I am beyond impressed with Rambo Total Pest Control. I am new to Washington State and new to understanding the types of pests in the area I live. Jeremy, the gentleman who treated our house did a phenomenal job. He was very informative, offered up suggestions on ways to help mitigate our issues and just general feedback. He was extremely professional and very friendly. We then had Ramon come out to inspect the bushes/trees around our house to ensure the growth wasnt causing issues for our home. He was very friendly, provided a very clear and detailed bid for the removal and trimming around the property and again, very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. You can tell their employees have you in their best interest and their friendly demeanor makes it all the better. I am now set up on a quarterly service with them because I was so impressed with them thus far!

I was having problem with multiple rodents at my place. It has been a big headache for a good week or so. Steven came in and saved the day. He took his time to check every single area of my place to ensure there were no entry points. Also he laid down the traps strategically in order to catch the rodents. When he was leaving he was so confident that we would catch one of of them. I KID YOU NOT. 30 seconds after the door closes the traps went off. We caught the biggest Rat ever. I ran back outside to grab Steven. It was hilarious how fast it was. Steven was amazing and very reassuring and made it point to double check everything he was doing. I highly recommend Rambo’s services. Especially Steven!

They took care of the ground bee nest we had quickly and efficiently. There was no nest activity at all after 2 days. Service was friendly and polite also. I will use them again if they are needed.

Had an okay experience, we had 4 visits. First few were good, our exterminator was very informative. She explained everything she was doing and was respectful. On our schedule final visit, the worker was late to the window. On the rescheduled final visit I had a friend let in the exterminator in since I was busy. When I came home the final inspection was completed and I was pest free. Only thing is that all the traps and bait was left behind, one even being smashed and left wide open on the floor. Im sure thats not protocol, especially since I have a dog, but other than that my service was pretty good and complete.

I liked the staff and their high level of customer servicer, for that I give them a five. As far as delivering resulrs, I will have give them a zero. After three visits they only caught three rats. We since have had to hire a different company to resolve our rat problem.

As a Retired U.S. Army Vet and first time customer with Rambo Total Pest Control, I was very satisfied with the services they provided to help get rid of rodents in my crawl space. Their technician, Ramon was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time and care to ensuring my rodent problem, which were rats, were properly removed and deterred. Our technician has been extremely attentive and effective in addressing the persistent rodent problem at our house. He is extremely thorough in his work and cares to explain what he is doing to not just catch the pest but to prevent future problems. And even when I had concerns about using poison baits, he was able to come up with a solution that worked for the both of us.

I want to preface this with the fact that I have never actually used Rambo before for pest control services but I felt the need to share.I ordered a 1st Christmas ornament for my baby boy this year but our community mailboxes got broken into a few weeks ago and it was stolen along with all of our mail. It wasnt super expensive or anything but I was bummed.Today I got a knock on the door and a Rambo associate handed me the address label and the ornament. He said he was doing a commercial building out near 178th and that he saw it on the ground with a bunch of torn up mail. He came out of his way to drop it off to me this morning.I thought it was such a nice gesture and just because of this experience I will most definitely consider using Rambo in the future. I just started my service with Rambo, and Im extremely impressed. Their customer service is amazing, and their prices are fair and reasonable. Rambo has been servicing our home and property for a couple of years now and there are so many good things to say about them! First off, they were one of the few places that offered a one-off service and not an annual commitment, nor did they try to pressure us into that, however, we did request a once-quarterly service and... every time Blake comes to our home, he’s on time, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable - exceptional service and our pest situation was resolved quickly and there hasn’t been issues since!Another note about their service, they did something for us that was so thoughtful, kind and above-and-beyond it deserves mentioning here... in September when they came out, I had mentioned that our beloved dog Shelby had cancer. About a week later, I received a hand written card from them, signed by everyone in the office offering best wishes for our dog. I was deeply touched by that and I believe it’s evidence of what an amazing company this is - they truly care about people, their pets, their home and that’s been completely evident in everything they do. UPDATE:the below review was my original post and those events still transpired. However, this company has done a great deal to ensure that my opinion changed. They have made up for the original problem and the quality of the work they preformed is of the highest caliber.Do not use this company!Hired them to install inclusion netting for birds around the perimeter of my home. Initial quote was for over $1400. Agreed to the quote and work began. After one day of work they informed me that if I wanted them to complete the job it would cost another $500. Refused to pay additional funds to complete a job they have quoted me an exact amount on. After going back and forth with them for a few days they agreed to complete half the job... Which they had already partially completed for half of the initial quote. Hired Echelon pest control to complete the remainder of the work and did a great job and also had to fix some of the errors that Rambo created on the side of the house they completed. Please please please do not hire this unethical company.

