I was a two-year customer. Even though my account was documented that I needed to be contacted before service was done, on three occasions they did not notify me and they just showed up. On one of these occasions the scheduler in the office tried blaming the technician. They have now billed me for a service that I did not receive. When I called in the young lady on the phone wanted to argue with me even though there are cameras on the property showing that no one came that day. I was told that I have an outstanding balance and that a supervisor would call me. I was promised that call from a supervisor two weeks ago and still no call. Customer service is clearly not their number one priority.

We have used Whitworth Pest Control Services (now Purcor )for yearsthey have always done a great job. Our Specialist Jose has always donea stellar job. We are always happy when he comes to our home.10 Stars for him. We have had a few bumps with the new Company.

They are difficult to communicate with. I was referred to them by my realtor but now they are owned by a national company so very poor in trying to get information.Took a week to get an appointment and they were supposed to contact me before they arrived due to tenant request.They did not call me arrived early and upset my tenant.I called and finally got a manager but can’t find my notes on who I talked to. They apologized and said they would reduce my bill to $75.I got my bill for the full amount and have emailed and called and was told unless I know the name of the manager they can’t help...I prefer working with local businesses because if you have a problem like this you can’t talk to any one who cares...So now I’m going to pay the bill and leave a bad review...Shop local!!!Giving 2 stars because the salesperson was awesome!

After Whitworth has been sold for the second time Purecore has totally ruined the experience. The technicians are late, they do a rushed and horrible job. Their conformation to show which requires a call is after hours. If you dont call back and leave a message then you wont get service. If you want to talk to someone at the business you have to leave a message and they will call back... Maybe... took two weeks last time... After 10 years of having my property serviced I am done. Going elsewhere. Your business is a joke.

We have been a customer for year and until this year have been happy with the service and communication with Whitworth but all that has changed. Service agents and techs were great, but the scheduling department and answering services is the worst I have ever dealt with. No communication at all, no call backs after leaving many many messages, then just showed up without letting anyone know.

Ill keep it short and to the point, our experience started off well but ended poorly. The initial tech who came out and diagnosed the issues was great. However, we had techs showing up unannounced needing access to the house while both my wife and I were working - not helpful. I asked to be called prior in the future, this didnt happen. Actually scheduling anything with the office has become a challenge because they dont pick up when you call (even if its right when they open) and then call me back when I am not available later. Multiple times I was called and told the technicians would be by on a certain day, and they never came. After all this, we thought we had the problem dealt with and were on the maintenance program. Found a dead mouse inside our house after we pulled all the traps inside and their schedulers question to me in asking them to return to our house: So... what do you want us to do?. I understand and do not expect them to guarantee to rodents are left in our house - but what I wanted them to do was the thing I hired them to do in the first place, get rid of the rodents. I wouldnt waste your time here.

Ive used this company for a number of years and had very good luck with them. While the original owner is retired as I understand they seem to have some quality people who know how to deal with pest solutions.

Inspected under house today; they found no problems; just very old, nothing current. Asked for a report of the findings; they say do do that, cannot. That makes no sense whatsoever and I told them will use a different company for my other properties. Really disappointed here especially since they seem to do OK work.

After being a customer for probably 30 years and a frequent customer because of all the rentals we manage, I recently had an experience that makes me want to look else where. We have used them for bed bugs, mice, ants and cockroaches but after our most recent experience, we wont be using them again. They serviced one of our rentals for cockroaches. The rental was vacant and they treated it 3 times. 5 days after the last treatment we still saw cockroaches. When I called them they said...oh you need to wait a week before we will retreat. Well it was a couple more weeks before a tenant moved in and after they did they reported still seeing cockroaches. When I called their office they said it was too late they they would have to charge for a new reinfestation. I said really, with all the business weve done with you thru the past 20+ years? I asked to speak to their manager. That was 4 days ago and I still havent heard back from him and Ive called in a second time. I guess all our business and money weve spent the past 20 years is not even worth the courtesy of a call back. I would recommend finding a better company that respects their customers and appreciates your business!

Jim is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and professional. We have an unbearable stinky smell coming from the air vent. I had HVAC, gas company, other pest control company came over and no one could solve the problem. Jim found it right away during the inspection. Highly recommend!

Sadly another local business has sold. After several years of service and no notice that tge business has been sold. The last few times the service was scheduled things did not go well. Calling was a total issue. Sad loss.

This company is a total joke. Twice I had a scheduled appointment and twice they no-show. No call nothing! When you call them to find out you can only reaxh a call center and they wont give you a number of the company,,, total joke!

This place is unreliable and not worth 1cent. From the looks of the current reviews their business has gone way down hill. Could say more but will in a different forum.

They are pretty good here. If I have a question the girls in the office are pretty good. If they can’t answer it they will ask the tech. And they are good at returning calls.

