Had some Yellow Jackets behind the siding of my home. Because of the difficult and tight area that the bees were in, Independent first dusted the area with a powder in hopes it would get through the small cracks and infect the nest. After 1 week, the bee activity slowed but still showed signs the bees were active. After calling Independent and telling them about the bee activity, they immediately set up another appointment to come back. This time they used a liquid spray and that did the job! Very much appreciated that Independent was determined to take care of my situation. I will definitely use Independent Pest Solutions again if run into anymore pest problems. Thanks for your service.

Michael was on time, looked and presented himself as a professional and was real with me from the moment we discussed my concerns. Although Michael did not perform any work on my home, he educated me on some of my concerns. He Seemed genuine to me, so you guys are ok in my book. I know who to call if I do end up needing any pest control services.

Don was very professional and very knowledgeable and on time, he explained what he was going to do step by step. He knows how to take care of the customer and listened to my complains and concerns after l hard quite some disappointment with my local pest control company and losing money. Much to my husband and my horror, we found a large cluster of tiny ants in our bonus room. We called Independent Pest Solutions to schedule an appt. It was very easy to get ahold of them, and the staff was so helping and kind on the phone. Jennifer, the pest tech, was great. Super nice, professional, and quick. We can rest easy knowing our issue was taken care of so quickly and professionally.

This has been a great company for me. They redid my crawl space, mediating mold and replacing all of the insulation under the mobile home. I have used them for years and they have taken care of me since then. They have always treated me well and done a good job of keeping those pesky critters in check. Trust me this is not a problem that will go away. They chewed through my water lines and caused over $45,000 in damage.I have not been with any other company, why would I?

Don not only goes above and beyond to get rid of the rodents, but also has a lot of empathy for the clients stress. I own a small business in Tacoma which had a rodent problem. I was very disappointed in the service we were receiving from a national pest control company. After researching I decided to try a local company and gave Matt a call. Matt is an efficient communicator and asked the right questions, set the appointment and also followed up to make sure everything went well. Unfortunately the problem was with the building structure and we had to tear down the ceilings so Jake could seal all the holes with meshed wire and the problem was solved. The owner, Don was involved with the assessment backed by his extensive knowledge and the cost was reasonable. They are professional and great to work with and I look forward to hearing from Matt each month to schedule an appointment for continued monitoring.

Independent Pest Solutions is one of the best pest control companies in the region! They helped us with an urgent stinging insect issue where the wasps broke through the ceiling from the attic and the tenant was allergic. Both the scheduler, Matt and the service tech Don were extremely professional and personable. We were able to get help with one call!

We saw the squirrels and heard the rats under the house. Independent Pest worked with us to build barriers and set traps. That was two years ago. Today, no squirrels, no rats, no mice, no ants. Who knows what else theyve chased away. Not only are they doing the job, but these people are friendly, courteous and timely. Its not my dream job. Im glad for them to act like its theirs.

We have a farm, and were getting overrun by rats. Called Matt at Pest Solutions, and the rest is history. They not only rid us of rats, but also took care of outdoor insects around the house. Pest Solutions also, periodically swept down cobwebs and such on our porches. They set up a schedule for us so they came by to check for signs of rodents, and to clean the porches.

I was on vacation in Florida and got a call from my house sitter about a wasp swarm. 2 hour difference in time zones. They were there in 3 hours removing the nest and spraying. Have been using this company for the last five years on a quarterly basis for rodent control. This last week they really let me down. I put my house on the market to go into retirement and had a pending offer contingent on inspection. My wife and I called Independent Pest Solutions to remove traps in my crawl space and prep it for the up-and-coming inspection. ( we live in a very rural area). We had the inspection today and were disappointed to find rotting carcasses rodent droppings and chewed up visqueen. There was no communication to that effect when they came out at all. Their only excuse was that they have not been out since last October. So much for hiring a professional. A true professional would have removed all the carcasses and recommended a clean out. I would not recommend this company.

Independent Pest Solutions is the place to call when you need pests taken care of ASAP.We had a huge wasps nest that we discovered on the 4th of July and it was taken care of the next day. Person we spoke to on the phone was friendly and professional as well as the technicians who arrived to take care of the problem. Referred them to my mom who was given the same service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Who knew having rats would be such a pain?Seriously if you have any pest problems, use Independent Pest Solutions. We called in after finding out we had rats living in the wall behind our stove. Those little buggers had chewed a hole clean through the wall! After trying a few home remedies and nothing working, we called in. Our tech David came out to see what he was working with and in his first estimate gave us a quote that was a little out of our budget but gave us a good idea of what we could do on our own. The little buggers escalated and we called it in. David came out and rebuilt our crawl space doors, set traps, and even followed up later when we called because the rats had chewed some wires and killed our dishwasher. He made it his mission to make sure the job was done and the rats were taken care of humanely. As of 2/1/18 we finally conquered the Godzilla rat who was one of many before him.I would call these guys every time. You should too.