We had Blake come out for an initial consult to check for rats and mice. I didn’t know what to expect all i knew is that the lady on the phone got him to my house in under 4 hours and that alone made me ecstatic. Blake was extremely thorough and explained everything every step of the way. He has come out twice now and long story short we’ve been recommending, not only Blake, but everyone at Rambo ever sense. I only wanted to get rid of this one rat but after talking with them (in no way did they push this at all) i made the decision to have them make multiple visits throughout this year. I will use them for every future pest problem i have and i recommend you do the same!

I have never had to obtain pest control services before, but when a rat decided to move into our new house with us, it was time to find someone. We happened upon Rambo Pest Control and Butch came out right away, sealed up our holes and set out bait stations. We have had no unwanted occupants since! I have also added insect services and was pleased to not have spiders and ants in my house this past winter.Butch is the best! He provides excellent, professional, friendly and courteous service. He provides detailed inspection reports and reviews them with us at each visit. He is always ready and willing to answer any questions we have, taking as much time as needed.We also had Rambo service a relatives home with a much bigger rodent problem than ours. Again, immediately after Butchs visit, no more critters in the house! Rambo knows their business and I highly recommend them!

These guys were great! We had a pretty big problem with bees and they came out right away and tried to resolve the issue. It turned out it was a little worse than we had originally thought and they came right back out, no question, and we have been bee free ever since. We really appreciated their awesome customer service and the service they provided was friendly, quick and efficient. Will definitely be calling again if we ever have any other problems. We had wasps living in our bedroom wall and coming out into our house! I called Rambo and they were able to come out on my next day off to take care of it! The process only took about 30-40 minutes and everything was explained to me before hand! All wasps are gone now....no problems at all!Very professional, on time, and effective at their job! Weve worked with Rambo for almost 2 yrs. This was my first time calling a pest control company. We live in an old house and discovered we had roof rats. After trying unsuccessfully to catch the little guys with a live trap. I contacted Rambo. They have exceeded my expectations in both service and results. The rat situation was resolved almost immediately. Unwanted critters are a tough to evict from an old house. Chris, in particular, has worked hard and given us lots of constructive advice. I have been with Rambo for about 6 years now and have had several pest issues over that time. Rambos team has always fixed the problem right away. I initially had a different company for home and business. They were never very fast to jump on the problems and not successful when they did. They just wanted to spray around the buildings every 3 months and forget everything else. Rambos team listens to the problem and has always shown up the next day, then gets the job done. Fast friendly and knowledgeable. They are great!

My husband and I were EXTREMELY disappointed with Rambo. Our rental property became infested with cockroaches, which I know are difficult, but Rambo guaranteed that they would get rid of them. They had 5 weeks of a completely empty house with no tenant to live up to their guarantee, and the roaches still didnt go anywhere. Our new renter had to sleep in a tent on her first night in her new home with her young children because 20+ roaches were still crawling around the entire house. Now, 8 weeks later - she is still killing roaches. We have decided to fire Rambo and hire Terminix instead.They charged just under $300 for this guarantee, and after only 5 weeks they said we had to start paying $69 per visit because they had to keep coming to the house. They are trying to tell us that the guarantee was voided because we removed traps, which is not the case. We wanted the suckers out, and theres no way we would take away traps (in a vacant house) just for fun. It is completely ridiculous that we paid all that money and are still in the same spot 8 weeks ago that we began in.Save your money, save your sanity, and go with Terminix instead, who BTW, only charge $219 for 3 MONTHS OF GUARANTEED SERVICE, no matter how many times they have to come back.

We had a problem with rats because we have chickens, and the rats are attracted to their food, then they come into the basement for warmth. Luke found where they were getting into our crawl space and sealed up the small, hidden openings. He set traps, caught and killed the rats, and put kid-proof bait stations outside. (Also chicken-and pet proof). With re-baiting as needed, we have had no more problems with rats. Thank you very much for your knowledge and great service!

Weve owned our place for close to 2 years now. We removed 11 big fur trees and completely re-landscaped the property. From day one we knew we had ants but they were outside and the large ones so I sprayed and treated myself. This year we noticed the small odorous ants but they were outside until now. I did my research on pest control companies and decided to give Rambo a shot.Butch came out the next day and I explain the history and everything I could possibly think of about when and where and what they looked like. He was very informative and listen to everything without rushing me. He then explained all the things he could do and the expectations. As I explained to him I have no problem signing up for annual treatment as long as the problem gets fixed and stays fixed. But Im not going to continue a treatment that doesnt make them dissappear. He assured me after the initial hit there would be an increased sighting of ants and that is expected but after a few weeks that would drop and after a few months we shouldnt see them. Then with quarterly treatment they should stay gone. (Any new ants coming onto the property/house will get infected and die before they can make a home)So we paid for the initial visit, diagnosis and treatment which was $269 and will pay about $60 each for the next two visits 30 and 60 days from now then $90 every 3 months for treatments. As long as it solves the problem I have no problem with that.So 4 star now and if the problem is solved then I will update to 5. If it doesnt solve the problem then it will be a lower rating and either way I will update this review. I will say I feel very comfortable with what I know now and impressed with the professionalism.

