants and by the 1st visit they were starting to disappear and the 2nd they were pretty much gone.Craig is the best! We appreciate his dedication! Im presently dealing with a stink bug infestation. My former pest control company of 1-2 years told me nothing could be done and they gave me sticky traps. Basically they didnt even try to do anything at all.This led me to contact Sentinel and I have been absolutely pleased from day one. Sentinel explained that stink bugs are stubborn and may be difficult to treat but that they would try everything they could to get them to stop invading my home. So far, I can tell they really will go the extra mile for the customer. Their notification process is great. I get a report via email every time someone services my home, with explanations of where and what they treated and products used. Best of all, their services are less expensive than the previous company I worked with and they go the extra mile for me. Win - win.I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We had a nasty fly infestation. They came out, told us straight up that it would cost way more to treat than would be worth it. They charged us nothing, even gave us a helpful tip to reduce bugs and spiders around our outside lights. We waited the flies out for a few days and they were gone. Super nice guy. We will ALWAYS call them in the future and recommend that you do the same.

We live on Vashon Island. The company had no problems coming out on the ferry as if that was perfectly normal. Not all companies do that!!!The initial service call was on schedule and very professional and friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained things well.The first “routine” service call exceeded our expectations. One week after initial service, Kevin walked the perimeter, sprayed for ants and spiders and found one mouse in the trap. The bait feeding station was well worn within a week indicating significant feeding outside the house.Overall very impressed. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
