Been here for years. Great community! Beautiful grounds! Staff is amazing! Pretty quiet most of the time. A little noisy when ambulance comes to the hospital across the street but that is not often. Local schools are great. Convenient to everything. Safeway, Goodwill, Rite Aid, Joanns, Postal Service is walking distance, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Movie theater etc. also walking distance and so much more. The location is everything. I love it here!Cons although still lower priced then most places rent goes up every year. Covid saved me last year from a rent increase. Eventually it will be to expensive for me to live here but for now I love it. Carpet sucks! I so hope they get rid of the carpet eventually. Older appliances but they still work great. Closet size is not walk in at all. Definitely need updated thermostats. We have the old school turn dial ones. Makes the electricity bill pretty high. If we had timed thermostats it would be so much better. For what my friend pays for her whole house I pay in an apartment for heat. We definitely need some upgrades but still great place even without them.

Willow Hill is the first apartment complex that has gone above and beyond to help me in any way possible. I haven’t moved in yet but they’ve helped me and my boyfriend multiple times with how to fill in the application and called multiple times to keep us up to date woth everything thats going on & needed. The staff are so friendly on the phone and happy to help you. Me and my Boyfriend are super excited for willow hill to be our first apartment together(:

My girlfriend and I are serving overseas and are looking to return home. She currently assists her disabled mother in a lease to help pay for child care of Our baby girl. Unfortunately this apartment association will not associate with us due to my girlfriend being on a current lease. No matter that we have good credit, no record, or any previous problems with renting. I give two stars because over the phone they seemed sweet, but their policies underdeveloped. If you are a service member do not waste your time, and try to speak with the office if you have special circumstances before they take your money for a application fee.

Just moved out having lived here for 3 years, 1 year in a 1 bed and 2 years in a 2 bed. We never had any issues with the office staff. They were always very friendly. We had multiple small things break throughout our 3 years but maintenance was always quick to complete our work orders. We never had any issues finding a parking spot. Even though it is right off meridian its a very quiet place. The only bad things I can think of is when we moved to the 2 bedroom the kitchen had not been cleaned very well. Also there can be a lot of dog poop in the grass but I think that speaks more to bad pet owners than the apartment complex.

Im not sure what these other reviews are about- there must have been a serious change in management. I have had EXCELLENT service from them. I called and they were honest about prices- answered all of my questions: no gimmicks or anything.Management knew exactly who I was when I went to my appointment to look at an apartment- they introduced me to their whole staff. Then they took me to the apartment that I would rent- that way I saw exactly what I was renting. There were a couple things here and there and they addressed those issues. They have a policy of doing a walk through- you point out everything you see potentially wrong with the unit and they make notes of it. They even pointed out stuff that was wrong! I was very impressed :)I will continue to rent from them- I am very pleased. I have had no issues with them. When something comes up, I set up a time for them to fix it (whether it be appliance or whatnot). They make sure their tenants are taken care of :)

If you have kids then you know how important space and storage is. Trust me go check it out.... just dont rent mine : )

The management is shady as all get out and are cowards. They never address any issues unless they feel like it. They also lie and violate their own lease terms. So not rent here unless you want to get screwed over

Willow Hill is a great looking community right of Meridian in Puyallup. Love the idea of having a pool once the weather is nice. Plenty of places within walking distance. Great staff who have been such a big help during the application process.

They do not call you back when looking for an apartment, so would I live here no, imagine if you had a work order and you cannot get a hold of someone. I went there last Saturday July 15, 2017 and no one was there from 9-11 I gave up, then I called and left a voicemail two times and no one called back and today is the next Saturday July 22, 2017. Tried to call and I am still getting a voicemail. oh brother I will do business elsewhere.

I have lived here at Willow Hill going on my second year and have had nothing but a great experience. From my first contact with them looking for a place on such short notice, all the girls in the office were extremely helpful, moved in within a few weeks and my daughter and I love it. She loves the playground and the pool in the summer. I decided to sign another lease because I feel safe here espiecally with my little girl. Ive only had one issue with my toilet running, which I had to put in a work order and maintenance had it fixed within a couple days. Highly recommend willow hill if you are looking for an overall nice place to live, its also close to everything in southill which I love!

Very upset military wife!! My husband cleared it with the office people to drop the keys off they day before he PCSd overseas. I was never contacted to do a walk through. We left my forwarding address and contact info. No calls. No one ever picked up the phone in the office when I called. So we got charged over 500 dollars in damages!! Which we didnt get a bill for until a COLLECTION AGENCY contacted us 4 months later! It took 3 calls to get someone on the phone at willow hills. I called to ask them what the charges were for and the office person didnt know and didnt have any of the information. She told me that I was mailed the final bill twice..which was a complete lie. She gave me an email to a bigger corporation saying they kept all of their files there. She had no phone number for this corporate place just an email.. No surprise that no one answered the emails there either. I finally got sick of dealing with these people so I contacted the collection agency and paid off the amount. Willow Hill of course took our deposits. Its really a shame considering the apartment was nice and quiet eventho its just off the main road. So sad to see a great place be managed so poorly. Do not move here! Not unless you are okay with paying huge sums of money to move out and damage to your credit score!!

WORST COMPANY AND COMPLEX EVER!!! I am a military wife and my husband got new orders so we had to move out. I have photo proof and 9 witnesses that when leaving my apartment was PERFECT with no damages!! The day I was going to do my inspection and turn in my keys, there was holes in my ceilings and drywall on the carpet (which had been shampooed and vacuumed the day before, Saturday the 19th) Sunday I stayed at my mother in laws and was not home so this is when it had to have happened) a good 4foot portion of carpet was pulled up and off the ground, there were razor cuts in my linoleum, and the drawer on my stove was broken and leaning on my floor, along with other damage! When I went to the office to ask if they let anyone in my apartment and to report the damages the lady WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND ACTED AS IF SHE KNEW WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND DIDNT CARE!! TOLD ME IF HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES!? I filed a police report and contacted the company, and will be taking them to court!! PLEASE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS OF DOBLER MANAGEMENT AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! There was no break in, they staged this and will not be getting away with it!! I have lots of proof that this was not me!!