This is my second review in several years. Rats! Rats! Rats! Rambo kills Rats. Rats are smart. Rambos techs think like Rats. They are unbelievably good. But Im sure they would do the same for carpenter ants, termites, spiders or any other critter that is unnerving your tranquil home environments. Everybody leaving a post will probably tell you how good these guys are at exterminating pesky varmints and bugs... but here is something really cool. Every time they come out they email you a report of whats going on about things that you would never see. I have a huge yard and 2 out buildings. Rambo has 5 rodent feeding stations on my property. Yep its rat poison. Every quarter I get my RAT REPORT . Station # 3 and # 5 are always empty. 1, 2 and 4 have nominal feeding. Do you know how many Rats I dont get? Neither do I. because I am RAT FREE!!! Rambo took care of my Rats when a competitor didnt get it done. Rambo took care of my Rats when my Rat Terrier gave up.Its cheaper than having Cats. No vet bills. No food bills. You guys are great.As long as own a home Ill be using Luke and company. Keep up the good work.

Okay, kind of a long story but a good ending.A few weeks ago I found a lot of dead yellow jacket bees in my garage window ceil, I didn’t think much since they were dead, so I cleaned them up and forgot about them. About a week later the same thing, again I cleaned them up. Low and behold the next week there were more. It was time to call around for bee/pest control, and I got an appointment for tomorrow.Today my brother n law Rob Jezek stopped by and we started looking around to see if we could find were they were coming from and where to spray or put one of those wasp bombs.We found an area where my chimney and siding should come together but there was a big gap and bees were buzzing in and out like crazy.Rob climbed up the attic ladder in the garage to check if he could see anything. While he was up there I noticed a spot on my garage ceiling so I took the broom and gently brushed that area, Holy Cow, the ceiling opened up and the yellow jackets came swarming out, just like a horror movie!😳I yelled at Rob to get down and out and we ran out of the garage and slammed the door behind us. Our hearts were pumping pretty fast!I called to see if that company could come today and they said no. I started calling places, most of which were dispatch offices that sent me to another local place then I would be told not till tomorrow.I wanted something done Today, Now!!!I finally called an actual local company, RAMBO TOTAL PEST CONTROL, right here in Puyallup, and they answered their own phones!I spoke with a Beki, so very kind, she listened to my whole story and that I couldn’t even get to my car because it was in the garage with all these angry yellow jackets.Beki told me every one was done for the day, then she said, wait there is one guy, he’s already gone but let me give him a call. I will call you right back if he can.My phone rang just minutes later and she said he would do it!The gentleman’s name was Butch, he showed up at my house within a half an hour, very kind and professional, he explained the whole process, then went to work.Wow, what an amazing and caring company, they heard my concern and went that extra mile to come help me out!I can’t thank them enough, so I wanted to share my story and encourage anyone that ever has a pest control need to please call on them,RAMBO TOTAL PEST CONTROL.Thank you Beki and Butch for coming to my rescue, I greatly appreciate all you both did!

When I moved into my new (115 year old) home six years ago I did not expect to be greeted by 200,000 black odorous ants nicely settled into my walls. They had living/dining rooms, nurseries for the kiddies, etc. Now I do well with many odd pets, lizards & snakes; spiders are ok, but please! Black multifooted creatures on my kitchen counters hoisting a whole loaf of bread in unison, then heading for the highway like well disciplined mini Rangers puts fear in my heart. RAMBO to the rescue! Luke et al whipped those little intruders into shape in record time and have kept them OUT. You have my vote Rambo.

We are in a wooded area and ants come up from the lake to the house in warmer weather. Rambo TPC keeps them under control. We had a plague of spiders Rambo TPC beat them back and when things were under control were gracious about discontinuing that service.

Not to happy with rambo pest control right now I have a yearly contract and they sprayed all winter I thought that was a waste as ants are not active in the winter first sign of warm weather and we have the sugar ants are back I have called three times and even taked the guy that comes out to spray I understand they extra busy do the warm weather and would understand if they would just return my call and say they are busy and will get back to me ! Everyone I have talked to in the past has been real friendly but do not wait by the phone for a return phone call.