This company and its employees from the office staff to the technicians that respond are great. We have been customers for several years and they always do a thorough job. They are respectful of our property and our pets as well as making sure we are pest free. They do a great job of notifying us when they are going to service our residence, I would recommend them with no qualms.

We have had service since 2018 recommended by neighbor. Dan was our service tech and my husband likes him very responsive to service no issues with services. My issue is with they billing. They bill rapidly, if you pay by check (or bill pay online) they get confused at the application of the payments sent by your bank and applying to the invoice, you must watch them close and document your check number to your invoice and save the info!! I used Bill pay online because its easy to track.We had an issue with an outstanding balance this spring, but they could never tell me for what. I checked my billpay and all was paid and I put the invoice number on the memo of each bill. so I told them I had all my invoiced paid. which was true. But, this issue was still unsettled for them.Today, and it took hours, but I found one of the checks was issued to them and sent, but not cashed. The system on my end in Bill Pay showed I had taken care of it, but my checking statement did not show it was paid, I called them and they sent me a list of payments after review, discovered they pay the last balance not the invoice, so they have no way to know that you paid what ever invoice only the last moneys you sent FYI.long story, while I am disputing my outstanding balance trying to figure out why we have one because I have to prove it not them, they had sent me to collections and I got a letter from collections group! That is unacceptable action for one month in my mind that on my end I do not appear to owe. They were always paid never missed a payment in 3 plus I made the latest payment for service. To send a customer to collections that is not delinquent always pays, shows that your just a number and they want your number, If I wasnt home would they even do their job or just show up and leave a bill???. I have canceled my payment on the missing check and paid by card were settled. I had to push them to make sure they contacted they collections agency to resolve the collection issue. Bottom line is this world is impersonal and you are a number and your business, pay by card so they can bill when and how they want if your comfortable with that. Of all the bills I have this company is the only one that is difficult to monitor and pay and know that your payment was applied to the proper invoice.... just saying

Whitworth services the large grounds at our school. Care has to be taken so that chemical applications do not pose any harm to our students. Scheduling and communication are critical, and Whitworth has done a fantastic job.

Doug is very helpful and knowledgeable. As a new fruit tree owner he takes time to explain what hes doing and even taught me how to prune each varietal of tree. Very nice guy and excellent customer service!

Great company. They have resolved our spider problems. We moved in to our house June of 2018 and were plagued by large house spiders. My wife was afraid. I had a huge hornets nest inside the closet of my office. The hornets had eaten through the plaster board and began to escape! I had to ask a neighbor who to call for help. He said Whitworth they were the best at pest control, and yard maintenance.I called and they sent someone out immediately. The man who came suited up to protect himself from the hornets and within 15Minutes he had stunned the hive and had them bagged. The nest was the size of two basket balls stacked one on top of the other.I have since had Whitworth for regular pest control, worth every penny for the peace of mind.Whitworth also does yard maintenance to keep the lawn and plants healthy.Also well worth the money.Very glad I found Whitworth!

Unfortunately we have been dealing with the small sugar ants in a couple areas of our house. Although its been just about 10 days since the treatment we have seen no signs of the ants. Thus far we are pleased and looking forward to see the outcome in the next 30 to 60 days. Hoping for the best.

We welcomed Spring with Semi Annual air filter change. When I accessed our crawl space we found that some rodents set up camp. We called Whitworth Pest Solutions and they came out to our house for a inspection and identified access points for us to seal up. They have laid traps and we signed up for the monthly service. The technicians are nice but scheduling is a night mare. You cant get a set time and they lack concern over being able to accommodate the customers schedule. When you have to vacate your space for 4 hours and you are a business you think they would be more inclined to work with you. You would think they would take this into account when bidding the work. Like I said there techs seem knowledgeable and friendly. If you can work around the scheduling headache they do a good job.

Started spraying program early summer; was assured if any issues I would just call and theyd be on it. Fruit trees initially looked great, lots of apples/plums...then sudden fruit drop and tons of holes in leaves; Splitting cherry bark with tons of sap ooze, Let Jason know; he came out right away and said hed let me know a plan of action in 2 days. No further contact from him for about 2 weeks; trees got worse. I called, he said Oh yeah, let me check with WSU on this. No further word for almost another month.Today they call to schedule another service; I ask to speak to Jason. He remembers the conversation, cant find my emails. I let him know its still going on. All he can say is hes short of staff. No apologies given.I promptly ask to stop further care from their company.Profound disappointment....BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Not the way to run a business.

We had an annoying sugar ant problem so we called Whitworth. They sentout an inspector/estimator the next day . Estimate arrived the next day and we scheduled treatment. The techician showed up on time at the end of our work day and sprayed inside and out. Havent seen an ant since.