When we arrived here, the place seemed nice. The grounds were kept well groomed, the apartment was clean, and the staff was friendly enough. However, things went way downhill after we signed our names on the lease. The people below us were petty bullies. They complained about every tiny noise my children made, including the non-existent noises that occurred while my kids were napping. My oldest liked playing on the balcony and the downstairs neighbor liked to smoke out there. The guy there would mock her, call her names, and actually blow smoke into her face. He also threw rotten meat onto our balcony, attracting bees and other insects. Both he and his wife would ruin snowmen that me and my daughter built during the snow, and also would aggressively confront my mother-in-law and my wife. At one point, we had a confrontation. I had fallen, causing the apartment to shake. The wife came up and before she could speak, I apologized for it. The lady started complaining anyway. I apologized again, and she continued to complain. Finally, my wife had enough and told her to leave because she was tired of hearing her constant complaints and getting harassed by them. The lady swore at us and I cut her off, asking her nicely to not swear in front of my kids. Finally, she stormed off, swearing loudly, to which I asked her again to not swear in front of my kids. Then the husband came up, fists balled up, stomping up the steps, looking like he was ready to beat someone. When he saw it was me at the door and not my wife, he unclenched his fists, looked down and muttered Um, yeah, and slunk back to his place. All these problems were reported to the manager Miranda (or however she spelled it, she spelled it all weird). She kept telling me the issues would be taken care of, but of course, they never were. In fact, I heard from an inside source that Miranda was actually encouraging these people to harass us. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Eventually, we were able to get a house on Fort Lewis. The owner of the place (NOT Miranda) allowed us to break our lease without penalty, so we left. We thought our issues were over, but alas, they werent. We moved out at the end of February of 2012. Some day in March, we received a bill from Miranda charging us over $550 for general cleaning and painting. Our $350 security deposit didnt cover this, so they were expecting us to pay the rest. A couple days later, we received a letter in the mail saying the bill was sent to collections. They didnt even give us a reasonable chance to pay it.Talking with other residents while we were there, we found out that Miranda was a terrible manager and a horrible person who never solved any issues the tenants had. Whether or not she is still there, I dont know, but I would avoid this place at all costs.

Lived here a little over 2 years ago, and had a horrible experience both years. The worst part was management. They went through 3 or 4 managers while I was there. The first apartment we had was prone for ant problems, then there was a hole developing in the bathroom tub (fiberglass tub). We put in several work orders but no one came to fix it. Then a friend moved in and we upgraded to a 2 bedroom...after we moved to the new place we were suddenly charge almost $1k for renovating the bathroom by using the excuse that the bathtub was ruined (duh!). Even after the work orders we submitted, we were taken advantage of.But they waited until we had moved into the new building to charge us this. Then when our next lease was up, we decided to move out entirely. I ended up moving out of state. We ended up staying a few days past the lease, but beforehand we made sure it was okay. We were told it was okay, that we would be billed per day prorated down from the units rent. After we moved out, I suddenly got a letter stating our lease was renewed behind our back, that we were being charged several months of rent until the next tenant moved in...like what?!Now that Im back in WA after a tough two years working in another state, I cant rent an apartment anywhere because of the bad rental history these guys screwed me on. Now Im constantly screwed out of having a place of my own.I also had trouble with the maintenance crew constantly making fun of me for my old beater car I had at the time, and the former owner of the place was very inconsiderate about how she treated us every time we had a talk. It felt like I was just a sack of money to her, not a human being.I would never, ever rent from this place. We were simple, quiet, and private tenants that never caused trouble, but Ive been through a nightmare with these guys even after I left. They will milk your every penny. Please stay away from this place! In response to the reply: You probably cant find me because this isnt my real name. I lived in the building right in front of your office with a one bedroom, and when I upgraded to a 2 bedroom, it was the building behind your office. You have two maintenance guys on staff at the time; I remember very well the laughs and comments I got from them. I also had one of your 2-3 car garages out front next to your office for a little while too. My tabs were not expired. I had to do small things to the car here and there that did not endanger anyone or look bad in appearance. I worked two jobs at the time to cover a lot of things and bills, and could not afford a nice car. Even then, my car was not that bad, sheesh. Was a 74 Firebird. I remember your property -very- well, and will not forget. You are the property right behind Goodwill. Either way, you need to work on your management, and stop screwing people over. Ive got personal messages from other tenants over the years to correspond in several cases against you because Im not the only one whos been stiffed by your property and Dobler Management.EDIT: Telling me I didnt live there and that Im wrong is pretty ignorant. This username is not my real name; shouldnt assume. Your apartment buildings are located right behind Goodwill on the corner of 128th and Meridian. Please dont act like Im just ignorant shmuck. I went through hell and back with you guys in 2013 and 2014. It wasnt my problem how horrible this place was managed until I trusted your management and moved in. The experiences I had here are the very reason I absolutely hate living in apartments.

Horrible. We have a major ant problems where theyre coming out of the socket plugs and we got told its not their issue since ants is a common problem for people. We dont even in the bedrooms at all or take any drinks including water because itll be covered in ants top to bottom. Not to mention ants get all over out bed to the point where we had to buy a new one thinking there was something wrong with out old one when there most likely wasnt. Weve tried multiple things to get rid of them but nope.
